The aux from the sound system also messed up and my brother ended up taking a corded microphone and putting it to the projector. This was a wedding reception for 400 people. The sound system made the event look cheap and dysfunctional. The worst part of this was when I contacted Steve. He apologized for the ordeal but his solution to the mistake on his part was a $50 refund... We spent over $2000 on the setup. I really liked working with Steve prior to all this. However, this was not how I wanted my wedding reception to turn out.
