I've taken two groups here, and everyone ended up LOVING their experience Netflix House. First, I just wanna say all the staff here are incredible!! Literally every single employee I've interacted with has been nothing but friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I did the Squid Game experience, which was really fun. I purchased my tickets online. Although the games are similar to the show, the rules are slightly different, which levels the playing ground between people who have and haven't seen the show. I also did the RePLAY room games, which have your typical arcade games, but with a Netflix flare. It's not a super big arcade room, but there was good variety! The in-house restaurant, Netflix Bites, was also great! We did go during a slow time on a weekday, but regardless, our servers were so nice. The food was better than what I was expecting! The Plot Twist pretzel was delicious! I ordered the Huntr/x ramen, which was solid, but I wish the broth was a tad less sweet. Overall, I highly recommend visiting and planning your next group activity here. I can't emphasize enough how amazing all the Netflix House staff are.

We stopped by Netflix House in Dallas on the way to Tulsa. We checked out the Stranger Things interactive experience, and if you're a fan of the show, the theming and setups were really cool. But if you haven't seen the series, a lot of the clues and references don't really land, so the interactivity felt a bit limited. More like following a path than truly playing. We still had a good time, but for us, it was more like a themed walkthrough than a game. Upstairs, we checked out the food court, the arcade games, and the merch area. It had a fun vibe and everything was themed around Netflix shows. The food was okay, but honestly, a bit mid for the price. The bar section had themed drinks, which was neat, but I wish they had the gold cups from "Love is Blind" as souvenirs instead of just the plain plastic ones that say Netflix House. For merch though, they did have some unique pieces you don't see at other places, plus that special Dallas collection with the Western twist. Overall, we had a really fun time. I think it's definitely more worth it if you're already a fan of Netflix shows, especially if you're doing one of the interactive attractions.

We took the kid here to have some fun and she did. We did not try the bar or the restaurant so I cannot comment on those. The arcade section is underwhelming so that is the main reason for 4 stars. From a kid's perspective, some of the games "are not interesting" and there is not a huge selection. We did one of the featured experiences, Squid Games. I won't give it all away but you (a group of about 25) play 5 games to see who wins. The games are entertaining and everyone had fun. It is lighthearted competition. The last game was kinda lame but the first four were enjoyable IMO. The Squid Game experience lasts about an hour and it goes fast. The cost for adults and one kid was $146, so it is not cheap. But the kid loved it and that is why we came.

Came for the happy hour. Stayed for the trivia. Head up the stairs, scan the QR code and it's game on! Tons of fun. The host was a blast! We ordered champs (yum!), the blueberry pie (crust was dry) and French onion dip (tastiness!) Apparently, they changed the French onion recipe. I thought it was delish! They're about to complete their 'Stranger Things' and 'Adams Family' runs- to switch to K Pop Demon Hunters. Three floors act as a 'choose your own adventure'. They've an arcade, bar/food area, and the immersions themselves. A gift shop features wardrobe from Dr Jekyll / Mr. Hyde and complements to your Netflix house favorite fan-dom. I parked in the Blue Garage and walked over. There's valet at the Westin, next door, as well.

We were in town for a concert at AT&T Stadium and wanted a daytime activity in air conditioning. We did the Stranger Things experience and it was so fun!! Paid at the kiosk in the gift shop, easy peasy. When it's time for your experience you enter a waiting area and are given a flashlight and a headset. My headset wasn't working for part of the experience but the staff was readily available to help and got it fixed. There are a few live actors in the second half of the experience but they don't get too close to you. Overall it was really fun, and smelled like Halloween Horror Nights because of the fog. The a/c in the entire building was seriously good!! We did the Stranger Things experience downstairs, then walked through the game room and gift shop, and had lunch at Netflix Bites. The workers we encountered were all nice (shoutout to Rain in the gift shop). Lots of things to look at, and a few photo ops. We did underground parking (the spiral drive was scary lol) and had quick access to the entrance from the outside of the mall. Go check out the statues outside! We would definitely visit again!

Scoops ahoy shake!

Tried the scoops ahoy chocolate shake from Netflix bites. Not the best chocolate shake I've ever had but still good, great presentation and quick service. I ordered to go and got a text when it was ready, just went up to go container and grabbed it!

We had a blast! A little pricey and appeared to be pre determined who'd win but overall we had some good clean family fun. It is located in a mall and had two major attractions and a game room

Netflix house is inside of the Dallas galleria. You park in the garage(free). I wouldn't take children 4 and under. I don't think it would be worth the price to do the activities however, walking through is free and going to the arcade is still cool. The arcade(replay) area is doesn't have a huge amount of games but a select few which are still enjoyable. What makes it cool is that they're Netflix themed games like the floor is lava and k pop demon hunters DDR. There are many photo ops and a lot of the popular successful Netflix movies/show. The gift shop is also cool and they have a lot of their workers members around. I thought it was cool that they had some employees dressed up in character and you can take pictures. Some employees will even offer to take your pictures and everything is totally free. The things that cost money is food, drinks, and to play the games. It was still fun to check out. I think Netflix house would be great to go with a group of friends. The food is what I expected not the best but it's cool that they go with the theme. It did take awhile to get our food as well and it wasn't busy. I'd give the food a 3/5 out of all the ones I've tried the burger was the best. The pickle pizza wasn't it, it had onions with dill chips, and pickles on it. The flavor just wasn't the best(I've had better pickle pizza). The chicken bites with sauces were also strange. The chicken itself was fine just basic chicken bites. The sauce didn't work well with the chicken.

Netflix House Dallas is located in Galleria Dallas. There are entrances from both the mall and the street. From the mall, Netflix House is located in the northwest corner of Galleria Dallas, with its only mall-accessible entrance on the second level near Nordstrom. From the street, Netflix House is located off North Dallas Parkway on the west side of Galleria Dallas. Guests are welcome to enter and explore areas of Netflix House anytime during open hours - it's free to enter, no ticket required. However, for several experiences (Stranger Things: Face the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials), you'll need to grab a ticket. Netflix RePLAY has Netflix-ified interactive arcade games like KPop Demon Hunters, Floor Is Lava, Love Is Blind, and plenty more. There is also an opportunity to shop exclusive Netflix merch-apparel, collectibles, and more. In addition, you can choose bites from a Netflix-flavored menu. On the first level of Netflix House Dallas and outside of Netflix House Dallas, there are photo opportunities. I walked through Netflix RePLAY and it looked like fun, they were very creative with the arcade games and there is a statue of a demogorgon. In the Netflix merch section, there is a statue of Vecna and many Netflix products from blind boxes to clothing to tea. I purchased a Netflix Chilleez exclusive One Piece blind box pin. I've been to Netflix House Philadelphia before and they have different experiences which I liked more than the experiences at Netflix House Dallas. Either way, each Netflix House is unique in its own way and is great to visit. It's definitely worth the visit if you're a Netflix fan!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Netflix House Dallas! We were visiting Dallas and wanted to do something adventurous that we just don't have back home, so we decided to check this out on a total spur-of-the-moment whim. It was so exciting knowing that there are only two of these locations in the country! We bought tickets for the Squid Game experience, and it was a blast. It was only about $40 per person, which is a great value for how high-tech and detailed it is. They have 5 or 6 different games that really mimic the show, complete with a live scoreboard showing everyone's placement as you play! Your score stays on the board just like in the series, and there are tons of awesome photo opportunities. I don't want to spoil the rest of the surprises, but it's a really cool, immersive experience. Honestly, anyone of any age would have a great time here, and you don't even need to know anything about the show to enjoy the games!

We beat The Floor Is Lava

It was our first time going and there was amazing service. We had trouble with the Floor Is Lava game at first since it was our first time playing it, and they helped us out and let us try again at no expense. We ended up beating it the second time around! The theming is great and the experiences are so interactive and fun. Would totally come back here with a larger group sometime!

did the squid game activation! you get put into groups of around 25 people and go through 4-5 rooms with different activities inspired by the show. they definitely try to make it feel like squid game - you have a game host that acts the part. at the very end, the winner of the group gets a price~ lols my boyfriend's dad won. it is very family friendly! i think the element of surprise makes the experience worth it! but not something you can do again once you know what to expect. they'll probably need to change things up or add new activations to keep people coming back!! either way this is a great indoor activity in dallas to get out of the summer heat! :)

There are a variety of games- PacMan, a foosball like hockey game, racing games, pinball, frogger, shooting games, old classics like Fix-it-Felix, DDR, shooting hoops, skee ball and more! It's relatively clean and employees come help is something is glitchy or a ball is stuck in the basketball game, for example. They play music at an appropriate volume (this place is way less deafening than cidercade, and less crowded too!). I've never had food/ alcohol here so can't speak to that. It's definitely a great place to go, especially with a buddy, to get competitive and just unwind a little! My only complaint- the arrows in DDR are not very sensitive and tend to stick a little on their machines. It's very hard to adjust the initial difficulty level because the DOWN arrow on both sides of their machine is so not-receptive to touch you have to jump on it with intense force to move it from basic to more difficult. I'm actually pretty good at DDR and kept getting BOOS from arrows I was hitting. So just don't come here specifically for a DDR marathon and you won't be disappointed. Everything else was in good working order!

For about $13, you get unlimited free play all day, making it an excellent value. The arcade is a little smaller than some of the other Free Play locations, but it's packed with classic games from the '80s, '90s, and early 2000s, along with a nice selection of pinball machines. There's a full-service bar and food menu. I didn't try the food, but the drinks were reasonably priced. My only complaint is that there aren't many places to set down a drink while playing, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's busy. The arcade is tucked away in an older shopping center, so it's easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. Even with the Father's Day crowd, the staff stayed busy while remaining friendly and the restrooms were clean. Overall, it's a fun and affordable place to spend a few hours, whether you're reliving your childhood or introducing someone else to classic arcade games.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat.
