I worked with EvenTion Dfw to rent the following items for my wedding on 8/3/24:…read more - 12 table - 100 chairs (I was concerned about the slated garden chairs at first but they were actually very comfortable to sit on) - 19 linen/tablecloths - 100 sets of silverware - 11 chafers - 100 dinner napkins I rented various sizes and colors of the above items and let me tell you this company is PHENOMINAL to work with. Carolina and her team showed up early ready to work. I did pay her setup fee and it was honestly the best money spent. I sent her a layout for her team to set up all the tables and chairs and they were quick. They also took direction very well when I requested changes. My wedding ended an hour early and her team was able to show up 30mins after messaging them to breakdown and clear out the venue. I will absolutely be using them again for future parties and events! Thank you Carolina and team.

Last weekend I needed more rentals on Saturday for a Saturday evening event! I called the emergency…read morenumber at TLC at 6am (did not get much sleep wondering where I would find the extra needed items)! Immediately, Stan, the owner called me back with the most positive, can-do attitude I have ever experienced in my event planning years. He quickly had his ace manager, Jay Cooper, go into the office (which was closed) and fill the order. The items were perfect; delivered to a remote ranch; with a wonderful and efficient team. Anyone can fulfill an order with lots of lead time; but, to deliver this order so quickly with a wonderful attitude (on a 97 degree day), is sensational. Thank you, Stan, Jay and the TLC team for being exceptional. xoxo

We decided to use Party Rent DFW for our wedding and could not have been happier! Having rented…read morethe grounds only, we had to bring all of our furniture in from an outside vendor and decided to use this company. To accommodate 200 guests, we rented Chiavari gold chairs, Louise XV chairs, tables (banquet, round, hightop, etc.), the boxwood hedge bars and backdrops, white wood communal tables, and the dance floor. Despite the large order, everything arrived ahead of schedule, in mint condition and better than advertised. The photos on their website don't do justice! Everything was in perfect condition and really added to the elegance of our reception. We had so many compliments on the hedge bars, as they brought the whole venue together. The dance floor was in pristine condition. Bottom line, our experience was so great with Party Rent DFW that we felt inclined to write our first ever Yelp review to give them kudos. Unbelievably professional, on time, quick to set up and take down (and exactly as planned), and very respectful of everything else going on. If you're debating using this company, just do it!
