I've hired a number of companies prior and I can see why BABs dominates this market. The service is incredible compared to other balloon companies AND cost is WAY more reasonable too. You're not just getting a bunch of basic balloons all tied together that anyone can do. You're getting body and a work of art- you're basically getting what you're wanting to achieve from a photo found on Pinterest. It's my boyfriends birthday and I wanted balloons so I called party city and they said they weren't blowing them up so they referred me to this company. I got a new phone and apparently my caller ID wasn't turned on, so when I called her it said unknown. When she finally answered my call she said "WHAT" I said "um is this balloon junkie?" she said "who the fuck is this?" And before I could even get out my name she said "I don't know who you are but stop calling me I don't answered private numbers" and then hung up on me in my face. I am 5 months pregnant at the moment so she caused me to cry and cause stress. The party was suppose to be a surprise but I had to tell my boyfriend why I was crying and she pretty much ruined the surprise. When he called he asked for her name and she did not give us her name and said she was the boss and she doesn't have to give her name then hung up on him. When I called from my number again (this time I turned on my caller ID in my settings) I tried to explain to her who I was and that I wanted her to blow up balloons for my boyfriends birthday and balloons for my baby shower, and was also willing to pay her very well for her work, she cut me off on anything I tried to tell her and still refused to give me her name. Once my temper rose I told her I will be giving her a bad review on any website and social media I see her business on and I will also be going up to the store myself because I find it hard to believe that this woman (whoever she is) owns a business. Not only did she ruin my boyfriends surprise party (since I had to tell him why I was crying) she also caused me to stress while I'm almost 6 months pregnant. If y'all would like another place that blows up balloons or a decorator I would suggest going to someone else, because this woman does not deserve your money! Give your money to someone genuine. I will say that communicating with them was tough throughout the planning process - the email system doesn't work and emails are not responded. So you have to call them to communicate.
