The PMC team was prompt, engaging and provided such an incredible experience for the girls. And everything looked so nice!!!! I will say that communicating with them was tough throughout the planning process - the email system doesn't work and emails are not responded. So you have to call them to communicate. I was VERY nervous leading to the party, given other reviews of the team not showing up etc. - but this is all given the system. If you communicate by phone its all good. Don't be discouraged by these reviews or unanswered emails - the party was ABSOLUTELY fantastic and would highly recommend them.

Had they said something when the other cord was damaged, we could have tried to get another or made other plans.
