Countless people complained during the wedding and I received multiple texts after the wedding regarding how rude and the racists attitudes the bartenders had. And the cherry on top was that they tried to steal what was left from the beverages. My groomsmen were tasked with the cleanup and so they asked the bartenders for what was left. To which they replied "there's nothing left." We knew that wasn't true so my groomsmen insisted and the replied "I don't know what beer you want me to give you if there's none left." He took matters into his own hands and started looking around to which he found over 20 cases of beer, water bottles, sodas, and liquor bottles hidden in cabinets. This was not a simple misunderstanding. This was deliberate. We emailed the owner of TLC which just gave empty apologies and excuses. They replied "When the bartenders close the bar, all of the alcohol that was at the bar is boxed back up and taken back into the kitchen and placed on the counters to be loaded by the family. I believe I iced everything down that day so the bartenders may not have been aware there was anything in the refrigerator. Often the beer is just on the counters. I apologize for that confusion." So it begs the question, how was there nothing left when the company states that they leave the rest in the kitchen for the family to take? Not to mention the beverages were hidden in cabinets. We emailed the owner of the venue, Stoney Ridge Villa, and they had let us know that there were complaints about them the week before. Keep in mind, if you book this venue, you have to use this bartending company. My wedding was nearly perfect, this was our only complaint. TLC is not volunteering, we payed for a service and I'd never pay for their services again.

So I asked Kristen to please help me kind of last minute on decorations for an adult birthday party at my home. She was wonderful. Not only did she make a beautiful arrangement for my front door, but she was extremely pleasant and professional. She was on time, installing the balloons outdoors on possibly the hottest day of the year so far. Smiling, not complaining. The balloons lasted just as predicted -- some for over three days. The confetti filled balloons only lasted about 18 hours (outdoors). Also, she had me video the inside of my home and made helpful suggestions for what would look good where. She did not pressure me or try to upsell me at all, though. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

After comparing prices with about four other companies that offered fewer items, I found their rates to be the most reasonable and affordable by far. Their communication was fantastic--prompt, clear, and helpful from start to finish. The setup looked absolutely perfect and really elevated the look of our celebration. I'm new to the neighborhood, and many of my neighbors thought I had spent a fortune on the party because everything looked so nice. I rented a graduation yard sign similar to birthday signs, a bounce house, a large tent with side panels to block the sun, a trashcan, four large rectangle tables, and 24 chairs--all of which looked great together. The entire setup was quick and easy, and the same goes for the pickup; they were efficient and professional throughout. I do want to apologize for not having our car out of the way during pickup. My husband accidentally took both sets of keys, and one of our relatives parked under the tent. Despite this little hiccup, the team worked around it seamlessly and was incredibly accommodating. Overall, I highly recommend this rental company--they provided quality items, excellent service, and made the process stress-free. I look forward to renting from them again! This company gave my friend BS answers when they let them know what happened and did not hold up their end of the bargain. Don't rent here or you will get blamed if something happens to their product. Customer service was rude. Just don't do it. Updating in response to the company reply that is not true. We all tried to fix the pillars as instructed and it did not work at all. The bounce house inflated half way and would not inflate the rest of the way. As a professional company a proper way to fix the issue would be to give a full or partial refund. However that was not an option. They are now saying they will give some sort of discount that isn't disclosed on a future rental, meaning my friend has to spend MORE money with a company that is blaming her for their bounce house malfunctioning. Horrible way to do their business, plus asked her to reach out to me to change my review. Maybe if they would have handled it better and fairly compensated for the mishap I wouldn't be writing a bad review. Not to mention their worker that came to pick it up apologized profusely, said that had NEVER happened before and told them that they would get a credit for a rental a different day since they declined the leaving it to play the next day. Which was windy and COLD.
