This company is a bad actor renting unsafe equipment. They are renting equipment that doesnt meet…read morecurrent safety standards and it resulted in a serious injury. We rented a water slide with them and our grandson slid right off the side (because it had no side walls) and landed on an large exposed metal spike used to anchor the slide. They denied any culpability and provided no sympathy about the injury. The manufacturer told us that the slide in question was 15-20 years old and had been discontinued due to not meeting Texas regulator standards. Be very wary of this company!

I talked to a gentleman named Ramos (who was friendly) and he gave me a price for the tables and…read morechairs over the phone and then said I would have to pay a deposit over the phone before I could receive an invoice in writing. This of course screams red flag (scam) if a company will not put something in writing and provide you an invoice for what you owe and what you are getting for your money until you pay them. Super shady and I am disappointed that I wasted my time to find out they were playing games. The definition of an invoice is what you owe for something before it is received!
