They were constantly bumping & knocking over not just my son, but other kids in that area as well. I get that it was unintentional and they were having fun, but it would've been nice if that area was policed a bit by employees to make sure any kids in that area were either of age or respecting the younger kids. The food itself was fine. For the adults there were pizzas that were totally passable. A tad undercooked, but nothing inedible. All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible. So, if you're looking for a great place to let your kids run around and blow of steam/energy, while also maybe giving you some time to relax as there is an (admittedly) small seating area for adults, then Cheeky Monkeys is a great option for you.

There were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, lots of seating for parents, and I especially liked the party rooms and arcade area. One thing that really stood out was the toddler section. It had seating for parents and a nearby bathroom, which made it much more convenient for families with little ones. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and stayed until 3:00 p.m., and the kids were still having a blast when it was time to leave! It's a great place to let kids burn off energy in a safe, clean environment.

I said "excuse me, I am using this and he said well we are moving it"! Never ever would this happen at 24 hour fitness or any other commercial big or small private gym. They know how to put their patrons first at those other places. IF he actually was taught to put members first, he would've let me finish the extra three minutes it would have taken me to complete my sets... never going back here. Or they could've put a sign to not use machine, like all other gyms in the world do. I have been a personal trainer all my life and never have I witnessed anything like what happened to me here today. If you're serious about your workouts and your time in the gym, don't bother with this incompetent staff that doesn't know how to put paying members first. What I experienced today is like eating at a restaurant and while you're in the middle of taking a bite of your half eaten burger, the waiter comes to your table and grabs your plate with your fries from underneath you. Who does that? LOL. But that is not the worst of it.. after the manager talks to me, the rude employee that kicked me off my machine (older man) comes over to where I am and rolls his eyes and tells me "get over it"!!! She was keep counting adults even though receipt clearly mentioned them as adults. I had to intervene several times and correct her. There should be an easier and efficient way to do this. Currently they gave small receipt at the front which then tells the host how may kids and adults came in. What if guest loose their receipt? The lead, Lin, never came and check on us if everything was going well or not or if we need any help. I order one extra pizza at the beginning which was also written on the receipt but never delivered until I asked for it. Pizza also tasted mediocre and was not good at all. I found the locations of birthday tables (specially ours) very unattractive and boring. It was way on the corner in the back and definitely felt isolated. My daughter's name was also misspelled on the birthday board even though clearly spelled when booked. Free "Scratch-offs" were all a total ripoff as all of them were all buy one get one type of deal. Nobody got anything for free like an icee, drinks, etc. When we checked in with the front desk, there was this guy who was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Never said hi or hello and just put tablet on our face to sign in.

The place was packed, which is understandable, but there didn't seem to be enough staff around to keep things organized or safe. Some areas felt a little chaotic, and a few of the attractions looked worn down or not well-maintained. The prices are pretty high for what you get, especially when certain features weren't even open. Also, the food was just okay -- not something I'd go there for again. It has a lot of potential and could be a fun spot if it was cleaned up a bit and had better supervision. Probably not coming back anytime soon unless they make some changes.
