Where do I even begin. We held my daughter's wedding at Magnolia Terrace this past weekend. It was the absolute perfect experience. Starting with the venue tour until we left at the end of the reception, everything was wonderful. The venue is beautiful and barely needed decorating other than table settings. The staff was kind, compassionate, and took care of everything. Angela, our coordinator, was there for me every step of the way, answering all of my questions, organizing all of the vendors and staff, keeping the ceremony and reception running smooth, and giving me a hug when she could tell I needed it. My younger daughter has already said she wants to have her wedding here someday as well. So many family members and friends have told me this was the most beautiful wedding they have every attended. Magnolia Terrace provided the perfect atmosphere on our special day and was EXACTLY the vibe we wanted. It's a secret garden tucked away in the heart of downtown Frisco. When you walk in, it is full of lush garden, whimsical fairy lights, and adorable spaces all over. I'm a huge nature lover and I was going for a bohemian paradise and this venue provided! Corinne and her husband have truly created a magical place. Betsy is the day of coordinator and she was with me every step of the way throughout the planning process. This was EVERYTHING. She recommended most of the vendors we went with, created signs and decor for us, and decorated everything on the wedding day. The venue has decor you can use! Betsy kept the schedule running seamlessly including making sure we had our food and drinks ready right after pictures - gotta make time to eat! Magnolia Terrace is the PERFECT space for a smaller wedding (under 100). Ours ended up being about 85 people and it was the perfect amount. Corrine, the owner and Betsy, the coordinator did an amazing job and exceeded expectations when it came to helping set up and helping the event go smoothly. Everything went off without a hitch and all my guests kept asking how I found such a perfect and gorgeous venue! Magnolia Terrace set up the tables with their own linens in our wedding colors and had good advice for centerpieces (even though they had options available to us we made our own and they complimented them with things they had on hand). We had a short ceremony, with chairs for the elderly them had everyone grab a drink and join us standing on the turf. They kept in contact and took SO much stress off our hands and made sure the wedding party and guests were informed of the schedule and the caterers and dj had everything they needed to set up. They even went through an extensive questionaire a few weeks prior to ensure they knew exactly what we wanted and planned to do and even put a few ideas in our head we ran with. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue. Corinne and Betsy were quick to respond and accommodating throughout our wedding planning. They were sure to have a back up plan in case of rain. The day of Betsy couldn't have been more helpful. Hands down the best wedding coordinator I could have found and the best part is she is included in the price you pay for the venue. MT was simply fabulous! Attended my nephew's wedding May 2019. About 100 guests. Weather was beautiful, but forecast was 50/50 for rain therefore MT was ready to turn the wedding from outside to inside within 45 minutes -- if needed. It wasn't needed! Upon arrival, 'this guy' with an Irish accent directed us where to park. When we went inside the same guy gave a quick tour of the venue. Later, the guy even brought me a drink out to the beautiful courtyard -- one of 3. That guy was Wayne, one of the owners!!! The lady (sorry, I forgot her name) also was all over the place making sure everything was taken care of. So hospitable. Quaint location in the middle of a neighborhood, but the high bushes provide perfect cover. The AC inside was perfect despite the 80-degree temp. Waterfalls, clean -- you name it. I wish I could give 10 stars. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Corinne and Betsy made our wedding day the smoothest and happiest day. Planning a wedding is tough and there are vendors that make thing harder and there are vendors that make things easier...they made things easier. They help you plan, they remind you of things that you probably forgot about, they are accessible and responsive and these are just a few things that I loved. The pricing was very affordable and they had half of the decorations already there for me to use, you can bring your own food (actually, you have to, they don't have food) and they don't charge you per person for anything (per plate, per person drinking, etc), there aren't any hidden and extra costs, just one and done. They provide all tables and chairs, linens, chair ties, all of it! Some of my references are coming from going to multiple venues, each one does things differently. Having Betsy and Corrine the day of my wedding (I am totally crying writing this right now) was just the best. They made sure everything flowed, they handled the vendors, the decorating (they put your decorations out where you wanted them), they brought you drinks, made sure you sat down to eat, cut the cake, etc. The list goes on. Betsy even used some flowers to decorate the cake a little more and it looked great. The venue itself is just great. We were so lucky with amazing weather and used indoor and outdoor portions of the venue. It just goes so great with a rustic theme. We had probably about 65 people but it would work well for more or less guests too. read more

We were married on 10/25/19 at Magnolia Terrace and I must say it was a perfect day! Our wedding day turned out to be a cold and rainy one, but Corinne, Betsy and Wayne made sure everything was perfect in-spite of the weather. Our guest are still talking about our romantic, beautiful, intimate wedding. Since it rained our ceremony was under the terrace as soon as it concluded Corinne closed it in and added heaters!!
