I liked that Barrel-O-Monkeys offered quite the selection of bounce houses & other great things to rent to throw a fun & exciting party. Everything about our Barrel-O-Monkeys experience was excellent, except the photos (or lack of) on the their website. You will find a plethora of different bounce houses, however, they offer only ONE view of each bounce house. I would highly suggest they update their website w/several images depicting different views of each bounce house. Currently you will find one photo and a brief written description of the item you are viewing. We ordered a 6-1 wet/dry combo bounce house, which was AMAZING! Due to the single photo we ended up calling to both confirm our reservation & get a better description of what the bounce house offered. When we called we spoke to Reyna, what a tremendous asset to the company! Reyna quickly found our reservation, listened to what we wanted to rent & then explained that the particular item we rented wouldn't work with what we described we wanted. Reyna then happily went over their selection of bounce houses that better fit what we wanted. Reyna was very knowledgeable, most kind, listened/answered our many questions and took her time in explaining the different features of each bounce house. Once we picked the perfect bounce house we could not wait to see the reaction of our grandson. Well, our grandson face lit-up with pure excitement when he saw the bounce house inflating. Seeing the joy & excitement on his face made the expense of the bounce house totally worth every cent. When his classmates & friends saw the bounce house they all could not contain their excitement! What a hit the bounce house was! Barrel-O-Monkeys in addition to bounce houses offered quite the variety of other things for parties, we in addition to the bounce house rented a snow cone machine, which the kids also enjoyed. Sadly when the time rolled around for the party to end, the kids loudly protested, as they could have bounced well into the night if they could. I would highly recommend Barrel-O-Monkeys for any of your party needs. As I said, they offer FAR MORE than bounce houses! Reyna was remarkable with her assistance in making certain we rented just what we wanted. Their employees who delivered, set up & then pick up the bounce house were helpful, knowledgeable & efficient. The condition of the equipment we rented was also great.

We had multiple issues with their service: 1) I scheduled the characters to arrive at 4:30pm. The characters did not show up until almost 4:50pm. Their "manager" text me saying they would arrive by 4:40, but they were still later than that. 2) Upon arrival, they just entered into my backyard without knocking on my door, asking where to enter through, or overall asking for permission to enter onto my property. Mind you, my backyard is completely gated so they opened up the gate without my permission. This was not only a safety issue, but also ruined my child's surprise of the characters because this was so unorganized. The "manager" did not ask me if they could enter or where to enter through until after all of this had already occurred and we directed them where to go. 3) Both the character costumes were so obviously old, worn, and extremely dirty. It was clear that the costumes were not taken care of or had even been bothered to be cleaned before our event. 4) The individuals who were wearing the costumes were very obviously untrained. The costumes were not even put on properly or completely because everyone could see the back of their necks. 5) In general, the characters' routine was very clearly and so flagrantly unrehearsed, uncoordinated and unprepared. The characters would awkwardly stand around not knowing how to act or how to proceed. This occurred a few times and their "manager" had to tell them to "keep dancing." There was no structure, no planning and zero preparation. Because of all of this, we decided to cut the "performance" short. When I pay for a service, especially at the rate they charged, my expectation is that the company deliver on that service in a professional and prepared manner. This was not that. The service I was provided was unprofessional, did not meet the level of quality I expected, lacked attention to detail, lacked standard and general effort, and was overall unimpressive. Don't do it.
