It was delicious and worth the $34 for my husband and I to enjoy together. The Rosé that we tried was too sweet and not my style at all. It is quite isolated, so I would recommend downloading your map before arriving, especially for the journey home as there is little to no data service in the area. We initially chose to sit outside with our two dogs, who are service dogs, as we wanted to be considerate of other guests, rather than assuming we should bring our dogs indoors. Unfortunately, it was over 100°F, even in the shade, so we asked if there might be somewhere inside where we could sit where we wouldn't bother other guests. There were only two tables occupied in the entire facilities, with a large separate area indoor completely empty. The server was kind enough to accommodate us in there. We tried two wine flights, eight wines in total. A few were quite good, some were just okay, and one in particular, the Lambrusco, really wasn't to my taste. Very sour compared to the usual taste of it. That said, I'm Italian and probably have a different preference when it comes to wine, so this is very subjective. The food was quite good. I had the chicken salad croissant with a side of soup, and both were enjoyable. The experience took a turn halfway through our meal. One of our dogs barked a couple of times when another dog passed outside. About five minutes later, the owner came directly to our table and, in a manner that felt quite confrontational, questioned us about what services our dogs provided. We answered, but the conversation continued with comments about service dogs being trained not to bark at other dogs. And it all felt very unnecessary and beyond uncomfortable. Considering also that we were one of the three tables occupied in the whole winery. I completely understand that businesses have policies and concerns regarding service animals, and we would have been happy to have a respectful conversation about them. However, the way this interaction was handled left us feeling judged and uncomfortable, and unfortunately it overshadowed what had otherwise been an enjoyable visit. I also found the situation particularly disappointing given that the restaurant was almost completely empty and the temperature outside was well over 100°F. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left such a sour taste that I know I will not be returning. I'm still giving 3 stars because I try to be fair with my reviews. Aside from this interaction, the property is beautiful, the food was good, our server was accommodating, and there were certainly positive aspects to the visit. It's just unfortunate that one interaction had such a lasting impact on an otherwise decent experience.

I never buy snacks, but other folks seem to buy plenty from the concession bar. The downsides - the places always smells musky - very wet inside the theater. I always worry I'm going to pick up some sickness like Legionnaires, lol. The biggest criticism is that they do not allow concealed or open carry. I suspect the owners must not be from town, because anyone that was actually from SS would not prohibit that. Why make your customers into an easy target for a crazy person? They have a security guard walking around outside, but he is obese and not very motivated. I suspect he wouldn't stop much of anything. This policy has kept me from coming here anymore. If they would change that policy, I would be here very often.

This means movies come and go pretty fast here, so get your movie tickets to the newly released movie asap. Still, the theater is pretty laid back and it also offers some old kids movies at certain seasons, and popcorns stands offer variety of foods u may wanna nibble away at your seats. The seats do smell sweaty and like teenagers that didn't take showers for a week, and the floors are often sticky.
