I recently took my kids to Super Llama Inflatable Park, and they had an absolute blast! The place is huge, bright, and full of different inflatables -- from big slides and obstacle courses to a safe toddler area that's perfect for little ones. Everything looked clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of places for parents to sit and watch. I really liked that the staff walked around keeping things organized and clean, which made me feel comfortable letting the kids explore. The café area was convenient for snacks and drinks, although the prices were a bit on the higher side. Admission was also a little pricey once you add socks and food, but the kids played for hours, so I feel it was worth it overall. One thing I'd suggest is checking the hours before going -- it can get busy on weekends, and I've heard they sometimes close for cleaning. Also, make sure to bring or buy their special grip socks, since they're required for all the inflatables. Overall, Super Llama is a great spot for a fun family day or birthday party. Okay, this day = core memory unlocked Took all my favorite kids to SuperLlama Bounce Park... but plot twist -- I had just as much fun as they did. From the bounce house slides to the basketball and soccer courts, and that insane obstacle course... there's literally no way you get bored here. It's one of those places where you keep saying 'one last round'... and never actually leave And after all that jumping? We were DONE -- but thankfully they've got a café inside with hot, fresh pizza and drinks (lifesaver honestly ). Plus, if you need a little break from bouncing, their arcade section is perfect to chill and still keep the fun going. 10/10 recommend if you're in Plano -- whether you're bringing kids or just being one for the day Safe to say... We recently hosted a birthday party at Super Llama and had an amazing experience from start to finish! Our party host, Lauryn, was absolutely fantastic -- super organized, helpful, and on top of everything. She made sure the entire event ran smoothly and stress-free. I was able to bring my own tableware and decorations, and Lauryn even helped with the setup, which I really appreciated. Janette was also very kind and helpful. At checkout, she carefully reviewed the bill with me to ensure everything was accurate -- a small but important detail that made a big difference. This place will definitely wear out the kiddos. I have a 3 year old and we were attending his classmates 4th bday party. Boys will be boys so they opted to play in the big kid area. Once I saw they could make it through all of the mazes without being afraid or getting stuck, I would have felt comfortable allowing the group of 8 kids play together while I watched the entrance/exit however there are 2 entrances to the big play area. One of the entrances is placed right by the front door which to me is a safety concern. There is nothing in place to ensure you're leaving with the right child. We had such an amazing time at Super Lama Inflatable Park! The place is super clean, safe, and full of fun activities for kids and even adults to enjoy. I did the waiver online before coming in, so the check-in process went by really fast. I think $23-24 is reasonable for 2 hours. The staff were overly attentive to the kids inside of the "park" and multiple of them walking around, as well. Food is reasonably priced, as well. Facility was clean and well kept. Enough seating and cubby spaces for the shoes. Definitely felt safe enough for me to be able to sit and allow the staff to watch over my kiddos inside the playground. read more

This is such a fun place to visit with your kids! We had so much fun! I love how there is a separate play area for toddlers and the giant slide was our favorite! The arcade has some super cool games and claw machines and we actually won something for the first time! The cafe has plenty of options and the pizza was so good! We will be back soon. read more

I do not recommend this place. It is overpriced and the management is rude. They go around picking peoples shoes and putting them at the other end of the store. They don't tell you that they moved them and you have to go search for them. Customers are not treated well. read more
