This was a great play place for smaller kids. My 2 year old and 4 year old had a great time because they could get into everything safely and it kept their attention for a couple of hours. We hosted our twins second birthday party here and the staff was so AMAZING! They helped with setup, clean up, and everything in between. I brought my 9-month-old baby to this place for some playtime, hoping for a positive experience. When I arrived, the facility was completely empty. I checked in and was told by the front desk staff that my baby couldn't play barefoot and would need socks -- which is totally understandable. However, I wasn't aware of this beforehand, and I let her know. She said they sold socks there, which I was fine with, so I agreed to purchase a pair. Here's where it went downhill: after completing the transaction, she handed me a pair of socks that were clearly way too big -- they could've fit his head, not his feet. I asked her why she would sell me socks that obviously wouldn't fit an infant, and her response was, "That's the only size we have." Why wouldn't you tell a parent before taking their money that you don't have appropriate sizes for a baby? That's basic customer courtesy. Still, I asked if my son could just play for a few minutes since no one else was there and I had already paid for both admission and unusable socks. She said no. $18 isn't going to break me, but it's the principle. You could see the socks wouldn't fit. You could see the baby wasn't going to hurt anyone playing alone in an empty space. The lack of common sense, empathy, and communication here was beyond frustrating. First and last time coming here, and I definitely won't recommend this place to other parents. read more

When you first walk in, the smell of piss slaps you in the face. It stank so bad I wanted to walk right out. The play area was smaller than most soft play places I've been too and when I took my 4 year old to the restroom, they only had 1 bathroom and it smelled like a rat died in there. My kids had fun but there are other places they have had more fun. Not worth $30 in my opinion. read more

I gave this place 1 star for the service, and the second star is for the location itself. I had a disappointing experience with one of the staff members, a younger Asian woman, who was rude during my second visit. When I arrived, she greeted me with an unwelcoming "Oh, you're back," in a negative tone, which I tried to brush off. However, later, while I was packing up to leave, she assumed I hadn't paid for my second child, despite the fact that she should have clarified the payment at the front when I first arrived. Most places don't charge for children under 1, so I didn't say anything, but she still proceeded to accuse me of being rude and told me not to come back. After I apologized, she reluctantly apologized as well. I don't understand why someone who works at a children's facility would have such a negative attitude, especially when part of the job is interacting with kids and parents. On top of that, she seemed disengaged during her shift--staring at the wall, eating her lunch, and giving off a visibly annoyed vibe when it came time to clean up after the kids. I would suggest avoiding this place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays if you want a more pleasant experience. It's unfortunate that this one employee's behavior overshadowed what could have been a nice visit. read more

Brand new indoor kids play space. This place is great for young kids, probably no older than 5. Employees were friendly and everything was clean and functional (which I'd certainly hope so, it's brand new). Jungle Land is basically a smaller version of Dino Kids (Allen). Lots of similar toys but a MUCH smaller space (and far fewer of the toys they do have). Unfortunately they don't appear to limit the number of kids which the other one mentioned does, so it can get REALLY crowded in here. We went on an off day and almost turned around and left, it was so packed, despite walking in the door the minute they opened. My kid really liked the wall where you could throw toys at a projected video game type image, in the ball pit. We hadn't seen that before and all the kids had a great time playing with it. The ball pit exit was too low so balls were getting out all over the place. The merry go round was placed in a dangerous position, my 18 month old almost immediately got stuck and pushed towards the window and it was pretty awkward to retrieve him while he screamed. After that, I didn't feel comfortable letting him wander the area on his own, so I stayed pretty close. The pretend play area had a few toys like doctors jackets and a supermarket scanning aisle but there weren't a lot of accessories to play with, so there were quickly some squabbles over the few items to play with. I'm not sure if they just didn't have enough toys for the area or there isn't enough room to manage all of those toys because like I mentioned before, this place is REALLY small. Given where this location is...it wouldn't surprise me if this is the best indoor play space in the area...but it's far too small and when compared to other local places, it falls short. They need to lower the limit of kids they allow into the play area and reconsider the merry-go-round location, and add some more toys to the pretend area. I'd come back if invited to a private birthday party, but I don't think we will return on our own. read more

It's a wounderful indoor children play place in prosper. I love here so much! This is my first time to bring my girl here and the experience was excellent! This place is so clean and nice organized! And I have to say especially the front desk employee, she's so pretty and friendly.She was patient in talking to my child. That's so sweet!! We've been here when they opening. The environment is clean and the colors are bright. It's also safe. You can see there are protective measures around the corner. That's great. The kids love it, too. slide, ball pool, little cars, small game consoles, role play, etc., although the area is not large, but everything can be given to different needs of children. What a place for adults and children to relax. I think I'll be here more often. read more

Cute indoor play space for children under 4. The issue is that it's VERY cramped, they don't limit the number of kids, there is no place for parents to sit or place their items (there's only 3-4 small tables), the employee at the front desk never moved out of her chair (except to get headphones out of her car and warm her lunch), the gate stayed open the majority of the time with escaping children and balls, balls were everywhere and anywhere except in the ball pit, worker never picked up, organized or attempted to clean or tidy the place, didn't tell us about receiving a snack (another mother told us), there are no play accessories for the little kitchen, dr office, etc., the Velcro suits for the trampoline are about 5 sizes too big for the age group, and there is an entire room full of arcade games (which you must pay for in addition to the entrance fee - complete waste of space for this target audience). It would be nice if the one employee could do a walk through every hour or so and collect all the balls so parents could walk through the venue with their kids, wipe down/disinfect the tables, pick up trash, etc. We won't be returning unfortunately. Lots of potential but they've missed the mark here. read more

When this place first opened it was great...a little on the small side but lots of fun stuff for littles to do and the and friendly staff. But the last 3 times we have been my daughter has gotten sick each time. Partially due to parents bringing sick kids, but also cause I don't think it's cleaned well. The last time I was there a child vomited and the young girl just wiped it up with paper towels, no cleaner or disinfectant. We left immediately. I understand it's can't be spotless, and parents who bring sick kids are the worst. But I think they can do better. read more

We celebrated my son's first birthday here and it was a blast. Communication was rough before the party and during. Could have been cleaned better too. Will be back because my son did really enjoy it but for the money we paid to host a party here... it wasn't worth what we paid for. Very cute and clean little spot for fun with your littles! I took my 3yr and 1yr old to play and everything was the perfect size and I could actually sit and watch them play because the location is big enough for them to play but small enough to avoid overwhelm and the option of losing your kid. I love the one entry and exit system and the many cameras all round for safety. My one criticism is that there should be a sibling discount but other than that, we will be back to play again! read more
