I needed something cute and simple, so I called Balloon Kings right after they opened at 10am, explained my situation, and within 60 seconds, Mark texted me a Peppa Pig bouquet example that was spot-on. I asked to fill it out with extra pink and yellow latex balloons, to which he said, "No problem." Not only was the order adorable and exactly what we needed, but it was also ready for pickup in under an hour. Talk about coming through in the clutch! The balloons were a hit :-). I wanted something Halloween themed. I asked her if she could help me get it down, and she said that there would be someone over there to help me... But... "We're RIGHT here!" I thought but didn't say. So, I walked over and after a few minutes, hunted someone down. He pulled down the pumpkin that had a huge dent. Like 1/5 of the pumpkin. At the register I asked if I could get a different pumpkin or a discount. The cashier called over Lisa, the manager, the SAME woman who directed me to the pumpkin. She said that all I needed to do was pop out the dent. I said ok, cool and gave her the pumpkin. She sighed, picked it up, fiddled w/ it for awhile, and told me that it will pop out when I put candy in it. :/ ya right, Lisa! She said she couldn't give me a discount and that they were out of pumpkins and walked away... I decided not to take the used looking piñata for the full price. I basically only dealt with one person, Lisa, and she was truly terrible. Not just her lack of action or words but her whole demeanor.
