Pretty cool arcade, with many games imported from Japan. They have a pretty big selection of claw machines. As well as photo booths. They also have a ping pong section, karaoke rooms, bowling section, and kids play zone. One of our games got stuck - we had to flag down an employee, and he radioed for help. Help arrived pretty much right away and fixed it. They also comped our one game that we missed. With all the machines and people playing, it was given that it was loud, but we could still hear each other. I cannot speak for food as we didn't order anything, but they do serve food and drinks. They have a bar. We ate at the mall food court. My only complaint is that there was only one person working at the reward zone. It took us over 20 minutes just to check out. I love Round1, but I'm a bit sad that the prize machines don't have as many good plushies and figurines anymore. Probably because there were too many people expertly playing the machines, winning all the best trending prizes, and taking them away in large trash bags. It's crazy because I've seen the same people do that every time I've gone and I recognize them as comic/anime shop owners. Really sad that some people always have to ruin the fun for others. The best way to describe the ordering experience is: it was akin to fighting for your life to get food in an airport terminal after your flights been delayed. The staff was exhausted and unhelpful. Went to Round1 for the first time last night on a triple date with my boyfriend, my sisters, and their boyfriends and we will definitely be back! My favorite thing about this place is how reasonably priced the bowling is! For two games for two people including shoe rentals it was less then $40! That is freaking awesome! While there are places you can play for cheaper, we wanted that true bowling alley experience, similar to what you could get at Main Event, and it delivered! Seriously Main Event is like $30 for one game for one person!! The bowling was great, I loved how you can customize your screen depending on what kind of graphics or stats you wanna see! The food is also pretty good and very well priced! All-in-all we got two drinks, four orders of fries, and two ice creams for $30, to me that's great for bowling alley food! Everyone who worked there was super kind and helpful. My boyfriend and I decided to get a game card too because those arcade games are tempting!! We got the 110 credit package for $22 and played games for about an hour before we ran out! We managed to rack up about 120 tickets (mostly thanks to my boyfriend's basketball games) and the prize selection was pretty good. Just candy and little stuff but it was fun to pick out what we wanted and scope out the prize store. We already made plans to come back! Go only for the card games, don't go bowling, kids play area, and definitely do not eat there. Service is horrible, staff is racist towards Mexicans. I had my kids b day party there. Not one server came over and bartenders didn't allow my guest to drink if they didn't have a Texas ID . I took complain to corporate but I guess they don't care either. After several emails. No reply. Security guard acted like we were trouble and just circling my guest. Just because I made it clear who I was gonna name in that email. Won't be going back at all! oh and the bartender took a drink out of one of guest hands while he was taking a sip , a grandpa to be clear. Because he didn't show his ID . Lots of fun for everyone in the family. Little ones can enjoy the play structure. Big kids will have a blast with the arcades, bowling, crane games, etc. Adults can play billiards or table tennis with an alcoholic beverage in hand. They offer a massive selection of crane games so we were able to win lots of plushed animals. We could have easily spent a whole day here if we didn't mind spending a few hundred dollars. The pizza and fries were decent like any concession stand food. A scoop of ice cream was only 99¢ so everyone got their own flavor. Of Course, the claw machines are a MUST and in my opinion, it's much easier and less rigged than the ones in Round 1 at the Parks Mall. They wouldn't give my Mexican husband alcohol because he doesn't carry around a booklet(passport) but he has a matricula. Been coming here for years and loved it. But the prizes have drastically dropped in quality. Specifically the claw games, they used to be filled with anime figures but now they are filled with heavy stuffed animals that are almost impossible to move much less win. Usually if there were no figures we wanted to go after we'd switch to collecting tickets because the prize zone would have something worth getting.... NOPE! Super nice very clean indoor playground for toddlers! It was nice because everything was big enough that we were able to crawl through the tunnels with our children, and it was clean enough that I wasn't disgusted to do so! The games were also a lot of fun and all the tickets you one you were actually able to get some pretty cool stuff with. Not like some of the other places where you buy thousands of dollars in games and walk away with a tootsie roll as your prize. 10/10 would recommend, and would love to go back sometime. read more

So we love to go here for my sons bday right after Christmas. We have done it for the past two years and it's so easy. He loves the kid play zone, we all love it actually. It's a place that is super easy to just let your kid run a muck. For every 2-5 year old that is a dream come true. We have brought a cake in, went to the tables and just celebrated with brothers and cousins. Everything is still good, I just feel like they need to update the play area. Things are starting to fall apart in there. The mats needs to be changed and the nets need to be replaced. I understand that kids are playing and it's not always going to be pristine, but my mom comes in quite frequently with my boys and she was looking for an update yesterday with the nets and mats after about 6 months and there were still holes in places that are up high in the activity center-things that could become a safety concern. Also, I understand kids needing jobs, but good god their attitudes STINK. Learn some better people skills man. I asked for forks because there weren't any in the set dispenser and the guy sighed, grabbed the box from under the counter and literally threw the box down and walked away. WTH?!? I didn't say anything at the time, I knew though that I would yelp it. I know out power lol. Anywho, other than those two things, we had a great time and will probably be back. If things hadn't changed next time, I will be speaking with a manager just to give my suggestions. read more

Food sucks and is overpriced, drinks suck and are overpriced. They make you PAY to watch your own kid in the play area. And there's a two hour minimum. I don't mind watching my kid. That's not the issue. It's the fact that they're charging you to be a parent that's outrageous to me. Don't bring your kids here to play. They also lied about the foam pits in the play area, they don't exist. That was a big part of why we wanted to play in the kids area. One of the slides are so fast that you will get hurt if you go down it and a finger was smashed in one of the toy areas that isn't even functional. It's two days before Christmas Eve, and the mall is absolutely saturated with people! I walk into round one because my son's mother wanted to have a party for him here. There's a little to no one here compared to the mall. I thought it was kind of curious, but I found out very quickly why. We all know places like this are a money pit! We spent $140 in game credits, 16 games later, all the credits are gone! the food is a little close to terrible! Worst experience in a bowling alley I have ever had. So inefficient and rude staff. You can't order anything from the lanes, a kiosk for the food and a long bar line for drinks. My favorite arcade franchise. They are a Japanese company so a lot of the arcades will be from Japan. They have ticket, claw games to win prizes, bowling, and pool. The place is bigger than most other round 1. This is older round 1 so you can't use your annual card from a different location. I definitely recommend coming here if you like arcades. read more

Definitely my favorite arcade ever. Forget about all the other ones! This place is pretty massive and attached to a pretty nice mall! They have it all, bowling, pool, arcade, etc. - but really im here for the arcade part. They have a huge selection of games whether you want to play regular games, ticket games, or crane games. You can also top it all off with yours friends at the photo booth. theres a ton of them in the back and a big one right at the front entrance. They always have the best plushes and toys in the crane game area - especially if you like anime or asian things. They ARE winnable. You just have to know what to look out for - and yes some of the machines seem to be better some days over others, so just look out for the ones that seem good and you'll walk away with at least one item. This was an interesting place to visit. The games were fun, but the claw machines were really difficult to win anything on. The pizza and food was decent. The venue is well organized - you go to the counters to request service and the employees were helpful and generally knowledgeable. The ambiance was loud and a lot of fun. This is a great place for kids. Bowling looked like fun as there was an announcer holding a contest. Fun venue for kids but not the best for a date night for adults. This review is only for the bowling area of Round 1. We were visiting friends in Grapevine, and met up here. I like that Round 1 offers different packages for bowling: you can pay per game, for a designated time, or purchase unlimited. Whatever suits your needs. The employees were friendly and patient. If you buy a cup of soda it comes with refills. This is crazy, but my favorite thing of all was the shoe vending machines! You find your shoe size, push a button and BOOM! Your shoes are delivered. I'm easily entertained... We didn't have time to play the arcade games, but they looked awesome. And they seemed to have many games we'd never seen. I'd love to go back sometime! read more

i would have given a better review if the workers wouldve had better customer service. (came here friday 04/26 btw) and we booked a karaoke room for 8 people and then when it was closing time a worker who looked annoyed came in and said we were over capacity because we were in a room for 6. (um, HE was also the one put us in that room). we inform him that, and said after this song we will leave and well shoot he left and got security to tell us it was closing! seriously we said we were gonna leave lol. this place is awesome though. huge arcade, karaoke, pool tables, and bowling!!! i think we all wouldve had even more fun if customer service was better. i also came in earlier that day to ask about pricing and the manager look annoyed at first when the worker ask him to come to talk to me. i mean really do you want people to come here or not? the bartender that night was the only worker who was nice! and well actually the security guards who escorted us out were pretty cool too lol! read more

This place was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I paid $34 for my 2 kids to play in the jungle gym area for 1 hour (which is half the size it used to be with half the activities). It looked like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Old food, hair, debris, socks.. you name it. Also, dozens of claw machines were completely empty. The bathroom- I can't even. My Personal favorite arcade in the DFW it's got so much to do for hours of entertainment. I really like how this place focuses a lot on its vending machines that are relatively easy to win items from. The rhythm based games are also a draw for me, most are from Japan and it gives this place an edge over the other arcades around DFW. Will be back for karaoke one of these days. read more

Played wizard of oz game, go to find out it's broken went to manager on duty 8/22/23 he went to the game then he tried to play. After 45 minutes of him trying to justify why the machine is broken and he can't do anything for us.. I told him I don't care about the money lost, but don't treat me like a liar. Well it's to whole point bad customer service. You shouldn't have to argue about a $24 plus another $30 spent and the machine was broken. it's broken how else can you say it. Our card had no credits after playing a game that was broken. He said I'm sorry there's nothing can do, his reason to justify it was the company is strict. The games are good! When buying game cards you get a free tsum tsum pet! i played a few games like injustice and won a harley quinn card! My sister won a white wolf and the workers are very friendly. The food however, i found a hair in my ice cream scoop, the mozzarella sticks arent as cheesy. Fries, pizza, and wings are pretty good! The pool was bit fun but the table was a bit bigger than i expected and took more time to get the balls in the holes, however it was fun in the end!
