We visited here for the first time not too long ago and was impressed by the concept. Loved how they had two areas of play - one for the bigger kids and one for the smaller kids. The front staff was helpful and very nice. My only complaint for this location because it's not as new you could tell some of their mats and toys were super worn down and old. The smaller kids area too wasn't as engaging as the area was for the older kids. I'd recommend bringing your own grip socks, but if you forget they have some for purchase. read more

This place is excellent for high energy kids! I'd say the ability is best for kids 4+ but they do have spaces for smaller kids to enjoy and some areas for pretend play. The staff is beyond helpful and takes care of every kid. We are SO happy Cheeky Monkey survived Covid! All three of our kiddos love this place & always leave covered in sweat & smiles. So why not 5 stars you ask? The cost ($11.99/child for 2hrs + $3/additional hrs) is high especially with more than one child. $11.99 is more than a movie ticket AND they start charging at 15/16months old!!! So even if your 15/16month old won't be playing, you're expected to pay for their entry! Yikes! No outside food or drinks, not even Mom's coffee is allowed. COME ON! You're making a killing on entry fees, let us moms bring our coffee & maybe a small snack for our young ones! And here's the thing, if they offered fresh or healthy food offerings I'd make a day of this place & get my kiddos lunch, but with nothing but processed & frozen food for meals & over-priced treats & junk food for "snacks" it's a total bummer. Finally, the bathrooms . I've been here over 5x and every single time the bathrooms make my skin crawl. They are FILTHY. The trash is almost always full, the floor is disgusting & the sink doesn't look much better. I feel more comfortable laying my baby on a pad on the floor in the main space than changing her in there. The Easter event was very disorganized. Kids were playing in the play area while the workers were trying to hide the eggs. Nobody announced that kids needed to leave the play area. Once the kids were all able to hunt for eggs the kids each got 1-5 eggs. The eggs that we collected were empty. We are extremely disappointed. We won't do this event again. read more

It's alright. Obviously the place has a ton of potential but they really let the ball drop in several areas that I can't give them more than 3 stars. The place is never clean, there are always lots of things that are broken, and their food and food related policies are trash. But does a child love playing here? Absolutely. The price is about $14 for one hour or $16-$17 for the whole day. They don't offer any sort of bulk pass discount and they start charging from 10 months and up. Which makes it a pricey outing now that I've got an 11 month old who can barely play with anything there. They do have a toddler area but unless it's empty, it's a little too much for a baby to deal with, so I primarily only come here with my toddler. I started bringing her here at 18 months. They had some toys and a small toddler area with a ball pit and some options for her, like a large step on piano and a small slide. If you have a young child, it is my opinion that Dino Kids is the better option. While their climbing area is much smaller, they have a ton more toys for the under 3 crowd and everything is more their size. Everything there is much cleaner and well maintained. Cheekys is the better option if you've got a climber or slightly older children. As my girl approaches 3, cheekys is becoming more and more appealing to her. There's ample seating for parents and if your child is good about independent play, you can sit and relax. (But you can't bring your morning coffee in with you, they want you to buy food from their overpriced snack bar run by a teenager selling microwaved junk food). Fair warning, you may have to climb up there after your younger kid if they get lost up there! Luckily their equipment can support large adults. Every time I've gone here, the staff is pretty apathetic and sparse, tables aren't clean, toys are a mess, lots of things are broken...it just doesn't seem like they care much about keeping this place maintained. You can really tell the difference between Cheeky and Dino on this aspect. We come here about once a month when we need to burn off some energy. I have not been to any other locations to compare. My toddler loves the place but I think they should make some improvements. Cheeky Monkey is okay for the children to have fun and have kids bday parties in fortunately the employees are not all that friendly there simply high school kids that don't care one in particular claim to be training the other two in cleaning the restroom what in fact were just goofing off while a little gi was holding herself waiting to use the bathroom. I notice it and went to bang on the door and wise ass kid acted like a little jerk I told him to move so the little girl could use the restroom. We visited this past weekend. No major things noticed except one of the pipes right at the middle/entrance of the play yard was leaking water. It fell on my head as I walked in and I looked at the floor to see a small puddle. So it must've not been a prolonged leak but maybe started leaking within that day. Before I had time to let the staff know, my little one was pulling me into the play yard since your admission is timed. When there's not a lot of people, it's okay and serves its purpose. But when it's crowded, the place is way too cramped. Not very COVID-conscious at all. Saw a kid just coughing loudly walking past other kids while doing so like it was nothing. Super cute indoor play park they are tons of areas to play great for ages 2.5 and up . There is a side for toddlers maybe 9 months and up but you have to watch your babies very carefully as big kids run and being kids playing can bump into your little ones. Kids will be kids and it's still a fun indoor park with a cafe that has lots of kid friendly snacks and pizza to have while on break from playing. 7/19 was our first time coming since right after they opened. It was around 2pm and it was really chaotic and crowded. Kids were running and screaming all around the tables between the store fronts and the play yard. Thankfully there were no wipeouts but statistically it's going to happen. The girl behind the food counter were incredibly sweet and came and offfered us a to go box later on, the check in girl was aloof and mumbled we needed to fill out a new waiver and pointed us to the tablets. The sign says use cubbies to place shoes but there were shoes scattered everywhere so it was hard to know where exactly we needed to place them to follow their rules. 2 Sanitizer dispensers were empty so that was definitely worth the loss of a star. Will go back, my kiddo came at age 4 and loved it and took her back at age 6 and she loved it still. read more

This place has gotten dirty and disgusting. I found literal balls of human hair in corners and dust inches thick. Nasty unknown stains on the floor foam mats. Ugh it was so gross!!!! It has never been cleaned since it's been opened I bet! Needs a good scrubbing and mopping everywhere! With as much as they charge per kid, they can afford a deep clean monthly!!! My kids love this place and I love that it is CLEAN and that there are no "big kids" running around beating up on the littles. It is expensive and they don't offer any kind of membership, so be prepared to spend quite a bit if you have multiple kids. I believe it's $12 for 2 hours of play. My daughter and I come here all the time, a week and a half ago we went in and played. A few days later she gets hand, foot and mouth. I immediately knew it was from this place as this is quite literally the only place with a bunch of children around and they probably don't clean as well as they should. When I called just to let them know my daughter got it (so they can clean and make sure no more children get it) the lady said "I'm sorry to hear that, what cancer was it? And is it contagious?", I never said cancer, cancer for one isn't contagious and two I said Hand, foot and mouth. When I corrected her she asked if it was contagious and I said yes very, I understand not everyone knows about the diseases like that but if you're working at a kids play place that's a good thing to know. My first time coming here but my oldest daughter has been a number of times. As far as the atmosphere it's clean and new. You can tell they really take care of the place. As far as the slides, climbing and everything else it's like a giant playhouse. Which even as an adult is really fun chasing and watching my kid. To see the joy and laughter in her face climbing and sliding down things makes it all worth it. They also have a good amount of snacks, drinks, pizza and dippin dots. We only ordered a few snacks since we were going to eat after but it's good to know. They also host birthday parties and other things so there really is a number of things you can do here.
