It does get quite busy on the weekends. As you enter, you receive two coins - customize a crayon or get playdoh from the vending machine in the middle of the facility. The crayons make a cute gift for all ages. I made one for my husband and a friend and they absolutely love it. The activities we have today is nothing compared to how we grew up! The staff were patient, kind, and helpful. Thank you for making the experience great! One of the things I didn't like were the playgrounds. I went with a four year old so naturally we went on the playground suitable for her age. I saw bigger children on this one and children not supervised by their parents. I didn't like how it was monitored.

This location offers single day tickets or annual passes. In my opinion, if you purchase the annual passes. It is equivalent to purchasing two single visit tickets. With each visit you receive two coins to be used throughout and a clear bar to hold all or your items. You can create a ring or race car crayon. You can create melted crayon splatter art. There is a coloring station, chalk area, watercolor painting, and a small indoor play area. It is a nice indoor area to take kiddos to beat the outdoor elements and still have fun. Snacks for purchase with surprise crayon visits for photos.

This place is incredibly disorganized and honestly feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. For the amount of money you spend to get in, absolutely nothing here is worth it. Here is what you need to know before you go: * Zero Staff Supervision: There are no staff members supervising the bounce room or the shooting area. Because of this, little kids are running wild with guns everywhere. * Not Teen-Friendly: Because the facility is overrun with unsupervised "littles," teenagers do not have a dedicated or safe place to actually play. If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. On top of that, they do not offer any food or drinks for sale, meaning you have to haul everything in yourself. Save yourself the headache and the money. We will not be returning.

We will definitely be back. We were able to bring our own lunch and had a place to sit. The AC was cranking -that was needed!

It really feels like checking into a whole little city which is such a neat and creative concept…read morefor kids! I haven't seen anything quite like it. Everything is so well thought out: there are eateries where kids can make their own pizza or learn how yogurt is made (and then enjoy it!), a gym, pest control station, bank, fire station, theatre, news set, Spotify recording studio, flight simulator, the list truly goes on. How cute is it to "check in" at an airport security line? I absolutely loved that concept as it was both a clever and immersive touch! However I'd like to think it was meant to function as a real security checkpoint as well, but I did notice that even when alarms went off, people weren't actually checked. Entering a place full of kids, that was a bit concerning. It's a great idea, but I hope they take that extra step to ensure it's not just for show and that safety is truly prioritized. I also appreciated that it wasn't overly crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more enjoyable. From chatting with others, it sounds like that's not always the case, and I can imagine it would feel overwhelming if it were packed. That said, I do wish more of the "establishments" and activities had been open. It seemed extremely short-staffed, and quite a few areas were closed or without staff to guide the kids. I would've loved to see the theatre in use, the taco stands open, and the upstairs space available -all of those plus many others were closed during our visit. For the activities that were open, the staff seemed stretched thin and outnumbered by the children. There really needs to be a better system for timing and scheduling. Maybe a sign-up or reservation system for each activity would help -- running from line to line only to be told it's full (or canceled) gets frustrating. I think that's what the Fast Passes were meant for, but even then, breaking up groups that had already been waiting together felt inconvenient. Allowing everyone to reserve activity times would make for a smoother, more enjoyable experience for guests and staff alike. The wristbands were a great idea, definitely appreciated and necessary. They keep parents and kids honest about ages and ensure kids only join age-appropriate activities. They also track their "earnings" and likely serve as a security measure too, which I loved. However, with the short staffing, there needs to be a better process for scanning them in and out of each area. Waiting for scans, especially on the way out, delayed us from getting to our next scheduled activity several times. The adults only IKEA inspired lounge was a nice touch for those with slightly older children who can run around more independently. For the age group I was with, and given how unorganized the staff and session timings were, there was no way we could've left their side but I can definitely see that space being a great perk for other adults. This is what I could understand adults being charged for, outside of being able to simply get away with it as you can't and wouldn't send your children in unattended, I don't understand adult entrance fees. Other than it being a deterrent for those who do not have children to enter with. It would also be nice for maybe an informative video before entering to make kids aware of "earning" and what deducts from their total points, what's available to do, etc. almost like a "briefing before heading into the city" It's a fun and clever concept overall, but I think a few operational, staffing, and security improvements could make it truly exceptional. No photos to post as they include children. I didn't think to take photos of all of the empty, non operating areas. But again, it's truly its own little city with a variety of places.

This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've had, not because of a rule--but…read morebecause of how it was handled. Our six-year-old son loves racing. He's been racing regularly since early November at another Andretti location and has already been officially verified as meeting the height requirement for the junior track. We came to this location excited, with family in town, expecting the same consistency. Instead, he was denied access based on a manager's visual guess from behind the counter. No one measured him. No policy was clearly explained. No customer records were checked. And the manager refused to even come out to engage directly. If height requirements are about safety (which we fully respect), then they should be enforced objectively and consistently. Guessing from a distance is not safety--it's laziness and poor leadership. What made this worse was the complete lack of empathy. Watching a child who loves racing go from excited to confused and disappointed--without explanation or care--was heartbreaking and entirely avoidable. The Andretti name stands for precision and professionalism. What we experienced here was the opposite: disengaged management, inconsistent policy enforcement, and a total breakdown in customer experience. We didn't ask for special treatment. We expected competence, consistency, and basic respect--especially when dealing with kids. This experience ruined our visit and seriously damaged our trust in this location. Until Andretti addresses these leadership and operational issues, we won't be returning--and we'll think twice before recommending it to other families.

The race cars are really the main attraction here and the entire place revolves around the racing. You cannot make a reservation. It's a first come, first serve situation. There are four racing categories (see below), so if you come with a group of mixed ages or heights you may not all be able to race together (I've witnessed this shock when birthday parties assume they can race together). The Intermediate and Junior Races are slower than you'd assume. I could jog faster, but the WORST part is the speed. They go so slow and are controlled so it's nearly impossible to pass another racer or actually RACE! The Mini Mario has some speed and speed is adjusted based on the general age of the racers in the heat. The cost is $29 down to $15, which doesn't sound horrible, but after waiting for a long time for your group to be called and then racing for 1min to 7 minutes, the cost is really high! High enough you're not likely to get in line and do it again. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ugh. There are kiosks and a giant line with actual people at a counter. Don't be mistaken YOU MUST go to the kiosk FIRST and fill out waivers, although there are no signs anywhere telling you that. We've filled out waivers on line before arriving, only to find ourselves at the front of the line and told "we can't find it, now to to the kiosks and get back in line". It's awful. The employees don't seem to like their jobs, or likely are sick of people being upset at them for the HORRIBLE process management has set up. We've never been able to find someone on the floor to help us when a video game eats our money or doesn't work either. The guys in the race area are hit or miss. Sometimes they're patient and kind. Other times they mumble and seem pissed off to be there. GAMES: The video games are the same as other places around town, but after driving all the way out here, searching for parking and then racing for 5 minutes we've always felt like we need to play a few games to make the trip worth it. FOOD: We've never eaten here, but it's basic bar food (hamburger, hot dogs, nachos, etc) and the cost is high for such basic food. We'd rather pay the same amount for better food options in the area. All that to say, expect to spend $$$ to come race, eat and play at Andrettis. Make sure your group has checked the height & age requirements to make sure you can race together. And finally, come with a lot of patience. ----- Race Categories ----- ADULT RACE 7- Minute Heat. Adult Races are for drivers at least 54" Tall and either 18+ yrs old or 15+ yrs old with State Issued Driver's License or Permit. Max Weight: 300 lbs. INTERMEDIATE RACE: 7- Minute Heat. 2026 - Review #14…read more Booked a field trip here and my students had a blast. I worked with Kimmet to organize the whole thing and she was kind and attentive during the entire process. She answered all my questions and made the booking process seem less. Minus 1 star for our ticket mix up. We booked the all access package and by the time it was sorted out the All Access attraction (Tree Top) had a long line and wait. Also minus 1 star for the staff help, there was one lady at the front with red hair who seemed to have an attitude every time I came to ask a question. With 90 students and over 20 adults quite a bit of questions arose and some things were unclear. It would be helpful to assign a staff member to each field trip group to limit having to speak to multiple staff. Lastly, be mindful of the tunnels. They are fun however, we had middle school students present during our visit and they were making out in the tunnels. Better lighting could help fix this with a reminder to chaperones and parents to keep an eye on their children. Highlights - Massage Chairs - Plenty of space for student to run and explore - Activities for everyone - Snacks Bar
