I've been here about a half dozen times since the theater reopened -- it would have been more if not for COVID -- and I've enjoyed my time there each time. Movie tickets are dirt cheap, two opening night tickets to Doctor Strange cost us a combined $17, and the online system allows for very easy preordering of tickets as well as picking seats. I pre-ordered a few days after the tickets became available and still was able to get seats almost directly in the middle of the back row, so ordering is a breeze if you get in ahead, even for relative blockbusters. The new recliners they installed are comfy and reasonably spacious. The food is of standard quality for a movie theater and reasonably priced relative to what you would expect to pay. In my experience the staff has always been kind, and even when they have a new hire, it appears they're supporting them enough that there's no real notice as far as a dip in service quality. It's not the most upscale movie theater I've ever been in, but it's quite a bit better than the average, and it also doesn't cost $50 to see a movie and have some popcorn on opening night either. The value is great, and I'd choose going here over just about any other theater.

They have a very small video game arcade, clean restrooms, and they also have the typical concession stand fare that you find at all the other movie theaters. The ticket prices are very reasonable too. Being that it's in a small town, sometimes they don't show the current releases as they come out. You might find a two-week delay in the opening of a new release. By then you will have probably driven to Sherman to see that new movie there. Overall though, it's a pleasant experience. Did I mention how comfortable the seating is? :) My wife and I give Majestic 6 theater a thumbs up. Check it out.

Pretty far into the movie I saw someone coming into the movie theater that we were in and that person was just standing there looking at everyone that was watching the movie. This of course startled me a bit because a lot of active shootings have gone on. It has been a very hard time for all of us I believe. I kept an eye on this person not knowing what was going to happen. This person in fact was a employee of this movie theater and I later found of her name is Michelle. She walked to the side front of the theater in front of the screen and stated to yell and scream for who ever has their feet on the seats to take them off unless they want to clean her seats and anyone on their cell phones shouldnt be on them at all. Look I understand that but she should of confronted those people and or teenager's in a professional manner that would not startle and be disruptive to others that are trying to relax on a Friday night. Not have a employee of the theater think it is okay to disrupt customers and scare them. My children told me that they thought she was someone who was going to hurt us. Do you know how horrible that is? After the movie my husband and I did ask to speak with this women and anot her employee went to get her. We confronted her and she only would tell us her first name. She tried to apologize but we could not accept that because that was not what we paid for! She was a very cold person she should be ashamed of herself! I would like corporate to reach out to me. This needs to be taken care of. I believe it is reasonable to say that that is not professional behavior that is not at all how you run a business. A police officer was there and did witness us confronting her and making our complaint. We did not pay for Michelle to come in the middle of our movie and start to yell and scream at us! My family and I originally were going to go to the movie theaters in Sherman , but I said why not go here in town. I really ate my words tonight on that one! Horrible customer service! Couldn't even watch and movie with out a employee yelling and screaming at us! Even if it is the only movie theater in town I will not recommend this establishment to anyone I know. Interestingly, this facility is the westernmost movie theater on one of America's longest roads known as Highway 70. The staff is very nice. The concessions are good enough. I wish they didn't keep the volume of the movies so low. That was strange. Either their sound system is awful or they just don't turn up the sound for that classic movie experience. But it's good enough.
