And it feels like the slide goes foreverrrrr. The entire playhouse is tall enough for adults to play inside which is hardly ever the case at most places! It was jam packed full of people by the time we left, and we got there right when it opened at 10am. Check in is a breeze. You tell the nice lady behind the counter your name and kids name and they give you a sticker. If it's your first time you simply fill out a form and then get the same sticker. Shoes have to remain on and it is located inside what looks to be a mega church! Ample parking and very nice parents who go there.

There are slides, climbing areas, and a rubber-bottomed hill for the kids to run up and roll down. Despite being fully closed in, the play area is bright and doesn't feel cramped at all (in comparison to Irving Bible Church's THE TUBES). Everything was exceptionally clean. The playground is open M-F from 10a-4p. It is free and open to the public, but you must check in at the desk in front of the play area before entering. No food or drinks in the play area and children MUST wear shoes. This was a bit of a drive for us, so I packed a lunch and after the kids had their fill of the playground, we headed over to the indoor eating area on the opposite side of the church ("The Commons") to eat. I only had two sets left, mind you, and my sweater was on machine, I was getting ready to sit in it and use it, and the employee starts unracking my weights. I said "excuse me, I am using this and he said well we are moving it"! Never ever would this happen at 24 hour fitness or any other commercial big or small private gym. They know how to put their patrons first at those other places. IF he actually was taught to put members first, he would've let me finish the extra three minutes it would have taken me to complete my sets... never going back here. Or they could've put a sign to not use machine, like all other gyms in the world do. I have been a personal trainer all my life and never have I witnessed anything like what happened to me here today. If you're serious about your workouts and your time in the gym, don't bother with this incompetent staff that doesn't know how to put paying members first. What I experienced today is like eating at a restaurant and while you're in the middle of taking a bite of your half eaten burger, the waiter comes to your table and grabs your plate with your fries from underneath you. Who does that? LOL. But that is not the worst of it.. after the manager talks to me, the rude employee that kicked me off my machine (older man) comes over to where I am and rolls his eyes and tells me "get over it"!!! I've never been spoken to so poorly by a grown man. Shame on him for speaking to a lady that way. Zero respect, zero common sense, zero gym etiquette or know how. The place was packed, which is understandable, but there didn't seem to be enough staff around to keep things organized or safe. Some areas felt a little chaotic, and a few of the attractions looked worn down or not well-maintained. The prices are pretty high for what you get, especially when certain features weren't even open. Also, the food was just okay -- not something I'd go there for again. It has a lot of potential and could be a fun spot if it was cleaned up a bit and had better supervision. Probably not coming back anytime soon unless they make some changes.

Every time they visit, they get a special pair of Urban Air socks with rubber tread on the bottom, which is required here. My kids take the socks home and it's a brilliant piece of marketing. The layout and attractions all seemed pretty okay. One weird thing is that directly above the birthday party tables there is a harness course. See my picture. If someone were playing on the harness course, they would be raining down dust or potentially falling and being caught by the harness directly above the birthday party table. I wouldn't want my kids eating at the table looking directly up at the kids above them as it's a choking hazard. Really strange choice. Keep in mind that playing at or having a birthday party at someplace like Urban Air does come with a real risk of injury as a friend's child seriously hurt herself at a birthday party like this. It's a general risk. The parents' lounge upstairs is a little lackluster besides having a spot where you can sit and watch your kids from above. I also brought my one year old kid, hoping they would have a toddler place space, but there's nothing for a toddler to do there, ages 3 and up I would say.

I went with a four year old so naturally we went on the playground suitable for her age. I saw bigger children on this one and children not supervised by their parents. I didn't like how it was monitored.

This location offers single day tickets or annual passes. In my opinion, if you purchase the annual passes. It is equivalent to purchasing two single visit tickets. With each visit you receive two coins to be used throughout and a clear bar to hold all or your items. You can create a ring or race car crayon. You can create melted crayon splatter art. There is a coloring station, chalk area, watercolor painting, and a small indoor play area. It is a nice indoor area to take kiddos to beat the outdoor elements and still have fun. Snacks for purchase with surprise crayon visits for photos.
