Because of her, I was actually able to enjoy the party instead of running around trying to manage it all. She was so kind, organized, and on top of every detail. She kept us on schedule in the most calm and natural way, welcomed all of our guests, and created such a warm, inviting atmosphere. You can tell she genuinely cares. As a mom myself with a house full of wild boys, I blown away with her. She encouraged me to enjoy the party myself and was just such an angel. She handled the chaos like a pro. She was patient, attentive, and just incredible in every way. Our party was such a hit, and so much of that is thanks to her. We absolutely adored her and will be requesting her for every future party. If you're booking a party, ask for Jensan. You will not regret it.

The space is pretty big: about half play area, half tables and chairs (aka a place to dump your overstuffed diaper bag for a second). There's also a small café with coffee and snacks, so necessary at this stage of life. There's a crawler area near the front with a small ball pit and a larger enclosed one for toddlers. However, it's not fully closed off, so I had to stay right there watching my lil buggah to make sure he didn't wander out and get taken out by the bigger kids. You get a colored wristband after you pay, and they announce when your time is up. I did notice a few moms on laptops while their kids played, so it seems like a spot you could hang out for a bit depending on which villain mode your child is in. Cleanliness was decent, not spotless but not concerning. Overall: solid option when you just need to get out of the house and let your kid burn energy while you pretend this counts as a break.

But after seeing how everything turned out, I really felt like it was worth it. We had a private party room upstairs, and they gave us time to get in and decorate before everyone arrived, which helped take a lot of the stress off. Our party host, KJ, was absolutely amazing. It was mostly just me and my daughter setting everything up at first, and then family arrived a little later. He stayed on top of everything, kept us on schedule, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had what we needed the entire time. Birthday parties can get a little chaotic, and he helped make the whole experience feel easy. The summer party package was also a really good value. The kids got pizza, drinks, Slurpees, backpacks, and some other fun goodies. One of my daughter's favorite parts was getting a private area where she and her friends could jump together for a while. It also gave them the perfect space to film birthday TikToks without feeling crowded. I did end up having one extra jumper, but the staff communicated everything clearly before charging me, so there were no surprises. I really appreciated how upfront they were. One of the best perks was that my daughter received a 100-day jump pass with her birthday package. We've already gone back a couple of times this summer, so that's been an awesome bonus. Overall, the staff was friendly, the facility was clean, the kids had an incredible time, and KJ truly went above and beyond to make Harper's birthday special. I would absolutely recommend this location if you're thinking about having a birthday party here.

When we entered the gates, Lauren gave us a tour of the facilities mentioning the cafe, cubbies, private event rooms, family bathrooms, nursing room, and quiet space for when the kiddos need a break from all of the stimulation. It's definitely geared towards kids and not babies or toddlers. The toddler area is about 1/3 of the main playground area but the rest is for a slightly older crowd, not that they limit based on age. Which is a nice touch since all kids develop at different rates. The free weekend was a great way for us to check out the business to see if the membership made sense for our family.
