Tremendously fun experience here. Came with some friends for my birthday and had an absolute blast. This was my first time axe throwing, and our "trainer" Noah did a great job of showing us the hows, whys, and whats to get us up to speed on some wood-splitting entertainment. They have lots of different games to play so that you don't lose interest (if, that is, you're one of those people bored by hurling sharp objects into wood at deadly velocities) and advice for how to improve as you go. It's BYOB and they have bottle openers at all the tables. I highly recommend this place. Really great time for time with friends, coworkers, or family. There's even a wooden throne and some props for photo-ops. Dead fun. Noah really kicked ass. Not only was he spectacularly good at axe throwing, he was a patient, good-natured dude who kept us smiling and unafraid to try some bizarre trickshots. He even played the damn piano. Give that man a raise.

Who knew?! Axe throwing is really fun! Booked a 60 minute session thinking it would be more than enough time, but ended up adding another half hour because we were all having such fun. Donovan did a nice job educating us on technique and scoring us as we competed in a number of challenges. I highly recommend Class Axe!

Through my travels I've seen Axe Throwing becoming a thing. We saw a Groupon and decided to give it a try. Wife and I were the last to arrive even though we showed up early. They were kind to wait for us but we definitely had a full house. Party of 8 which meant there was a lot of waiting between throws. Wasn't a big deal but there were a couple other groups of only 4, guess we just happened to sign up for a popular session. Matt was our Axepert or Axemaster. He was great and made it very entertaining. There were a number of games that pitted everyone together and against each other. We had a lot of fun and would recommend others to try it, if you can get into a smaller group it would be the icing on the cake, so to speak.

My sisters brought me for my birthday and it was SO FUN. Tory was very helpful and it was very informative. Also great to get out some energy or aggression.

A unique experience that is sure to entertain your group. I went with a few friends and it was the first time for all of us. They do a great job at helping you become an axe-pert! We had a blast. It's bring your own beer and a few other groups brought some snacks which worked out good for them. The location is in a warehouse type district and can be tricky to find as it's not right off a Main Street. Follow the small signs back to the warehouse and have some fun. Something very fun and most likely a new experience for everyone!

Omg!!! My boyfriend and I had the time of our life! I would've never thought Axe throwing would be so fun!! We went two nights ago. Noah was our trainer and he was the best! He hosted a few games for us and he let us do our thing! It's byob so the vibe is cool. The music was jamming. We've found us a new spot to go to for fun and a great workout!

So fun!! HIGHLY recommend! We went as a group of four tonight. The instructor (Tory) was super nice and helpful! For the first 10-15 min he explained how to throw and let us do practice throws where he gave advice on what to change. Then we split into two teams and played four different games. The first game was a race to 70 points which was a great first game to be able to practice throwing. The other 3 games were more about throwing the axe to a particular spot of the target. We loved being able to play games and make things competitive. The instructor joined in on the last game which was super fun! Will definitely be going again!

This is my second time here (although now it's called Class Axe Throwing I believe). It's BYOB (no glass) and loads of fun! It's great for a date night or a corporate team building event. And they also run several escape rooms out of the same suite, so you could double down and do both. I'll definitely be back to perfect my Axe skills!

Is it really loud in here during the daytime? (loud music blaring, people screaming, etc?) or would this be a good place to meet someone and have some good conversation while playing?

    Do they have adult beverages?

No it is byob and the have a mini fridge at each booth to keep your drinks cold

A Lawsuit Waiting to Happen - Overpriced and Unsafe If you…read moreare thinking about bringing your kids--especially teenagers--to Nerfies, save your money. This place is incredibly disorganized and honestly feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. For the amount of money you spend to get in, absolutely nothing here is worth it. Here is what you need to know before you go: * Zero Staff Supervision: There are no staff members supervising the bounce room or the shooting area. Because of this, little kids are running wild with guns everywhere. * Not Teen-Friendly: Because the facility is overrun with unsupervised "littles," teenagers do not have a dedicated or safe place to actually play. If you have older kids, this is definitely not the place for you. * Broken Games: The "video game" area is a joke. They only have 12 older games, and only 4 of them actually work. * No Basic Amenities: There is absolutely nowhere to put your shoes. On top of that, they do not offer any food or drinks for sale, meaning you have to haul everything in yourself. Save yourself the headache and the money. We will not be returning.
