POOR STAFFING!!!!!! Me and my kiddos have been here many many times and every morning and afternoon we come, The Supervisor with blonde hair is very disrespectful and controlling and it seems to be every time she's around the staff seems drained or controlled by her. When she's not here everyone seems to be uplifted and enjoying their shifts, i do not tolerate disrespect and i've seen it been dealt with other customers and it's a very bad attitude!!! This is an awesome play place for kids (and adults) we had so much fun!! It doesnt look too big from the pictures but they have so much for kids to do! Also awesome that it was $12 per kid and no charge to adults. They also have a cafe'! We will be returning! read more

Tonight is my second visit here and I was not satisfied with the service or cleanliness of the establishment. My nephew loves this place and the entry fee is very reasonable at $11.99 for one hour and $3 for every hour after for children only and adults are free. However, you can not bring your own food or drinks which would be fine if the individuals in charge of running it were not rude and display attitudes that they are being bothered. I asked for a apple juice and water which was $3, then because the food in the display case was all labeled incorrectly/put in the wrong spots I asked what the flavor of something was and the cashier said " I don't know that" with an attitude and blank stare. I was like "okay, never mind I will just get the drinks." We ended up eating elsewhere as other adults were complaining about the service as well. Then someones child fell and got hurt and before their parents found out they got blood on several surfaces, but when the staff was notified they did not acknowledge this and did not clean it. Very unsanitary. I understand accidents happen and that is not the problem. The staff not caring about their customers and their safety is a problem. I hope I caught them on a bad night but I don't know. I am giving them 2 stars be because while the service is certainly lacking the indoor playground itself is somewhat unique and interesting. read more

Sick kids are ok to come in - as long as they take off their shoes. I absolutely love the setup, activities and atmosphere. Everything seems to be pretty safe and well wrapped. Price is reasonable too. Now the bad part. For some ungodly reason they are ok letting sick kids in. I'm talking about kids that have no business getting out of bed on that day. Kids that keep coughing, sneezing and have two full on streams of snot running from nose to mouth (sorry for the detail but THAT'S what you get there). Kids that smear all of this everything they touch. Now, two weeks later, my two kids are still fighting whatever they caught there and one is probably going to miss his firs day of pre-k on Monday. $25 well spent, right?! Dear owners, why do you enforce rules such as taking off the shoes but not something so basic and common sense, like being visibly sick as a dog? It's a common sense. The school sends your kid home when he or she looks just half as sick. At the doctor - a place where sick people ACTUALLY belong- you get s face mask so you don't contaminate others. Seriously what the actual F.?! No amount of disinfecting is going to help (and clearly hasn't). read more

First time taking my kiddo and we had an awesome time. And I truly mean "we". They had a Mother's Day special and they did not disappoint. Totally worth the ticket price. They painted the kiddos nails, they could make bracelets or necklaces. They had a temp tattoo station and pictures with the princess. Complimentary coffee and tea for the mama's and the kids had a pizza party. Even had a raffle with multiple prizes for the moms. There's so much stuff to do in there. I was truly surprised. Lots of fun. Totally recommend. The staff was super kind, accommodating and very patient. A big shout out to Taylor. She was awesome! read more

It's like a clean McDonald's playground, but Youge! All indoors, so it's great on extreme weather days. They let the customers control the Air conditioning system so that's nice. They have employees that take your children to the restroom as needed. Using the restroom in the playground equipment will result in Cheeky Monkeys management pulling your kid out of the play area, putting them on a pedestal and public shaming them. Your child will promptly be escorted out the front door with or without you. Like I stated before cleanliness is of top priority. read more

With the mask mandate lifted 95% of people in the place were not wearing a mask which is perfectly fine but the fact that I was singled out and told I needed to wear a mask while ordering food when the person in front of me wasn't told to or the 3 people behind me weren't told is pretty sad made me feel like I was singled out for being the only brown person in line. Would not recommend this place unless you support racism. read more

We had a very bad experience with Fairview location of Cheeky Monkeys. We hosted a b'day party and items that were ordered was not served until the end of the party. In fact we had to remind them that we had ordered multiple items and then they brought us ordered items. However, by the time they brought us items our guests already left. Additionally, they were in the rush to cut the cake so they ended up cutting the cake by themselves, and didn't allow the B'day girl to cut the cake. read more

This 2 star review is based on my going there, staying for a few minutes and walking right back out! The place was packed. If you like going to an over crowded cafeteria and watching kids in boxes, like a zoo then by all means go! Not my style. I recommend KIDMANIA in Plano. Kidmania is more spacious and does not feel crammed! And based off of other reviews, Cheeky Monkeys offer snacks and frozen food? Um... no thanks. Kidmania actually is way less expensive and the hot food offerings are pretty good. I could see a place like cheeky monkeys being rented out for private parties. But for getting their wiggles out, I will stick to a free park or somewhere where I don't have to worry about being charged by the hour! read more

Great new place for young kids! My youngest is 7 and surprised himself when he ended up enjoying it quite a bit. He's gone back 3 times already. The age limit is 8 and I think that's a good thing overall. Keeps it safe and not chaotic with bigger kids running around. Great concept and friendly staff. So clean and well designed. Will not be brining my child back to this unsanitary cesspool. The owner should be ashamed and embarrassed at how filthy this place is. I've been three times the first two ... the place wasn't the cleanest but today was disgusting. Me and my son were the FIRST PEOPLE HERE at 9am and there is old snacks juice dirty tissues everywhere inside the play structures and the Toys are broken, missing batteries, dirty ect. The mats in the play area floor looks get like it hasn't been mopped in a week. Maybe a lot of parents don't notice bc they sit in the parent area but I go in the structures with my 1.5 year old and it is shocking. When I asked the manager this morning if they could have someone clean up a little she was super defensive instead of apologetic and said there was no way it was like that when I came... lady I was the first person admitted! The staff admitted a housekeep only comes 3x week! It was very clear the staff or manager had not inspected the play areas before opening which I did of I were a manger I would definitely be doing a sweep of the areas to make sure they were safe and clean prior to opening every morning. As a parent I expect a sanitizing clean every single night for a place where teething age and crawling children. If this is how dirty someone who runs a children's play place allows it to be I would hate to see how dirty they keep their home. How embarrassing! read more

My one year old had a great time here! They have a section for older babies and toddlers. It is a reasonably priced and will be great for future birthday parties. The facility was clean and not overly crowded for a Saturday morning. We can't wait to come back soon. read more

I have WILD twin boys (4) and this place is perfect for them. It's clean and fun for babies and toddler-aged kids. It's very reasonable! They offer a discount for twins, military, and teachers! Can't beat it! I had to drag my twins out. I will return often! read more

Service was amazing as well as the food and the place itself! I brought my 1 year old and 4 year old and there was so much for both of them to do they never wanted to leave! This place is FUN. Four stars instead of five because of price and friendliness of staff. But my kids have the time of their life.
