It's a cute place, my 9 year old and 6 year old played happily for the duration of our 2 hour jump pass. The play area is huge. They've got a toddler area that's sectioned off and a little building block area outside of the bounce area for younger kids. Lockers if you want to lock things up or cubbies for shoes and a little cafe with quite a few options. There's also a pretty diverse arcade, so lots to keep your attention. It is VERY loud. Between the constant blowers, kids screaming, and loud music, it's hard to hear announcements. Not great for kids with sensory struggles unless you plan accordingly with ear protection. Otherwise, very fun place. We'll definitely be back, and I'll definitely bring ear plugs next time. read more

This place had a lot going on! Ages: crawlers (1+) can use the toddler area, but the rest of the park is perfect for ages up to the teens. They have sports areas like soccer and basketball, large slides, and a jousting type area that had tons of teenagers having a good time. The arcade and claw machines are a good spot for a break/change of scenery. Staff: staff did a good job of monitoring kids and kindly correcting improper use of equipment to keep everyone safe. They were super courteous and kept areas clean. I appreciate staff that can interact well with the kiddos. Price: I love that they have much lower prices for parents. Adults are $7 and kids are $19.95, ages 3 and under $15.95. There is a 2 hour time limit but you can add on time for a lower cost as well. We spent about $50 at the food court for a family of 4, including treats like slushies! We were all full. I reccomended getting food after jump time has run out. It's nice to have a one stop shop. Pizza and wings were good! Love that it's indoors and well air conditioned as the summer approaches. Excited to be back! read more

Unlike other indoor bounce parks we've been to the employees are visible in the attraction, enforce rules to all participants, and monitor for safety. They seem to have a rotation with one of the task sweeping and walking the interior building interior. I gotta give it to them because this place is clean! They are doing a good job keeping the food and beverage away from the play spaces and I appreciated the music level was noticeable but not overwhelming. Several fun features like a warp wall, jousting, obstacle course and slides. They also have a nice area for small kids 5 and under. You will need to purchase their socks for $3 and plan to get a locker or not have a purse that day. Lockers are $2 per hour and they are a cash transaction. As someone else stated here, there's too many new rules now that takes away the fun. We came here over a year ago and enjoyed ourselves as a family. This time however my husband and I got whistled at for every little thing. Bouncing too hard on the bounce thing. Peeking through the wrong side of the obstacle course. Can't even remember them all. However, I keep a small fanny pack on my person. It doesn't hang or anything, could even be kept under my shirt and it wasn't a problem the last time. This time I was told I couldn't have it, that was the final straw. I'm not paying for a locker when I needed it on my person, nor was I going to leave it unattended. This is a long overdue review but since I haven't been back due to this negative experience, my opinion remains the same. We came on a Saturday which as expected, would be busy. I have 3 kids under the age of 3 so I brought my two sisters with me to help watch the kids. Anyone coming into the inflatables pays a fee and from what I remember, adults are cheaper. You also pay for socks that can be reused when you return to avoid paying again. If you bring any items, they do have lockers you can pay for. We did run into some issues with the lockers but a worker manually unlocked it for us. This place is fun and will definitely wear your kids out. They have a few workers watching for safety. The reason for my bad review is because when we were in the toddler section, my two sisters and I were inside waiting my 3 kids. A worker came and told us we had to get out because only parents were allowed. I told her I paid for my sisters to come to help me with my kids and since I have 3 kids, there's 1 adult per kid. She said only I was allowed since I was the only parent due to maximum capacity and safety. It doesn't make sense to me because if there's a maximum capacity for safety, cap how many people can come in instead of charging people and kicking them out. I'm more concerned with them allowing older kids in the toddler section making it more dangerous for babies. The manager on shift handled the situation well and apologized but again, why charge for extra adults when they're not allowed to participate. I would suggest limiting how many people can enter on busy days. read more

Went to check out this place for the 1st time. My kids and nephews had a blast. The only problem I have is a safety issue of the inflatable, there is 2 entrances to get into the inflatable bounce area. One in the front and the other in the back. It makes it harder to get keep an eye if you have multiple kids because the inflatable is so big. Since there is 2 entrances *me being cautious, I feel like someone can easily snatch your kids if you are not actually in the inflatable with them because the front entry to the inflatable there is no seating. The seating for parents is on the side or back. Overall the inflatable is pretty cool with different obstacles and zip line section. It's a little pricy but you can stay as long as you. They are strict about outside drinks. My husband had his coffee with him and they would not let him in until he got rid of it. read more

Very disappointing and stressful experience for a place that claims to be family-friendly and child-centered. My wife and I brought our two young children (ages 2 and 4) after driving 40 minutes specifically so they could enjoy this place. We paid, entered, and were never informed at the front desk that only socks purchased on-site were allowed. Our children were wearing high-quality, rubber anti-slip socks, specifically designed for play areas. After about 1 hour and 30 minutes, a very young staff member (around 14-15 years old) approached us with an unprofessional and confrontational tone, insisting the children must buy their socks or he would call the manager. I calmly explained that the socks were appropriate and even safer than the ones sold there, but instead of resolving the issue respectfully, the situation escalated. When the manager arrived, she immediately demanded that we leave the facility with our children and threatened to call the police, over SOCK COLOR, while my kids were peacefully playing and smiling. No attempt was made to de-escalate, no refund was offered, and no empathy was shown. As a parent, I found this behavior shocking and unacceptable. The children did nothing wrong, yet they were the ones punished. If this rule is so strict, it should be clearly communicated BEFORE payment and entry, not enforced aggressively after families have already spent time and money. Sadly, we left disappointed, embarrassed, and feeling disrespected. We went there during the holidays so it was packed with kids running amuck. We used the Pogo Pass and it was an easy process to get through. It really is a bunch of large inflatables indoors and that's it. There's a small area in the back to sit with chairs and tables as well as crane games. You have to purchase a card and load money into it before you can play the crane games. I can't recall if there were concessions but I believe so. Restrooms were clean. Absolute not helpful employee. I bringing my 3 year old son there on an early Saturday. It was not too busy yet, but super noisy. My son got scared but the noisy and want me holding him. I know that we only want to play less then 2 hours because of his lapping time, so I was trying to get a 2 hour pass. The employee said they don't sell that ticket on site but only online (Yes, I know I can pre purchase tickets online but if you have a 3 years old child then you will never know when can you get on car and when can you arrive). I am holding my son on one hand and searching the ticket on the other hand, and also need to sign waivers. The website showed the tickets I want but do not let me to add to cart(I found how to add to cart when I can sit down to play that website fully, kindly hiding somewhere). They socks problem, our friend gave me two extra pairs of brand new socks but one pair for my son was too large and mine socks are fine. They need me to purchase a new one for him which I have no problem with but they charge me both pairs. Finally we paid $15 extra( refund haven't received yet) and only play for 30 minutes since all the time wasted to deal with tickets and socks and asking for refund. They have a huge area for big kids to play and an entirely separate bounce/play area for smaller children/toddlers only. The reason why I didn't rate it 5-stars is because one Tuesday I packed my toddler and infant into the car to make the 1 hour drive to this location just for us to arrive and there was a sign on the door saying "closed for cleaning." It is NOT listed on the website (at the time) so I was completely unaware and we don't live local, so I would've never driven past this place and noticed. I was incredibly frustrated because my toddler did NOT want to leave and didn't understand that the place was closed. For it being a children's play place, it needs to be a bit more organized. We had the BEST time at Super Llama Inflatable Park! My kids had so much fun and didn't want to leave. There are so many options for kids of all ages from infants all the way up so everyone has something to enjoy. I really loved how much there was to do, from all the inflatables to the claw machines and even massage chairs for parents to relax a bit. The food section was also a pleasant surprise everything tasted fresh and was actually really good, which you don't always expect at places like this. I was able to join in on all the festivities and the rate we paid gave us access to the facilities all day, though we were done after about 2 hours. We made it around mid-day on a Saturday and noticed the park got busier as the day went on. I felt really safe navigating all of the different slides and courses. We didn't partake in their food options but noticed they had an area to eat and lots of people enjoying the different options. Looks like this is a popular spot for birthday parties. Be sure to be prepared to purchase their special socks in case you don't already own a pair. They are cheap though. I have mostly all positive feedback aside from the daily price, but the upkeep and cleanliness of the place explains it. They have a separate toddler area for kids five and under as well as a larger area that will keep the older kids entertained. There are two ball pits interactive screens multiple climbing areas slides and scaling walls. They have a bounce house soccer and basketball area. They also have a few arcade games in the back. They offer snacks for a reasonable price. No outside food or drink. Overall I was impressed with the cleanliness of the area and variety of areas for kids of all ages. I like that they also have monitors within the dump houses to make sure kids are following rules and playing safe. They do charge for parent supervisor which ends up being about $10 per parent with socks. If you do not purchase the parent pass you are not allowed to be in the jump house area which would be difficult to supervise from outside given the size of the area. They also offer monthly memberships with the 6 month minimum. If you live nearby and you plan to come more than once a month it's definitely worth it. The staff was friendly and understanding. They also had a sign that requested staff to put away their cell phones which I thought was a sign of customer experience-centered management. We recently celebrated our children's birthday parties at Super Llama Inflatable, and the kids at both parties had an absolute blast. The inflatables are a huge hit, and the children were entertained the entire time. However, for parents considering this as a birthday venue, there are a few important things to note regarding the booking process and party package details. Observations for Parents * Communication & Booking Discrepancies: I had toured the venue in person and booked the 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. time slot along with party room #3, which we included in our invitations. Two days before the party, we received an email from an event planner stating the time was 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., which caused panic since invitations had already been sent out. I had to call to confirm it was a typo, but I never received a call back from the planner. When we arrived, we were also assigned to party room #2 instead of the one we had reserved/toured/booked. * Undisclosed Discounts: I just noticed on the website a "Back to School Party Special" for $50 off weekend parties, but this deal was not offered or applied during our booking or checkout process this past weekend for either one of our parties. * Party Package Details: The standard package advertises a free future pass, but we never received one until I drove back afterward and asked. The online invitations provided were clunky and difficult for our guests to use, as they couldn't easily find where to RSVP or the birthday child's name and event details. We also asked for both green and blue balloons, as the event planner had offered, but only blue were provided. The standard package also came with two cheese pizzas that cannot be substituted for other toppings, and no outside food is allowed. This was unfortunate for the birthday boy who doesn't eat cheese. It also came with a free t-shirt, but the children would much rather be playing at the venue than wearing it. It would be a great business option to trade the t-shirt for a game card, at least for the birthday child. * Inconsistent Mascot Appearance: A new llama mascot made an appearance at one of our parties, which was unexpected, and it was a no-show at the other child's party. While not a dealbreaker, the inconsistent offering was a bit odd. * Hostess Role and Tipping Transparency: The standard package includes a party hostess, but it's not made clear that a tip is expected. I later found out the hostesses' wages are extremely low (around $2.50/hour), and they depend on tips for their livelihood. This is a major factor that should be transparently communicated upfront so parents can budget accordingly. The business structure of this role also felt more focused on monitoring the number of kids and coordinating upcharges on food, drinks, and attendees, rather than providing the kind of hosting service that would traditionally earn a significant tip. It would be great to have an option to host the party ourselves. * Arcade Games: The venue now has numerous arcade games, compared to years past, that are not included in the standard party package. This was a major point of disappointment for the kids, as it created an unexpected expense for parents who had to purchase separate game cards.
