Those slides in there especially the blue one is adult sized and oh so fun! I went down it a few times an almost had whiplash from the speed and all the twist and turns! And it feels like the slide goes foreverrrrr. The entire playhouse is tall enough for adults to play inside which is hardly ever the case at most places! It was jam packed full of people by the time we left, and we got there right when it opened at 10am. Check in is a breeze. You tell the nice lady behind the counter your name and kids name and they give you a sticker. If it's your first time you simply fill out a form and then get the same sticker. Shoes have to remain on and it is located inside what looks to be a mega church! Ample parking and very nice parents who go there.

The sweet spot for this playground is probably 3-6 years, but there is plenty to do for the younger ages too. The max age for entry is 10. There are slides, climbing areas, and a rubber-bottomed hill for the kids to run up and roll down. Despite being fully closed in, the play area is bright and doesn't feel cramped at all (in comparison to Irving Bible Church's THE TUBES). Everything was exceptionally clean. The playground is open M-F from 10a-4p. It is free and open to the public, but you must check in at the desk in front of the play area before entering. No food or drinks in the play area and children MUST wear shoes. This was a bit of a drive for us, so I packed a lunch and after the kids had their fill of the playground, we headed over to the indoor eating area on the opposite side of the church ("The Commons") to eat. The games are loud and the kids playing them are louder. I have nothing against kids being kids and kids having a good time. The service is pretty decent. It is mostly young people on the registers and on the floor where the games are. Most are pretty service oriented and I have never had an issue. The food here is where Chuck E. Cheese fails bigly in my opinion. It is almost hard to make a bad pizza but somehow these people have been able to it pretty consistently. During that call, I was told additional children would cost $14 each, although the website advertises $12. The final invoice did charge $12, but being quoted the higher amount for 25 additional children was upsetting. We were also told there would be a $100 charge for having a joint birthday party for our son and daughter because the venue needed to order supplies. I offered to split the supplies between the two themes, but was told the extra charge was policy. The attendance policy also felt unfair: we would be charged for children who didn't attend, but if more children came, we'd have to pay their entry fee and they wouldn't receive party favors or tableware. We were told we could arrive 30 minutes early to set up. When we arrived, another party was still underway and our room wasn't ready. Staff were just beginning to clean and set up, so we couldn't bring in our things until the floors were cleaned and the tablecloths were on. That left us with very little time to prepare before our guests arrived. Most upsetting, the gym and bathrooms were dirty after the previous party. There was toilet paper on the floor, urine left unflushed in two toilets, no toilet paper in another stall, a broken soap dispenser, two nonworking toilets in the men's restroom, and no paper towels. We paid over $1,100 and expected a clean venue. The party room also felt overcrowded. Four tables were provided for 45 children, with 11 children squeezed at some tables. When I asked for another table, I was told it would cost extra, even though there were tables in the other room. The staff did ultimately charge the advertised $12 per additional child, but the late communication, extra fees, limited setup time, overcrowding, and especially the cleanliness issues made this a very disappointing experience.

All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible.
