KidMania does a great job with children's birthday parties. They have all kinds of climbing equipment, arcade games, rides, and food. My grandchildren loved it. They climbed on the mazes and road the cup merry go rounds. They played games and took pictures in the Photo Booth. We had pizza and cake. The pizza was very good and the kids enjoyed it. The people who helped organize the birthday parties were on top of things. We had a private room and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend KidMania for the children in your life. read more

We've been here twice and it's okay. Nothing special but keeps kids occupied for a bit when there's nothing else to do. Floors and tables are sticky and dirty so be sure to bring wipes with you. They charge a sitting fee for adults so just be prepared for that. My friend and I were told by the check in girl if we are breathing in their AC, then we have to pay. Most likely won't be back. Tried this place for the first time as an alternative weekend activity for our 6 year old grandson. Great experience! Priced better than Urban Air, with better food available, and more games that actually award prize tickets. The staff was pleasant but stretched a little thin. They stamp hands upon entrance to provide extra security for the little ones and monitor the exit. It wasn't operating-room clean, but seemed like it was cleaner than that other place I mentioned. The claim to sanitize the equipment weekly (see pics). Although we didn't order the pizza, it looked tastier than either Chuckie Cheese or Urban Air. KidMania is every kid's dream come true! The play structure is HUGE - honestly one of the biggest indoor playgrounds I've ever seen - and it kept my kids entertained for hours. There are tunnels, slides, climbing areas, and so many places for them to explore. It's the perfect spot to let kids burn off energy in a safe, fun environment. As a parent, I really appreciate how clean and well-managed the whole place is. The staff does a great job keeping an eye on things, and there's a secure check-in/out system that makes you feel at ease. They also have a separate toddler area, which is a lifesaver for families with little ones who aren't quite ready for the big structures. The café area is another plus - plenty of seating for parents and a good selection of snacks and meals so you can actually relax while the kids play. It's also a great spot for birthday parties; I've seen how organized and fun the staff makes the celebrations. If you're looking for a place where kids can have non-stop fun and parents can actually sit back and breathe for a bit, KidMania is the place to go. We'll definitely be back! read more

This place was way bigger than I expected. The prices are reasonable, and the food was delicious... get the onion rings. The pizza was HEAVY, very filling. We had four kiddos with us and they do offer military discount, which was amazing also. Parking was great and it's ample space especially if you have a party here. I did see five party rooms. There is a level for arcade games and a level for little kids. They even had a room for 18 and up if you want to take it away from all the madness. My advice is to use the bathrooms on the second level. Thank me later. The staff were polite and I truly love Grace. She was helpful from arrival to exit. KidMania hosted my daughter's 3rd birthday and she and all 15 of her little friends had a BLAST. The pricing was very reasonable compared to all the other options I explored. I enjoyed that they had an area of the kid maze designated for smaller kids which was perfect for my little one& her friends who weren't as adventurous as some of the bigger kids. The food was reasonably priced and pretty good & it catered to both kids and adults. It was an added bonus that all the kids got a 1/2 off coupon for a rerun visit. Playing daily? It's a reasonably priced indoor jungle gym suitable for 3-8. Party wise? You get what you pay for in comparison to cheeky monkey or safari run. We had to ask for water, we received no assistance with the decor despite that being promised. We had to ask for our game cards, so they pretty much ease some of the stress of planning a party, but you will definitely end up doing some work. My son loves going to this place! It has a large air conditioned jungle gym that is well kept and comfortably accommodates large groups of kids and is even big enough for adults. There is a second play structure for little ones to keep them from getting run over by the larger kiddos. If your child tires of the jungle gym they can play in the upstairs arcade area, however, you must load money onto a KidMania game card to play the arcade games. If you get hungry there is a snack bar downstairs that sells kids favorite foods such as hotdogs, pizza and burgers. If the building gets too noisy for you there is an adult only room upstairs that overlooks the entire play area. It is equipped with tables and chairs, a sofa, and pay per minute massage chairs. Each time I visited the building was clean and well maintained. The staff were always friendly and my kids always had fun. I too had fun having a few moments to read and catch up on things I would otherwise not have time to do. This place is definitely worth a visit if you have never been to an indoor play place. Young kids would give this 5 stars, but paying adults that have raised a few kids will give it 2 stars, so I've averaged the score, reluctantly. (As my technical advisor on this review is a 4 year old granddaughter going on 18 who reads at a 4th grade level, I'll include her views and opinions. I had to explain averaging of stars and "reluctantly" so she is happy with the rest of the content.) From a kid perspective, this place has lots of really cool 20 plus feet tall climbing features, lots of arcade games, a couple of rides for smaller kids, an area for smaller kids (3 and under), party rooms and a snack bar with an extensive menu including kid finger food (burgers, hot dogs, corn dogs, chicken fingers, fries, goldfish, etc...) custom pizza Including gluten free crust (which the granddaughter said was "disgusting"), salads, party trays (give them a week's notice) and all kinds of drinks. No adult beverages (which the granddaughter informed me are bad for people). Kids love this place! From an experienced paying adult, it can get very crowded, chaotic, lines are slow, and the indifferent unfriendly very young staff don't add anything positive. I think the staff could if they were trained in some basic customer service and given incentives. I saw none of the staff enforcing the age limit on the smaller kid area and none helping keep order at the high climbing features that shouldn't have had parents/older adults. (60 year olds climbing in a maze at 15-20 feet off the ground to help protect kids is comical and ungraceful and no, it wasn't me.) This establishment is like our society. Some of the kids go wild (uncalled for screaming, littering and inconsiderate) while others become bullies (pushing, shoving and cutting in front of the smaller kids). A lot just suck up the behavior of the misbehaving kids. The entrance has signage saying no outside food, but that isn't enforced. The schedule on the party rooms is not really adhered to. The entire floor is trashed with food and litter. The party rooms were fairly clean, however. The food is okay for kids but adults will not be impressed. Kids, have fun! Adults, be wary. read more

Makayla was the manager on duty during a birthday party we attended. My son has celiac and she was more than accommodating to make sure he had everything he needed. The place is rather dirty. From the restroom, to the floors, to finding trash in the play areas. It's quite crowded too with no level of personal space etiquette and distancing responsibility. A lot of the games were broken and too many kids running into mine without so much as an "oops" uttered. I had my daughter's bday party here. She had so much fun! The two hour time slot included a room that holds 15 kids(max) and they have tables outside the party room to accommodate all the adults while the children eat. If you have more than 15 kids you can rent two rooms next to each other. Our party host was so bubbly and enthusiastic! She clearly has great organizational skills that were very much appreciated. The young girls who checked us in at the front were so helpful and patient explaining all the food options to me. As guests walk in, they are able to place gifts on a rolling cart, which really eased the transportation process to the car. The food itself was definitely a lot tastier than what I'm used to having compared to other "kid party" places. They also had more variety, including fruit platters, pizza, chicken strips, mozzarella sticks, wings, amongst other things. I would also say how much they go above and beyond! We left a cell phone there and they had it in a safe and were willing to go above and beyond to make sure we could coordinate for pick up! They also have a small arcades area on the second level with some ticket games for prizes at the end. The coffee and food isn't exceptional but who would really expect that from a concession? The structure is pretty old and sticky so maybe sanitation isn't a priority for them. We went when it first opened on a Saturday and it wasn't busy. I was very impressed when I first walked in with my 18 month old daughter, but the management and employees are NOT in control of the place at all! My daughter could barely play in the under three areas because of all the older children running around in that area. It was not monitored by the staff and no one enforced safety, rules or anything. When I places my daughter on one of the rides, multiple children were jumping on and off the moving rides. I admit the parents are to blame, but the complete lack of oversight by the staff was insane! Too many people in the place made it unbearable. We did not have a great experience here, to say the least. First off, the "toddler" section was a tiny little spot against the right wall of the building, with only a slide and things to climb on for the younger kids, nothing more. So we really didn't think it was worth the money or the time we spent there. In addition, the signs said "toddler age children only," and there were bigger kids coming in and out and playing pretty rough around our 18-month old, and while we tried to brush it off and just keep close to her, it really didn't allow her to feel the freedom to play with confidence. There was no one watching (parents or employees) to see if the older kids were keeping to their section. The cleanliness of the place was also concerning. While I obviously didn't see piles of dirt everywhere, there was absolutely a general feeling that everything was sticky, the equipment wasn't well cleaned between kiddos playing, and with COVID-19 concerns, we just didn't feel quite safe. The worst part was when I stepped on a massive ROACH in the toddler section... yep... and we're all required to be in socks. Needless to say, that left me with a pretty bad taste in my mouth. I was disappointed when I alerted the young man working at the counter of the cockroach, and instead of apologizing or seeming to have interest in be safety/comfort of our children, he, without saying anything, just grabbed a paper towel and went to go pick it up. The other man working behind the counter didn't seem to care either. There just seemed to be a pretty blatant disregard for the customer. Nobody really seemed like they enjoyed working there... All in all, we will not be returning, and we are pretty bummed that we wasted our money here. Thankfully, it's cheap. But, I guess you get what you pay for. read more

Based on Yelp reviews I was hesitant to come here as I wasn't sure about cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of staff. But I have to say the money I paid for admission was totally worth it. Even the one dollar for myself. The seating area for adults are all conveniently located in the center of the play area. So you can keep an eye on your kiddos while reading books, working or just relaxing while the kids are having fun. Just a heads up. There is no staff who supervise the children and there are signs throughout that states :"play at your own risk!" So if you have very little ones it is recommended not to let your eyes off them completely. They also offered a special on game cards but a 20$ game card get 10$ extra. Perfect! For a hot summer day and playing outside is not an option in the morning or mid day. This is a great option. Plenty of parking and easily accessible off 75 and central expressway. 4 stars! Pretty cool place to let the kids run off some energy. There were a few things that could definitely use attention. *Candy and trash all around the claw machine game with candy in it. My 1 year old kept picking up trash and trying to eat floor candy. Not once during our 3 hour stay did we see anyone sweeping up the floor. *Some of the play areas in the jungle gym were worn down and broken. One area was held together by a bike lock. I saw nothing that could injure a child but still could use attention. Also lots of dust and debris on the structure and underneath. Candy, trash, dust bunnies, socks; ect. *Their ticket and gaming structure leaves a lot to be desired. $30 later and my kids left with 1) bottle of indivisible ink and 1) single jolly rancher. The infamous mess making candy claw game will give you 1 piece of candy for .50 cents. You might be lucky and get 2? Also to be fair some of that $30 was spent on games that were rides. Those 2 were- .75 cents (Jet) and .75 cents (spinning tea cups). For the price they were on for a while and the kids enjoyed them! If we came back those would be the only games we would use. I feel like chuck e cheese is a better value on the gaming side. Overall I will bring my kids back to burn off some energy. I wont be spending $$$$ on games next visit. Meh- it was my first time there with my toddler. Only one small play area for under 2 year olds. Staff doesn't wear a mask and want to get a foot away from your child to stamp their hand at entrance. I'm all for your freedom of not wearing a mask but if you're gonna touch my kid, you should be more mindful since kids aren't vaccinated yet. But it seemed like the staff could give two shits about anything, so wearing a mask is probably the last thing on their mind. My first time there and it was meh! Would not go back again especially on a Saturday afternoon. I gave it 2 stars because my toddler love the slide in the toddler section. My reasonings for the 1 star is for the lack of cleanliness, the amount of people (adults and kids) they allow in to the facility, the staff can't seem to keep up with controlling the environment, and the safety of the little kids. The lack of cleanliness comes from none of the staff cleaning and disinfecting the play areas, tables, bathrooms. Everything felt dirty. I had to clean up my own table that had trash and luckily I carry my own disinfecting wipes because I have kids. Cleanliness also comes seeing other kids not wearing socks. That was one of the rules. I think an important one health wise. If the company put X amount of staff members to each area of the facility, it would be better controlled by the staff rather than the customers. Along with that, there was some drama ensuing. Again, could be controlled by the staff. Last few things, there were so many kids in this place. It was hard for them to go through the whole course without pushing other kids and running. They really need a capacity limit. My older kids couldn't make it through the courses. read more

So, first of all, this place is an awesome way for me to get some grad school work done when we're visiting my in-laws in Texas. My little guy can play for hours, and the cafe keeps both of us fed and hydrated for not-as-bad-as-they-could-be prices. What bumps this to 5* for me, though, is the customer service; when we arrived, Courtney at the front desk was kind, courteous, and welcoming, and played along when my five year-old asked if she remembered us (we'd only been in once this past summer when we visited the family). When we were leaving (after FOUR HOURS of continuous play for the little guy), Courtney called my son by name, thanked him for coming by, and absolutely made his day. We just had my daughter's 6th birthday party here on 11/10/2018. The party itself was great - she and her friends had a great time, my 8 year old son also had a great time. No complaints there. They'd get a 4-5 star review, if that's where this story ended, but alas it did not. The first part of the continuing saga is 100% my fault - I take responsibility for the fact that we loaded up and left without checking out properly with the facility. I mistakenly thought that the credit card I had used to book the party with online would be charged for the balance of the party automatically, and that is not the case. So the following day (11/11), I get an email from the general manager saying basically, we don't store card information, and we need our balance. No problem. I immediately call the location and since the GM was gone already, I paid the balance and got the receipt. Story over, right? Well...not so much. I get ANOTHER email on 11/16. Again from the general manager. Again saying I have not paid the outstanding balance. **And threatening to escalate it to the police department** WOAH. We just went from 0 to 100 MPH here. We are less than a week from the party. I've gotten exactly TWO emails now, and *I HAVE ALREADY PAID* Now I'm getting threatened with the police??? So I of course call to the location and this time speak with the general manager himself. He looks up my account in their system and of course confirms that yes, I've already paid. He gives me an excuse of "well no one told me." Needless to say, this whole interaction has spoiled my daughter's birthday experience very much. It would have taken one quick minute to check facts before sending such a hostile communication LESS THAN A WEEK following a party, and especially when it was not needed. read more

Like all things shiny and new, Kid Mania was clean, well-kept and organized when it first opened. We visited often, taking all three kids to burn off some steam on rainy shut-in days. We liked being able to join in the fun, or watch from a table as the big kids ran around, climbed and played games. However, our last two trips have no been positive. The place appears to have been neglected. The floor, on both occasions, has been FILTHY. The firs time when we questioned the manager about the cleanliness of the place, she replied their vacuum cleaner was broken. That's no excuse when kids are rolling around in a week's worth of crumbs and dirt. There's a WalMart half a mile away, BUY A VACUUM CLEANER! On a more recent visit two months later, we noticed the floor was again filthy. When questioned about the issue, the manager advised they just vacuumed. (Note: this was 30 minutes after opening.) When pressed on the dirt we were seeing directly in front of the counter, she told us their vacuum was broken. I also noticed many torn safety nets, ragged and re-taped bumpers and worn out nylon covers on much of the play equipment. I guess they just don't care anymore? I posted a couple of pictures are evidence of the situation. We will not be back. There's no excuse for the lack of consideration when kids will be running shoeless in filth from last month, week or even last night! read more

Seriously this place is every kid's dream...and at first was my worst nightmare...until I got used to the sound of kids screaming and realized those were sounds of pure joy! Kid Mania totally lives up to it's name. When you walk in, you are greeted by hosts that stamp you and your kids (we don't have kids, and therefore were not stamped) but this is to make sure no one walks out of the building with kids that aren't their own. Super smart! There is a small entree fee (I believe it's under $5 per kid) and there's no limit on how long kids can stay and run around...expend all their energy! We were here for my nephew's first birthday party and it was a big hit. Kids of all ages can go wild in the tunnels that span across the entire building. There's a section for kids that are a little younger, and another section for older kids (and adults that are kids at heart). Upstairs there's also an arcade if the older kids aren't exactly into the running around in tunnels and sliding down concept. In the middle of the play area, there is open seating, and a small food court where you can order all kinds of snacks and soft drinks. The menu wasn't huge, but you can order typical snacks like nachos and buffalo wings, and pizza for your meal. Our party ordered a variety of pizza, garden salad, and mozzarella sticks which were all pretty decent! Kids were satisfied, and adults were seemingly content as well! The party rooms are a bit narrow, so a little suffocating for my taste, but the service they provide is very good. We had an associate helping us with everything from decorating, to serving the cake at the end. She was incredibly friendly and patient the entire time, which is definitely needed if you're going to work at a place like this. The party rooms are available for one hour reservations, so it's more of a short and sweet experience which allows the kiddos to get back to business running around and tiring themselves in preparation for naptime. One genius addition to this place...they have a QUIET ROOM upstairs for adults with glass walls which allow you to seclude yourself in silence but still keep an eye on your kids!! How cool is that? Overall I would definitely take any of my "kiddos" here in the future (but only after fueling up with a large cup of coffee). read more
