We recently had my daughter's birthday party at the Frisco Sky Zone, and it ended up being such a…read moregreat experience. I'll be honest it is a little pricey. But after seeing how everything turned out, I really felt like it was worth it. We had a private party room upstairs, and they gave us time to get in and decorate before everyone arrived, which helped take a lot of the stress off. Our party host, KJ, was absolutely amazing. It was mostly just me and my daughter setting everything up at first, and then family arrived a little later. He stayed on top of everything, kept us on schedule, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had what we needed the entire time. Birthday parties can get a little chaotic, and he helped make the whole experience feel easy. The summer party package was also a really good value. The kids got pizza, drinks, Slurpees, backpacks, and some other fun goodies. One of my daughter's favorite parts was getting a private area where she and her friends could jump together for a while. It also gave them the perfect space to film birthday TikToks without feeling crowded. I did end up having one extra jumper, but the staff communicated everything clearly before charging me, so there were no surprises. I really appreciated how upfront they were. One of the best perks was that my daughter received a 100-day jump pass with her birthday package. We've already gone back a couple of times this summer, so that's been an awesome bonus. Overall, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean, the kids had an incredible time, and KJ truly went above and beyond to make Harper's birthday special. I would absolutely recommend this location if you're thinking about having a birthday party here.

The center is always clean and well organized. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and works with your child at your child's level to help them gain proficiency in a fun and engaging manner. They offer prizes and incentives to keep the kids engaged and to motivate the kids to focus on making progress. During the summer they offer full-day camps and half-day camps. If you book two half-day camps your child could stay the entire day so you don't have to come back to pick them up in the middle of the day. Don't be surprised when it is time to pick up your child they aren't ready to leave. My son would stay all day if I allowed him to. Overall I am happy with the summer camp and my son will definitely be back next summer!

Can't recommend highly enough.

This indoor playground is literally 5 minutes from our house, and you can get a full day pass for $19.99 which is a good deal when you have 3 boys (ages 6, 4 & 1). We've only been going here since they opened. It's good for my oldest since they have things he can play on that aren't geared toward younger kids. And I was planning to book our oldest's birthday there in December, but definitely not now. That being said, the experience today was due to this one employee. She first began by charging me an extra $19.99 for our baby who we didn't bring this time around. I thought she could see I was only with 2 kids, but she also didn't ask to confirm how many kids we had for today. Then she comes up to me about 15 min or so after we arrived that my oldest was climbing behind their slide. Ok, that's fine. I get it's a liability for them (I'm an attorney, that's reasonable) However, in span of maybe 10 minutes she came up to me twice about my 4 year old throwing toys and then again for balls out of the ball pit. Like ok, I get it, but this is a kids indoor playground and things happen. I also didn't see her going up to other parents. And my family and I have been to MULTIPLE indoor playgrounds: Cheeky Monkey, CheerLand, Peek and Play, The Children's Playhouse Museum, etc. This has never been an issue. The most is the facility would make an announcement over the loud speaker to remind parents of x,y,z. This employee is going to drive other parents away, because I don't need to be micromanaged with my parenting. And it's a kids place, they're going to throw things, etc. Safety is an issue, yes, and hurting other children, but just throwing balls out of the ballpit? Come on now. Panda Playhouse you gave my kids a lot of joy, they loved your playground but we're going to go to the other indoor playgrounds from now on.

Take two on my daughters gymnastics career…read more Last year, I decided to put the kiddo in gymnastics. The kid has some amazing balance for a four year old, is fearless, and is really short. I guess when you put that together you have the makings of the next Mary Lou Retton or the one from Allen Texas who won gold some years back. Anyways, I put her in a program in Denton and we didn't stay to long. Not that it was bad, but it looked more like daycare than actually learning much. And with 8-10 kids in a group, she wasn't getting the attention needed to actually accomplish anything. Granted the place had plenty of trophies lining the cabinets but whatever..... Enter the suggestion of my ex-wife and we found this place. Yes it's smaller, but her class size? A maximum of five kids. Her classes have been her and a little boy, and sometimes another girl. So only two to three kids? I think that's much better and I think she might get things done now. This place is more on the tumbling aspect, so I noticed that there wasn't a balance beam or a vault, but as long as my kiddo is happy, I'm happy.
