Generally, there was one staff per room which is plenty when the maximum kids allowed was 6. In the rooms where they allowed 10 or more, there were 2 or 3 staff. Wristbands and credit cards kept everything well organized, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the entire site was very clean. Highly recommend for an educational and entertaining experience. Fun fact - the airplane that you see at the entrance is a refurbished real plane donated by American Airlines, and you go inside the plane for the pilot training which had an impressive flight simulator.
