Nova Claw is a great place for anyone who enjoys crane machines. The token prices are decent but what I really enjoyed about the business is the ability to trade in plushies for points for better/bigger prizes. Another plus is they have open seating area in the back where you can bring your own food/drinks to enjoy. We hosted a birthday party here and they let us decorate and bring our own food/drinks. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful, shoutout to Chris for the amazing service. I was about to get in on their VIP program before they raised the prizes but still a good deal since my friends and I go often! Overall I always have a fun time coming in the area. I did find the payout on the machines is a little on the higher side but with the ability to trade in for better prizes and prices for tokens makes this a 5/5 experience for me. Cherry, the staff person that was there was super friendly and nice. There's a good amount of claw machines including ones with Pokemon plushies. Each machine has a different star rating that tells you the level of difficulty. 3 is the hardest and it requires 3 tokens. Each token is essentially a dollar. After spending $60, we were able to win 10 total plushies. I traded 8 of those for a bigger plushie, which is the Snorlax. It's a fun activity, but cost a bit of money to win prizes. Pretty big selection of claw machines and flexible prize options! Each machine needs a different number of coins per play, and there are listed difficulty levels for each machine for some degree of transparency. If you win a prize in a machine you can keep the prize, or ask the staff to either exchange them for a point that you can spend on big prizes later, or exchange that prize for a different prize within the same machine. The pricing was a little steep, but I still had a great time. At places like this, the staff is super important for a good customer experience and the staff here is great! Very helpful and nice, and can help adjust the positioning of the prizes in the machine to make it easier if you keep spending coins on a machine without winning. New claw crane games to win prizes like labubus! They run specials and this month they were giving extra coins with purchase. Each game has a difficulty level however the lowest difficulty is still pretty difficult especially for a beginner. I recommend to go for the 2 star difficulty games and win the smaller plushies to swap for the higher end prizes like the labubus. The workers are very nice and will help adjust some of the prizes for you to try and get it. The only one they cannot really help with is the coke labubu game. (Tbh it's so difficult I wouldn't reccomend trying this because it's much easier to go for the 2 stars and collect plushies to swap them for the labubu) Unfortunately I wasn't able to win any prizes on my own but the workers do try their best to help you! read more

My family had so much fun at Nova Claw when we were in the area. We were enjoying a cup of tea at Happy Lemon (which is amazing btw) when I noticed plenty of people walking around nearby shops with Nova Claw plushies. My son loves Sprigatito and wanted to see if he could win one for himself, so we decided to give them a go. What stood out to me most about Nova Claw is how different it feels from arcades of my youth. Instead of being dark or cramped, the space is bright, stylish, and comfortable. The claw machines are genuinely fun,m and my son managed to win both a penguin and a Sprigatito plushy. The prizes are higher quality than what you'd find at most fairs and arcades, which means they are a little denser and trickier for the claws to grab. That's fine by me, I'd rather my kids win something worth keeping instead of cheap, throwaway plushies. The staff also helps by repositioning plushies if they are lying flat or awkwardly shaped, so you are never left feeling cheated. The owners were kind to the families, checking in and making sure everyone was having a good time. Seeing all of the people walking around the arcade with plushies in their arms says a lot, they clearly don't rig the machines just to take your money. They even ask for feedback to make the experience better. Overall, it is a fun spot to visit, and my both of my sons had a blast. Stopped by this claw machine store and it was unbelievably fun. I went with a group of adults and we had an absolute blast. It honestly felt like being a kid again, but even better. Really wanted to like this arcade but unfortunately the claw machines are very low win rate. Most are pretty weak, and if you do happen to grab one it'll drop it as soon as it pulls it to the top. Half of your wins are going to be it bouncing in by chance. Been 3-4 times spending $20-30 each time and only won maybe 5-6 times. This last time I didn't win anything even with good positioning. It's beyond me why the rate is so low when plushies are so cheap. I feel as though they encourage people to come in by showing off a lot of labubus you can trade for or win, even though it is extremely unlikely you win enough to ever get one, and if you did, you would've spent well over 2-3 times what it costs to just buy one anyway. I would love to see more creative prices too like snacks or other kinds of machines. On a more positive note, Staff are very friendly, and always happy to reposition prizes. This place just opened recently, so keep that in mind. It's a small crane game spot tucked away in a new shopping center. I'd seen some videos about it and figured I'd check it out. You can trade the prizes you win for bigger or cooler ones, which is pretty neat. They've got all kinds of stuff behind the counter--Labubu, Pokémon, Sanrio, anime, and more. If you trade in some plushies but don't want to take them home right away, you can save your points on your account. I've been to a lot of arcades before and this one just felt scammy. Every machine had a super weak claw, they stuff the toys far down and you're unable to get any to budge. Didn't enjoy spending $20 to win 1 plushy toy when I go to other arcades and feel like I actually have a chance. Probably won't come back. I'm extremely frustrated with this place. The machines are a complete scam every single one costs 2 coins per play, and the claws are so weak that they drop the prize before it even gets close to the chute. I spent way more than I should have and only managed to win 3 tiny prizes, which is unacceptable for how much I put in. What really makes it worse is that I went to Clawzania before, spent less, and actually won consistently. Their machines are fair, 1 coin per play, and I walked away happy. This place, on the other hand, just felt like a trap designed to take your money. I won't be back, and I'd warn others to stay away too. Total disappointment.
