I went to check this place out when they were doing a free DJ event and it was a pretty cool venue. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars, which trust me I really wanted to, was because I ordered a well vodka with club soda and it was $17. They also tacked on an auto gratuity, and the bartender was awful. I bartend myself so I felt the service should've matched the tip. The DJ was fantastic, I met a few cool people, and the entire venue has a lot of energy. I would give them another shot my next time in the area.

Went to select start on a Sunday afternoon about 230-3pm. Not busy at all. Friendly bartender who made a great old fashioned! Not a huge selection of games to play but still a good number you could find something you like.

November 2021 - COVID Review: Came here after dinner due to a recommendation from the staff at the restaurant we visited prior. The concept and vibe were definitely cool - because who wouldn't love an arcade bar?! There's also some cool game-themed cocktails on the menu. The music was good too! They have ATMs and coin change machines throughout so that you can play the arcade games, but like others have mentioned, it is pretty expensive per game. So my friend and I opted to just sip on our drinks and people watch.

This is a really cool bar. I did like the music and the atmosphere. However the pricing to play games is way way way overpriced. Each game has an ATM reader and each game is in the range of $3-4 per game. It is also small and gets crowded easily and there isn't a big variety of games. Some shooting games, punching bag, a couple of basketball hoops, skeet ball, pinball. They did have some gaming systems behind the bar and the wall of the bar is full of multiple screens. We played one game, got one drink and left.

We were Bar Hoping on a Monday Night and stumbled across this arcade bar at the end of Deep Ellum and we got so excited we immediately crossed the street and decided to give it a try. The vibe was amazing, the music was on point and the drinks were delicious! It brought back our inner child out and we played almost each game and if you don't have quarters that's fine bc they take Apple Pay. Like c'mon if I went on a Monday imagine the possibilities on a weekend! (:

A fair ode to the classics, and a fun concept if you ask me! We discovered this place after stuffing our faces with bbq over at Pecan Lodge. It was a late Tuesday afternoon, and we had time to kill, so why not check it out. From the outside, they've got a couple of picnic tables prior to entering. Inside to the left up above is a cool wall of spray painted video game characters, with an entire row of old and new video games. They had everything from Galaga, Donkey Kong, Pac-man, a few shooter games, a couple of pinball, basketball, a few other sports classics like Blitz, a mini Super NES at the bar, and my favorite a dome foosball hockey table. They even had ZOLTAR!!! At the bar, you can simply get a beer on tap or any mixed drink. But I believe their specialty in what also sets this bar apart from any ordinary bar are their floats and shots. I hooked up an Orange Cream float ($10) and totally enjoyed it! It was basically made with gin and an orange Red Bull. I wanted to try another, but it was the perfect dessert to put my stomach over the top. My brother seemed to like his Crown Royal Root Beer float as well. For the most part, the place was clean as we chilled at the end of the bar. The bartender was also nice to us, but also seemed busy cleaning. No issue really. This place totally reminded me of a typical arcade from back-in-tha-days, only with a bar. Would I go back? Probably. But minus a couple stars for not having Centipede, Burgertime, or Defender. Tron would've been cool to see too, oh well!

Me and my guy friend stopped at this bar that has cool video games. I played Ms. PAC-MAN I won!! Jeremy is a very awesome bartender. He treated us with great customer service and hospitality. I will definitely come back here again.

Impeccable vibes, bartenders with great personality and knowledgeable about their drinks. Dj kept the places vibe elevated. Bathrooms were a little sketch on cleanliness though. I loved the games and variety of games available. Enjoyed the photo booths. The only reason I took a star away was because the Batman pinball machine took my quarters but never dropped me a ball. And the bathroom sketchiness. Otherwise the art, decor, game selection, bartenders quality of music etc is on point and I highly recommend this place for a fun stop in Dallas.

Cute little video game bar, has some games for everyone. Ive only been here for a short time while waiting for dinner reservations but I have always enjoyed my time here. The peaches revenge drink comes in a fish bowl and is sweet without being too sugary. You can sit at the bar and play Nintendo on the many screens behind the bar. I need to go back to try some more drinks and games.

Loved it here! Deep Ellum is a super fun area and this bar really adds to the fun! There's tons of games there, ballon shots (which is something I had never seen before). A lot of super cute fish bowl drinks too, and very nice staff! The space is a little small, but they pack a lot in. At the bar you can sit and play video games like COD which my boyfriend really enjoyed. They also have games like Mario Cart which I liked. This is really a great spot for a fun night out with friends or a date night. I will be back!

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've had, not because of a rule--but…read morebecause of how it was handled. Our six-year-old son loves racing. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

From the adult perspective - the customer service is lacking, the prices are steep and the main…read moreattraction - the race cars, are slow and expensive. The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat.
