This place is really fun if you enjoy playing with your kids. We had a blast (adults included)!! Unexpectedly, we came on a day there was an event - Easter Egg Extravaganza! This included admission, Easter bunny, egg hunt and kids lunch. We were lucky to get in as tickets were pre-sold and only had a few spots left. The place was open, clean and there are options for food/drink. My toddler enjoyed playing in both areas and the other kids big and small were very respectful and helpful to one another. We made some great connections and everyone was friendly. The staff here is outstanding. You can tell they enjoy what they do and were so helpful and courteous even with the chaos of parents and children. Most of my interactions were with Ashley. She took very good care of me and our needs. Big shout out to her for going above and beyond my expectations. We will be returning! One recommendation is that they upgrade their PA system. Some parents kick back and chill while their children play and others watch like a hawk to ensure their child is safe (guilty). Pros: There are a ton of different activities and play areas to keep children busy! There are areas that are more active and areas that are less active but still fosters an environment for children to learn and play. We hosted our daughters 2nd birthday party here and enjoyed it! Cons: It is definitely time for some updates. There is a ton of wear and tear and on the weekends it seems difficult for them to maintain the cleanliness of the establishment. I was playing around with my daughter and saw the area above the bouncy house was filled with trash and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Also, there are ALWAYS big kids in the toddler play section. I've had to rescue my daughter a couple times off of the spinning wheel with balls because the big kids will take over and cause the wheel to spin entirely too fast for a toddler - I think Cheeky Monkeys can do a much better job of administering this. read more

Overall solid 4.5 stars. Like the safety aspect of not being able to get in or out of the building easily. They give you (parent) a wristband once you pay. I opted for the All Day bracelet for my 2.5 year old. It was 16.99. There are signs for no outside food or drink to be allowed in, though they do have a concessions area to buy snack packs, pb&j, treats/candy, milk, juice etc. & coffee! we left before lunch/snack so we didn't buy any. I arrived at 9:35am and left by 11am. There was a good amount of kids not too busy and plenty of room for play. All parents and kids must be in socks (you can bring your own, but they also sell some there) to play in the play areas. Upon leaving an hour and a half after arriving I confirmed I was allowed re-entry later today before closing since I paid for All Day play. big plus since she naps. 1-14-2023 This is an fun place to bring the kids and expend some energy. The crawl area is large and can get very crowded. I prefer going early and during the week. They have Parties on weekends so it can get loud and rowdy in there. Adults are welcome to crawl around for no additional charge (waiver requires). I've been a few times with my granddaughter and we found some new hidden spots. They do need additional workers for the check in, bathroom cleaning/stocking and at times to enforce the posted rules. The check-in process on a weekend is time consuming and a chaotic, especially right at opening time. The Parents who don't monitor their kids is an issue in The toddler area, posted signs state for ages 4 years and younger. Six year olds taking control of the ball pit covering themselves up to hide under the balls and then throwing the balls at three year olds is dangerous. There is no one (worker) available to request assistance. I have to monitor and remove my child from the area and check back at another time. My advice is to crawl around with the kids, make lots of memories and have fun. The blue slide is fast but the purple slide is even faster. Granddaughter loves this place and we will be back many more times. read more

I had my daughter's birthday party at this location and when I placed the order, the website says "no outside food or drink allowed", so I didn't get a cake because of this rule/policy. Even when I got the confirmation call the week before, that was not discussed. When we arrived and was welcomed by the staff, they asked me if I had a cake, of which I replied no due to the policy. They said someone should've told me it was ok before now. Fast forward to I'm reviewing the bill and one of the staff members walks by with both hands full of stuff and slides a cake in front of us and keeps walking. They wrote happy birthday to my daughter on the cake. All of the parents there for the party all looked at each other in shock trying to figure out what just happened, including myself. Our host said that the staff felt bad for the mix up and wanted to make it right. They even brought the monkey costume out for the kids! They went above and beyond! I went from not only questioning if I would ever spend another dollar in there, I will now specifically go to this location and tell everyone that I can to go to this location as well! Everything seemed clean and overall well maintained. There were small spots on the play equipment that needed mending but nothing unsafe. I went down all the slides with him, but there was no area he was too little to climb. I feel like this will be a great place for us from now until he's maybe 6? There are slides, trampolines, ball pit, a "market", building blocks, etc. I was able to go through the entire structure with him so that was nice. Most places I'm too big to go with him. So this was great since he didn't come with a friend. I felt it was as clean as can be expected for a kid place. It might be worse on the weekends when it is busier. They have diaper genies in the bathroom which is awesome. So the place doesn't smell like a diaper! I can't speak to the weekends. Taking my review down a bit. We came on the weekend this time. I do NOT recommend coming on the weekend. The employees are rude and completely oblivious. We paid for 2 hours but when our time sticker was given to us, only one hour was given. When I brought this to the girls attention she seemed annoyed with me. Later there was a birthday going on. To gather everyone for the party they blare a massive travel speaker with the song "follow the leader." They placed the speaker two feet from my stroller where my baby was sleeping. I asked if they could move it over a little because he's almost 3 months old and that music was loud. The girl actually said "no, but you can move over there till we are done." Are you kidding me? I've been sitting here an hour. YOU can be courteous of customers and move over a few feet. I am unimpressed with the attitude of the employees here. If you can avoid any interaction with these horrible people then you'll probably enjoy your time. I think the concept is great. The place is so much fun for kids. The playground is dirty with balls of hair everywhere. Some of the balls in the ball pit area are all crushed and some even cut open. By far the best indoor play area I have been to. There is a good variety of activities for kids of all ages. Clean and sturdy with plenty of cameras around for safety. Took my nephews and it was $26 for two kids under 5 for one hour. Seems pretty pricey, but worth it when the kids enjoy it as much as mine did. There was a toddler area with a very small ball pit and some small obstacles. A trampoline area, multiple slides, mazes. To the side there are some make believe areas with a grocery store and other buildings for children to let their imagination run wild. Annoyed more than anything. My Kids had a great time until we had an experience with an EMPLOYEE who singles out people of color. This was our second time ever coming. This place is awesome! My son and I had such a wonderful time going down the slides, the purple one is the best! The jungle gym area is large enough for kids and adults, but not too large. The monitor makes it easy to see where your kids are. There is ample seating for parents to relax while their children play. The staff I encountered in the play area were friendly and they interacted well with the children! The facility is spacious and clean. There is a separate toddler area so the older kiddos didn't have to worry about running into the younger kiddos. My son was a little bummed that he couldn't play in the school bus bc it is actually used as the service counter:(. The kitchen area is not totally functional, it will be up and running within 2-3 weeks according to staff. The party room looks large enough to accommodate quite a few kids. There is so much to do from slides, to trampolines, toa mini zip line and a maze they will definitely stay busy. The only downside is that the $12.95 only covers two hours and it goes fast, however it is so worth it to me. The staff will actually monitor for safety and play hide and go seek or other games to keep kiddos entertained while you relax. We had our son's 3rd birthday here and it was such a success. Koya the manager was so fun to work with. She was patient and answered all of our 10000 questions we had prior to the party. The party coordinator/host was so organized and made sure everything ran smoothly. I literally did not have to do any work once I stepped foot in the room because they took care of literally everything (eg, set up/clean up, cake cutting). The children loved the play area and the face painting set up. The play area itself was clean. I liked how the staff were vigilant in making sure everyone wore socks. We came and booked for an hour for our daughter. Only one of us parents got a bracelet. It wasn't clear why both of us didn't get one since the Fairview location we both were able to get one although we did book for 2 hours there. I didn't see any rhetoric or explanations stating the criteria for both parents to get bracelets. I was thinking maybe it's 1 per child? But I saw several adults with just 1 child both having bracelets. On topic of the crowd. The place is spacious enough as long as there's not a whole lotta people. I did notice a group of parents just crowding the entrance chatting with each other while there were several open tables available for them to take their conversation. It blocked patrons sitting down from being able to see the play yard and also blocked walking access in the front of the play yard. All in all a very frustrating experience when they crowd like that. Don't watch your kids and talk with each other, that's your business but don't let it interfere or bring down other patrons' experiences. Generally this is on the parents but the staff could've done better to clear space up here and also enforce their own rules with kids climbing up the slide and stuff too. read more

First play date with my 18-month old at Cheeky Monkeys and we had a great time! All of the employees were super friendly and gave great recommendations for other kid-friendly activities in the area. The other kids and parents were polite and I didn't have to worry about her being knocked down. We did go on a Friday morning in hopes of a smaller crowd as well. There was a play area for kids under 4 that which was great - my daughter was able to warm up in that area until she was ready to tackle the larger slides and play area. Socks are required (I made sure to pack the ones with rubberized bottoms); no outside food or drink - I brought my daughters water bottle and there we no issues. They do have snacks and drinks for purchase which was nice. Only issue was the areas around the equipment do need a good clean/vacuum. There were little clumps of hair or dust off to the side of the main play areas - but it doesn't deter me from being my daughter back. Which, by the way, is easily assessable for adults (if you need to go wrangle your kid when it's time to go 99% of the spaces you can fit in comfortably). At the start of the second hour they do a conga line with music for all the kids in your party leading to the private party room. There they have all the chairs and food set up for the kids, do two games, let the kids eat the food then the dessert and then any time left they can go back to the playground and run off their sugar high. They've got a decent variety of food options depending on what you want to spend. The kids were pleased with chicken nuggets and fries and apple juice, and we added on pizzas and a fruit tray for the parents. I had five kids total with me, ages ranging from 12 years old to 7 months old. The Cheeky Monkey employees kicked into action giving us cold water, hot pizza, and emotional support-all on the house! They also gave us all cold packs to keep cool since it was 101 degrees out that day. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them.
