I showed up early to our slot and was the first one let in about 5 min early. Everything had been reset for our session - they did have walk ins as well. During our visit a total of 5/6 other kids and their parents. About 9/10 play stations available so plenty of space and options. My sons favorites were the house and dessert shop. Entrance is about $13 includes 2 hours and a snack when they leave which is a nice transition! The employee was so kind and always had the most beautiful smile on. I really enjoyed this and was surprised my son lasted the whole time playing!

Our child only used 12 minutes and wanted to walk through the play area for the rest of the time and worker said "can you go get her? You paid extra to paint, not to play". She was not smiling, unfriendly, and really made us feel unwelcomed. We're going to give it another try, but if she's still a problem, we'll switch to a different location.

And I was planning to book our oldest's birthday there in December, but definitely not now. That being said, the experience today was due to this one employee. She first began by charging me an extra $19.99 for our baby who we didn't bring this time around. I thought she could see I was only with 2 kids, but she also didn't ask to confirm how many kids we had for today. Then she comes up to me about 15 min or so after we arrived that my oldest was climbing behind their slide. Ok, that's fine. I get it's a liability for them (I'm an attorney, that's reasonable) However, in span of maybe 10 minutes she came up to me twice about my 4 year old throwing toys and then again for balls out of the ball pit. Like ok, I get it, but this is a kids indoor playground and things happen. I also didn't see her going up to other parents. And my family and I have been to MULTIPLE indoor playgrounds: Cheeky Monkey, CheerLand, Peek and Play, The Children's Playhouse Museum, etc. This has never been an issue. The most is the facility would make an announcement over the loud speaker to remind parents of x,y,z. This employee is going to drive other parents away, because I don't need to be micromanaged with my parenting. And it's a kids place, they're going to throw things, etc. Safety is an issue, yes, and hurting other children, but just throwing balls out of the ballpit? Come on now. Panda Playhouse you gave my kids a lot of joy, they loved your playground but we're going to go to the other indoor playgrounds from now on.

We purchased 75 minutes of play time and ended up leaving after only about 30 minutes because so many of the attractions either didn't work or weren't functioning correctly. The ping pong game, iWall, balance board game, and one of the shooting games all had issues. Even the games that did work often felt slow, poorly calibrated, or unfinished. The facility also felt dirty and unkept. We never saw any equipment being disinfected between users, which was concerning since so many of the games require shared paddles, balls, balance bars and other heavy touch surfaces. Additionally there was clear wear and tear to the walls and equipment demonstrating management does not re-invest in upkeep. Another frustration was the lack of instructions. Several of the digital games didn't clearly explain how to play or how to change the game type and the staff wasn't proactive or particularly helpful when we had questions. To their credit, the manager did approve a refund when we asked. However, the customer service surrounding it was disappointing. There was no apology, no attempt to understand what went wrong, and no interest in gathering feedback. We simply received the refund and were asked, "Is that it?" It left us feeling like they just wanted us out the door. The one highlight was the VR paragliding experience--that was genuinely fun and probably the best attraction there. Overall, though, the experience wasn't worth the cost. You can find better-maintained, more reliable, and more enjoyable interactive games at places like Dave & Buster's or a quality arcade. Unless the equipment is repaired and the facility is better maintained, I can't recommend spending your money here.

There are only two benches underneath the shaded tarp so bring lawn chairs to sit under the large tree. The splash pad is small enough to keep an eye on your kids. Note that I like this park because it offers a variety of fun unlike other parks where it's just a few water sprays. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. If the kids are tired of the water, they can walk to the turfed pirate themed playground or volleyball court for sand play.
