I see cross-fit groups out here all the time. There is a huge running/walking/biking loop around the entire park and connecting to other routes. I think also some kids soccer groups also play here. Families: there is a very large playground with benches and shade! It's top notch and well maintained. Tweens/teens- there are benches and sick places to hang. You can even bring hammocks. There is plentiful parking. Picnic tables. Families often come out on nights with solar events and their telescopes. To be fair it is super well lit so it may not be the best place for star gazing, but you get many people to interact with. Plus let me add for Pokémon Go players- three gyms and 6 Pokéstops so this makes for excellent playing.

Passing this park on an out-of-the-way side street for the last two years, I noticed a "workout area" towards the entrance to the park. I made a mental note to stop and check it out but, never did until today. I usually work out daily at the recreation center but, recently due to Omnicron, I've been looking for an interesting outside place to get some exercise. I remembered passing this place and decided to check it out. On pulling up I was initially disappointed. I guess I thought the structure should be bigger, more interesting, more challenging! then I started using it. Bam!!! Hello! I thought I was in decent shape for my age but, boy was I wrong. I couldn't even make it through a few exercises on this "adult playground"!!!! It just shows you can't judge a book by its cover or make assumptions. You have to Do It. this great little outdoor gym known as the Miracle is just that. In a fairly small area, several exercises are demonstrated via placard if you need them. It will wear you out, challenge you in ways you didn't anticipate. I'm so glad I found this outdoor place to exercise in the fresh air at this time. I feel I'm getting a type of physical challenge that I didn't inside a gym. Definite Go!

It has been fairly empty every time we came here for a quick visit. This space center themed play are is perfect for my 3 year old. He can explore, climb and pretend play and spend an hour on his own. I am an athlete and offer you should not go if you are not physically capable. Injured? Don't go. Also, if you are a group or have children, let others pass you as you will slow them down. Staff are not on the course. Do not expect them to come help you. Be self sufficient. Set reasonable expectations for yourself. And don't worry about what other people think. Hydrate. Staff are inconsistent and so is the upkeep. For example on today's visit one of the ropes was broken but I was allowed to use the obstacle anyway. That seemed very unsafe to me. I showed up early to our slot and was the first one let in about 5 min early. Everything had been reset for our session - they did have walk ins as well. During our visit a total of 5/6 other kids and their parents. About 9/10 play stations available so plenty of space and options. My sons favorites were the house and dessert shop. Entrance is about $13 includes 2 hours and a snack when they leave which is a nice transition! The employee was so kind and always had the most beautiful smile on. Additionally, we pointed out one tank where one of the fish was being incessantly bullied and another tank with a dead fish, and all she goes is "hmm yep looks like it" and then walks back to the front and continues talking to her regulars. Absolutely no help and her lack of concern for the fish conditions makes me wary about purchasing anything from there. Ended up going to another store that had incredible service and I now have a wonderful set up. Would NOT recommend this place and certainly wouldn't ever spend a dime here out of principle.

The soda machine was broken. Both times I used the women's room, a different stall was filthy. We asked for a pitcher of water and were told "we don't do that". They would give us a pitcher of ice, but no water. When I pointed out that we could get individual cups of water for free from the bar, the manager told us that we could pay $0.50 per cup to pour them into the pitcher of water. I declined, and another employee gave us four water bottles for free. Our neighborhood is a mile from this location. This is the 3rd party I've had for my kids here and we've come multiple times outside of that, but I will never come back again. I cannot believe how poorly maintained the facility was for the cost and the "policies" were are obviously designed to squeeze every extra penny out of us.
