The front staff was helpful and very nice. My only complaint for this location because it's not as new you could tell some of their mats and toys were super worn down and old. The smaller kids area too wasn't as engaging as the area was for the older kids. I'd recommend bringing your own grip socks, but if you forget they have some for purchase.

I was disappointed with our experience and wouldn't recommend this venue…read more I was not contacted about our party until four days beforehand, even though we had a custom theme that required supplies to be ordered. During that call, I was told additional children would cost $14 each, although the website advertises $12. The final invoice did charge $12, but being quoted the higher amount for 25 additional children was upsetting. We were also told there would be a $100 charge for having a joint birthday party for our son and daughter because the venue needed to order supplies. I offered to split the supplies between the two themes, but was told the extra charge was policy. The attendance policy also felt unfair: we would be charged for children who didn't attend, but if more children came, we'd have to pay their entry fee and they wouldn't receive party favors or tableware. We were told we could arrive 30 minutes early to set up. When we arrived, another party was still underway and our room wasn't ready. Staff were just beginning to clean and set up, so we couldn't bring in our things until the floors were cleaned and the tablecloths were on. That left us with very little time to prepare before our guests arrived. Most upsetting, the gym and bathrooms were dirty after the previous party. There was toilet paper on the floor, urine left unflushed in two toilets, no toilet paper in another stall, a broken soap dispenser, two nonworking toilets in the men's restroom, and no paper towels. We paid over $1,100 and expected a clean venue. The party room also felt overcrowded. Four tables were provided for 45 children, with 11 children squeezed at some tables. When I asked for another table, I was told it would cost extra, even though there were tables in the other room. The staff did ultimately charge the advertised $12 per additional child, but the late communication, extra fees, limited setup time, overcrowding, and especially the cleanliness issues made this a very disappointing experience.

I found this little place on Instagram my daughter list three wanted to try it out. in the words of a three year-old it was very fun. As a parent my only issue was the size of the facility, it is small inside and therefore there are limited toys and it's hard to move around once it's very crowded. Overall, my daughter had fun and that was the most important part. For $20 you get to play for two hours trust me you would be tired. We left after 90 minutes , overall this was a cool spot however, I know other play centers that are closer to my home address which cost the same amount and is way bigger. Overall, I gave this spot a three this was because the facility is very small.

1 Star - Big Safety Issue!!!…read more There was essentially no staff supervision on the trampoline area when we were there. This was our birthday party of 10, and the younger kids were all jumping together on one trampoline. They were playing together appropriately when an older child started going from trampoline to trampoline, bouncing as high as possible and shoving younger kids who were in their way. The older child was being aggressive. They were repeatedly moving between trampolines and pushing smaller children as they jumped. What was especially concerning was that there were no staff members actively on the floor monitoring the trampoline area or stepping in when this was happening. When we brought the issue to the staff, the response was essentially, "Sorry, we have a waiver." A waiver does not eliminate the need for reasonable supervision and enforcement of safety rules. Parents sign waivers acknowledging the inherent risks of an activity; that doesn't mean children should be allowed to repeatedly shove other children without staff intervention. Kids are going to be kids, which is exactly why an adventure park needs staff actively monitoring the activity areas and stepping in when unsafe behavior occurs. We came here expecting a safe environment for children, and the lack of supervision was extremely disappointing.
