The space is pretty big: about half play area, half tables and chairs (aka a place to dump your overstuffed diaper bag for a second). There's also a small café with coffee and snacks, so necessary at this stage of life. There's a crawler area near the front with a small ball pit and a larger enclosed one for toddlers. However, it's not fully closed off, so I had to stay right there watching my lil buggah to make sure he didn't wander out and get taken out by the bigger kids. You get a colored wristband after you pay, and they announce when your time is up. I did notice a few moms on laptops while their kids played, so it seems like a spot you could hang out for a bit depending on which villain mode your child is in. Cleanliness was decent, not spotless but not concerning. Overall: solid option when you just need to get out of the house and let your kid burn energy while you pretend this counts as a break.

We purchased 75 minutes of play time and ended up leaving after only about 30 minutes because so many of the attractions either didn't work or weren't functioning correctly. The ping pong game, iWall, balance board game, and one of the shooting games all had issues. Even the games that did work often felt slow, poorly calibrated, or unfinished. The facility also felt dirty and unkept. We never saw any equipment being disinfected between users, which was concerning since so many of the games require shared paddles, balls, balance bars and other heavy touch surfaces. Additionally there was clear wear and tear to the walls and equipment demonstrating management does not re-invest in upkeep. Another frustration was the lack of instructions. Several of the digital games didn't clearly explain how to play or how to change the game type and the staff wasn't proactive or particularly helpful when we had questions. To their credit, the manager did approve a refund when we asked. However, the customer service surrounding it was disappointing. There was no apology, no attempt to understand what went wrong, and no interest in gathering feedback. We simply received the refund and were asked, "Is that it?" It left us feeling like they just wanted us out the door. The one highlight was the VR paragliding experience--that was genuinely fun and probably the best attraction there. Overall, though, the experience wasn't worth the cost. You can find better-maintained, more reliable, and more enjoyable interactive games at places like Dave & Buster's or a quality arcade. Unless the equipment is repaired and the facility is better maintained, I can't recommend spending your money here.

There was a small pavilion with a picnic table and plenty of benches to sit on. They also had a sand box with a manual excavator that slightly older (5+) kids could play with and the variety of slides, climbing bars, and swings were nice for all different ages. The grass around the playground was well kept so the kids ran around playing tag and hide-and-seek with no problem. Lots of parking and a community pool is attached to this playground. It does say something about HOA so I'm not sure what they require for you to enjoy this amenity but it looked pretty nice, too.

It's shaded from the sun and set in a nice little green area. There's a scooper excavator where you can dig in the sand. Next to the playground is a small pavilion with two picnic tables, and there is easy parking. I can't speak for the pool, it's an HOA pool which I'm not part of. I definitely hope I can come back to this park.
