Called 3 days in a row to the number listed on the card in order to ask about a booking (during business hours mind you). Then went to the website; which is great, but did not have the city needed listed. I even sent an email on the 3rd day using the website and still not response. Based on price and reviews I did not want to use anyone else. Called today, on the 4th day and finally an answer... just to be told based on bookings you cannot deliver out to destination desired. Well maybe you could have had you called me back or responded 4 days ago. Was going to to rent 2 bounce houses in LANTANA but now the business is going elsewhere. I have worked 25 yrs in the CUSTOMER SERVICE field and have a lot of patience, but this was just not cool!

The lady I spoke with asked me to text her my order and address. She confirmed the date and even sent a picture of the bounce house we chose. I was told to pay cash to the delivery driver when they arrived. Yesterday I texted the same number to verify delivery for today due to possible rain. I never received a response. Today I called and the number went to voicemail. I left a message and never heard back. My husband called and a gentleman answered and gave him another number to call. He called the new number and a lady answered and said they didn't have our order and they have no one to deliver today anyway. I had a party in two hours and no bounce house. I called the lady back, and now she says they don't have any bounce houses or delivery men available. She kept saying she doesn't know who took my order even when I have a text from them confirming my order. The party would have been ruined, but fortunately we found another company we were able to pick up a bounce house on short notice. Do not use this business! You will have no recourse if they dont follow through. They are unprofessional, and it seems their website has expired so there is no contact but the number listed on Google.

I came upon this party after spotting their deal here on Yelp. It was perfecting timing for me, as…read moreI was looking for a late minute bounce house deal for my daughter's birthday party. They were easy to contact and answered my emailed question within hours of sending it off. After going over exactly what I would get with my deal, I made my purchase and set up my party times with them. What I got was more than I expected. The bounce house itself was the same as pictured and a bit bigger than what I expected, to the delight of myself and my daughter. They also had extra chairs and tables available and brought them for me, which was a blessing (because we ended up needing them!). They were swift on the set up, went through their contract and liablility information with me, and walked me through turning the unit on and off if I needed. When they returned to pick up the bounce house and tables & chairs afterwards, they were swift and timely. I wasn't home at the time, but the other family members who were there said they moved so quickly and quietly, they didn't even realize they were there until they were notified that they were leaving. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had an issue finding the right key for our commons area and they remained kind. We got it all worked out in a few minutes and they set up everything for the inflatable water slide and even cleaned/disinfected the entire thing. The slide was in excellent condition which shows they value safety for kids :) Our event ended early and we were told to call if that occurred and they'd be right over. They came took down and drained the entire thing in a matter of minutes. Overall BOUNCE IT UP DFW is an excellent place to get a inflatable water slide and/or bounce house.
