Eric, Kayden, Sidney and Christian made our first experience exciting, comfortable, and welcoming. I had never played Laser Tag before, but made me feel like I belonged there, along with great instruction. It was SO FUN! Different style games, a lot of laughter, and great energy. Love the layout too, was never bored and an hour FLEW by. 10/10 recommend.

If you're looking for a good place to have fun with friends of any age, this is definitely the spot to go to. This place is a fun spot for soldiers, those who enjoy paintball, airsoft, anybody really, very fun place to go to any day. Been here a few times now and I always love coming here, weapons accuracy is based on you and your own aim, physicality, and tempo. There are several types of weapons giving you some variety in your play. Staff is friendly, patient, professional, and straightforward. Place is worth every penny , you won't regret coming here with a group or even alone. Definitely a permanent option for the weekends.

    Designated laser play area.

ACTIVITY Had our child's birthday party here and it was amazingly awesome!!!! I especially love that parents are able to participate with their kids. It's a fun way to stay, keep active safely and indoors! This will tire you and the kiddos out for sure!! Win-win! LOCATION The Plano location is owned by an American Veteran so it's not your typical run of the mill laser tag spot. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. Great parking, easy access. AMBIANCE It's clear ample thought and careful planning went into the design hence the military vibe. Yes, it's a franchise, but the owner, undoubtedly, puts safety at the very top. STAFF Kellie, the assistant manager, was super stellar!! She was graciously welcoming and gave us the much needed reassurance, guidance and assistance we needed from beginning to end!! I especially love how they encourage parents, guardians to participate. It's vital to a child's upbringing and Battle House offers that parent(s)/child bonding. Of course, staff is there and they are the ones in charge of the "missions" and they're just as awesome. I just think that when parents, responsible adults engage, it's a more fulfilling experience for everyone; and with our child and those attending being on the spectrum, this was and remains especially comforting. We will definitely return again soon because it's that great of a place. Be prepared to have a safe, exercising, fun experience!!

Our son had a fantastic 11th birthday here today! My husband wants to come back and battle with adults. So fun!

Super friendly and fun :) We made reservations the night before for a small group and joined in on a group of young kids for their birthday. Despite the large age gap we had a blast. The game masters were very patient and kept it fun. Definitely worth a visit, good for late night friend activities or birthdays. Shout out to the girl at the front desk! So sweet

So so so much fun!!! It's great for every age or team building!! It was so cool and a great environment. They had a ton of different games they played during the hour and a half and it was great because we weren't just playing a regular game of laser tag. Great for people with and without military training! Honestly so so much fun and an adrenaline rush trying to capture the flag, presents, or diffuse the bombs.

Tons of fun. One of the refs even played with us to make even teams. Unlike any regular laser tag

Having fun with a new laser tag challenge!

This place is a hidden gem. It's like laser tag on steroids, with places to hide, buildings, two stories, and games like capture the flag.

We had other passive games for the kids to play while they waited. Things that were great: 1. The online ordering process - great website and super easy to navigate. 2. How quick they would respond - I was very impressed at how quickly they replied to my emails! 3. Politeness of concierge - the hosts of our Nerf laser tag party were very respectful and took care of setup/teardown amazingly! Things that were disappointing: 1. Excellence of staff - when I was finalizing the order of the sale via email with the representative, I felt like they did not care about me as the customer. There was a promotion on their website to get a free upgrade I had to mention, even though they suggested a specific upgrade they would have charged me for that was a part of that promotion. Secondly, the concierge team very much felt like two college guys who did this for some extra cash who did not care how our time went. I had to step in as the game leader because they were incompetent at corralling the kids or explaining a game (and this was after a couple of haphazard "games" where I could tell our kids were confused). I kind of wish I didn't have a concierge so I would've been mentally prepared to lead the games instead, though them taking care of all setup/teardown logistics was SOOOO NICE. There was just a gap in excellence in this area. 2. Unexpected charges - their prices do not include taxes, delivery fees, or a "in case of damage fee," which made the price go up pretty significantly. If we did another laser tag party, I will probably look at my other options first.

I had a terrible experience at this Alleycats location with the manager and one of their employees…read more My nephew wanted to go rock climbing and after my sister signed their form my nephew was standing near the rock wall ready to be harnessed when their employee, who already seemed to be in a bad mood since we asked to use the rock wall given it was pretty slow that afternoon (at around 5-5:30 ish), came over and pushed him away from the wall even though my nephew wasn't doing anything. He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.
