We rented a water slide with them and our grandson slid right off the side (because it had no side walls) and landed on an large exposed metal spike used to anchor the slide. They denied any culpability and provided no sympathy about the injury. The manufacturer told us that the slide in question was 15-20 years old and had been discontinued due to not meeting Texas regulator standards. Be very wary of this company!

I was told to pay cash to the delivery driver when they arrived. Yesterday I texted the same number to verify delivery for today due to possible rain. I never received a response. Today I called and the number went to voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. My husband called and a gentleman answered and gave him another number to call. He called the new number and a lady answered and said they didn't have our order and they have no one to deliver today anyway. I had a party in two hours and no bounce house. I called the lady back, and now she says they don't have any bounce houses or delivery men available. She kept saying she doesn't know who took my order even when I have a text from them confirming my order. The party would have been ruined, but fortunately we found another company we were able to pick up a bounce house on short notice. Do not use this business! You will have no recourse if they dont follow through. They are unprofessional, and it seems their website has expired so there is no contact but the number listed on Google.
