It was jam packed full of people by the time we left, and we got there right when it opened at 10am. Check in is a breeze. You tell the nice lady behind the counter your name and kids name and they give you a sticker. If it's your first time you simply fill out a form and then get the same sticker. Shoes have to remain on and it is located inside what looks to be a mega church! Ample parking and very nice parents who go there.

There are slides, climbing areas, and a rubber-bottomed hill for the kids to run up and roll down. Despite being fully closed in, the play area is bright and doesn't feel cramped at all (in comparison to Irving Bible Church's THE TUBES). Everything was exceptionally clean. The playground is open M-F from 10a-4p. It is free and open to the public, but you must check in at the desk in front of the play area before entering. No food or drinks in the play area and children MUST wear shoes. This was a bit of a drive for us, so I packed a lunch and after the kids had their fill of the playground, we headed over to the indoor eating area on the opposite side of the church ("The Commons") to eat. The food itself was fine. For the adults there were pizzas that were totally passable. A tad undercooked, but nothing inedible. All the kids and all the adults ate just about every piece of food out during out time. The private room we had for the party was great. It was set up basically just for food and a place for parents to congregate but that's totally fine. There was no need for any activities for the kids. The kids wanted to spend as little time there as possible. There were plenty of snacks and drinks available for purchase, lots of seating for parents, and I especially liked the party rooms and arcade area. One thing that really stood out was the toddler section. It had seating for parents and a nearby bathroom, which made it much more convenient for families with little ones. We arrived around 1:00 p.m. and stayed until 3:00 p.m., and the kids were still having a blast when it was time to leave! It's a great place to let kids burn off energy in a safe, clean environment.

Terrible gym. Incompetent and rude staff. I said "excuse me, I am using this and he said well we are moving it"! Never ever would this happen at 24 hour fitness or any other commercial big or small private gym. They know how to put their patrons first at those other places. IF he actually was taught to put members first, he would've let me finish the extra three minutes it would have taken me to complete my sets... never going back here. Or they could've put a sign to not use machine, like all other gyms in the world do. I have been a personal trainer all my life and never have I witnessed anything like what happened to me here today. If you're serious about your workouts and your time in the gym, don't bother with this incompetent staff that doesn't know how to put paying members first. What I experienced today is like eating at a restaurant and while you're in the middle of taking a bite of your half eaten burger, the waiter comes to your table and grabs your plate with your fries from underneath you. Who does that? LOL. But that is not the worst of it.. after the manager talks to me, the rude employee that kicked me off my machine (older man) comes over to where I am and rolls his eyes and tells me "get over it"!!! She was keep counting adults even though receipt clearly mentioned them as adults. I had to intervene several times and correct her. There should be an easier and efficient way to do this. Currently they gave small receipt at the front which then tells the host how may kids and adults came in. What if guest loose their receipt? The lead, Lin, never came and check on us if everything was going well or not or if we need any help. I order one extra pizza at the beginning which was also written on the receipt but never delivered until I asked for it. Pizza also tasted mediocre and was not good at all. I found the locations of birthday tables (specially ours) very unattractive and boring. It was way on the corner in the back and definitely felt isolated. My daughter's name was also misspelled on the birthday board even though clearly spelled when booked. Free "Scratch-offs" were all a total ripoff as all of them were all buy one get one type of deal. Nobody got anything for free like an icee, drinks, etc. When we checked in with the front desk, there was this guy who was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Never said hi or hello and just put tablet on our face to sign in.

Every time they visit, they get a special pair of Urban Air socks with rubber tread on the bottom, which is required here. My kids take the socks home and it's a brilliant piece of marketing. The layout and attractions all seemed pretty okay. One weird thing is that directly above the birthday party tables there is a harness course. See my picture. If someone were playing on the harness course, they would be raining down dust or potentially falling and being caught by the harness directly above the birthday party table. I wouldn't want my kids eating at the table looking directly up at the kids above them as it's a choking hazard. Really strange choice. Keep in mind that playing at or having a birthday party at someplace like Urban Air does come with a real risk of injury as a friend's child seriously hurt herself at a birthday party like this. It's a general risk. The parents' lounge upstairs is a little lackluster besides having a spot where you can sit and watch your kids from above. I also brought my one year old kid, hoping they would have a toddler place space, but there's nothing for a toddler to do there, ages 3 and up I would say.
