Cherry, the staff person that was there was super friendly and nice. There's a good amount of claw machines including ones with Pokemon plushies. Each machine has a different star rating that tells you the level of difficulty. 3 is the hardest and it requires 3 tokens. Each token is essentially a dollar. After spending $60, we were able to win 10 total plushies. I traded 8 of those for a bigger plushie, which is the Snorlax. It's a fun activity, but cost a bit of money to win prizes. Good luck!

Pretty big selection of claw machines and flexible prize options! Each machine needs a different number of coins per play, and there are listed difficulty levels for each machine for some degree of transparency. If you win a prize in a machine you can keep the prize, or ask the staff to either exchange them for a point that you can spend on big prizes later, or exchange that prize for a different prize within the same machine. The pricing was a little steep, but I still had a great time. At places like this, the staff is super important for a good customer experience and the staff here is great! Very helpful and nice, and can help adjust the positioning of the prizes in the machine to make it easier if you keep spending coins on a machine without winning. Thanks to the amazing staff I'd come back!

New claw crane games to win prizes like labubus! They run specials and this month they were giving extra coins with purchase. Each game has a difficulty level however the lowest difficulty is still pretty difficult especially for a beginner. I recommend to go for the 2 star difficulty games and win the smaller plushies to swap for the higher end prizes like the labubus. The workers are very nice and will help adjust some of the prizes for you to try and get it. The only one they cannot really help with is the coke labubu game. (Tbh it's so difficult I wouldn't reccomend trying this because it's much easier to go for the 2 stars and collect plushies to swap them for the labubu) Unfortunately I wasn't able to win any prizes on my own but the workers do try their best to help you!

    High quality Sprigatito.

My family had so much fun at Nova Claw when we were in the area. We were enjoying a cup of tea at Happy Lemon (which is amazing btw) when I noticed plenty of people walking around nearby shops with Nova Claw plushies. My son loves Sprigatito and wanted to see if he could win one for himself, so we decided to give them a go. What stood out to me most about Nova Claw is how different it feels from arcades of my youth. Instead of being dark or cramped, the space is bright, stylish, and comfortable. The claw machines are genuinely fun,m and my son managed to win both a penguin and a Sprigatito plushy. The prizes are higher quality than what you'd find at most fairs and arcades, which means they are a little denser and trickier for the claws to grab. That's fine by me, I'd rather my kids win something worth keeping instead of cheap, throwaway plushies. The staff also helps by repositioning plushies if they are lying flat or awkwardly shaped, so you are never left feeling cheated. The owners were kind to the families, checking in and making sure everyone was having a good time. Seeing all of the people walking around the arcade with plushies in their arms says a lot, they clearly don't rig the machines just to take your money. They even ask for feedback to make the experience better. Overall, it is a fun spot to visit, and my both of my sons had a blast. They are already looking forward to coming back to win more plushies in the future.

This place is awesome, I have a 3 year old that loves claw machines and this was the best experience we had. Staff is super helpful and make the experience so much fun especially for our little one. 10/10 recommend especially for families with small children!

This place just opened recently, so keep that in mind. It's a small crane game spot tucked away in a new shopping center. I'd seen some videos about it and figured I'd check it out. You can trade the prizes you win for bigger or cooler ones, which is pretty neat. They've got all kinds of stuff behind the counter--Labubu, Pokémon, Sanrio, anime, and more. If you trade in some plushies but don't want to take them home right away, you can save your points on your account. Rachel was working when we went, and she was super nice--she explained everything, helped us register our accounts, and showed us how to trade in prizes.

There are a variety of games- PacMan, a foosball like hockey game, racing games, pinball, frogger, shooting games, old classics like Fix-it-Felix, DDR, shooting hoops, skee ball and more! It's relatively clean and employees come help is something is glitchy or a ball is stuck in the basketball game, for example. They play music at an appropriate volume (this place is way less deafening than cidercade, and less crowded too!). I've never had food/ alcohol here so can't speak to that. It's definitely a great place to go, especially with a buddy, to get competitive and just unwind a little! My only complaint- the arrows in DDR are not very sensitive and tend to stick a little on their machines. It's very hard to adjust the initial difficulty level because the DOWN arrow on both sides of their machine is so not-receptive to touch you have to jump on it with intense force to move it from basic to more difficult. I'm actually pretty good at DDR and kept getting BOOS from arrows I was hitting. So just don't come here specifically for a DDR marathon and you won't be disappointed. Everything else was in good working order!

For about $13, you get unlimited free play all day, making it an excellent value. The arcade is a little smaller than some of the other Free Play locations, but it's packed with classic games from the '80s, '90s, and early 2000s, along with a nice selection of pinball machines. There's a full-service bar and food menu. I didn't try the food, but the drinks were reasonably priced. My only complaint is that there aren't many places to set down a drink while playing, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy. The arcade is tucked away in an older shopping center, so it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Even with the Father's Day crowd, the staff stayed busy while remaining friendly and the restrooms were clean. Overall, it's a fun and affordable place to spend a few hours, whether you're reliving your childhood or introducing someone else to classic arcade games.

Unfortunately, this location was the exact opposite experience. The place was extremely overcrowded, and the pace of play was terrible. Nearly every hole had a backup, and by the end of the round it felt like we were watching putt-putt rather than playing it. What really stands out is that this doesn't seem like a one-time issue. After reading other reviews, I found plenty of people describing the same problems: overcrowding, constant bottlenecks, and long waits between shots. When the same complaint keeps appearing, it's no longer an issue of bad luck, it's clearly a management problem. What's most frustrating is that I've seen Puttshack get this right. The Downtown Atlanta location was busy too, but groups kept moving and the course flowed smoothly. Here, it felt like management kept packing more people into the venue without any concern for the actual guest experience, I mean the whole course moved like rush-hour traffic. Another important note would be the attentiveness of the staff. Even on a Saturday, at 3pm mind you, the lower bar was empty when we walked in, and the staff of three at the upper bar seemed to have issues managing a line consisting of two. I nearly waited 5 minutes for even an acknowledgement, which is not the kind of experience you'd expect BEFORE the evening rush. The technology and courses themselves are great, but that's hard to appreciate when you're spending most of your time waiting for the group ahead of you. For the price, I expected a lot better. Until they address the overcrowding, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Life is too short to spend it waiting in line between putts.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat.
