Due to the single photo we ended up calling to both confirm our reservation & get a better description of what the bounce house offered. When we called we spoke to Reyna, what a tremendous asset to the company! Reyna quickly found our reservation, listened to what we wanted to rent & then explained that the particular item we rented wouldn't work with what we described we wanted. They denied any culpability and provided no sympathy about the injury.
