The way she spoke to her staff was rude, as she was taking our temperature she was talking to the poor ticket girl as if she was dumb because she miscounted the tickets she had already scanned. When I made a comment about it she quickly said "I'm the owner so you need to watch it" like okay?? No one asked if you were the owner but now that you say you are even more reason to be upset at your behavior! It's one thing that the haunted house wasn't all that but the 1 star is for the owner whatever her name is! I don't support businesses who treat employees poorly! You shouldn't either.

Walking through the closet was absolutely terrifying, and the surprise "getting peed on" moment? Weirdly creative -- I'll give them that! The zombie band was another fun highlight that really stood out. After that, things slowed down a bit. It started to lose momentum and there weren't as many actors toward the end, which made it feel a little empty in spots.
