We hired this company for a reptile exhibit, education and the kids were able to hold all animals. It was an amazing experience and the kids and parents enjoyed learning more about Texas reptiles. Amazing service! I hired a face painter for my son's birthday party, about a week before the event. They were very kind and accommodating and were able to reserve the exact time I needed. Ok..so they did my party last year and they were great, besides a little wardrobe malfunction on the princess. This year I was contacted by them for my daughters 4yr party and I was willing to get it setup with them. He had told me he can get me the princess I wanted and that he would call me back, it was the weekend so I ignored the fact he didn't call me back that day or the next. Called him on Monday and he said "I didn't want to call you and give you bad news until I made sure we couldn't get one" well now I had 6 days to make something work. He said he could get me someone that can help if he can't....again he never called me back, and I ended up calling him a couple days later. He then said he couldn't get a princess for me and I was left with DAYS to get someone for the party on the 16th of February and he had never even sent me the other persons number. My daughter came down with the stomach bug unfortunately, but fortunately we were able to reschedule her party for the following Sunday. I contacted him and he finally gave me someone's number that might be able to help me with a princess for the party. I called and they didn't do any events for Sunday's. Even after all this, I decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt and give them the opportunity to make it right. I contacted him and gave him the new date and he said "I should be able to get you a princess to do the event, I'll call you later today and touch base with you" Well guess what? I never did get that call back and decided to not even bother contacting this company anymore and hear anymore of their empty promises. I'll never do business with this company again as they have no concern about anyone's plans crumbling right before them due to lack of communication. You're a business . . . Communication is key when planning a child's birthday party and it was nothing short of a total nightmare scrambling last minute, do to never getting a call back. read more

Thank you so much for the best birthday party I could have ever wished for my 2 year old! Randy and Selena did their magic and brought all their amazing crew and did such a wonderful job. We had such a talented face painter, balloon twister- and Mickey and Minnie were a big hit. All the kids had a wonderful time and even they shy ones were dancing around!
