They have a $30 diagnostic fee, although I didn't get this charge so I guess it applies to the bill? We…read moretalked over the telephone and he gave me some diagnostic tools that confirmed my solid state drive was failing. We then discussed replacement options. He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. His location was convenient for me but if I had another computer repair, I would not hesitate to drive 30 minutes to get to him.
