I understand that the weather was an issue because it was gonna rain supposedly. We agreeed that morning would be okay and if the weather will permit, it would be extended until the time we were going to end which was 5pm. The day of the event, it was already 80% chance of rain in the morning until 10am. They showed up no problem and in our area it wasn't really raining although it was cloudy. It goes on as planned not until 1pm when the pickup person went to our place to pickup the bounce house. He told us that its about to rain. I told him the weather has been like this and has been at 80% rain since this morning. The guy asked me to call the manager which i did. To cut the whole story short, we ended up letting them take the bounce house but the problem is rhey also want to take the tables and chairs that we rented also. The owners problem is that he has to pay the guys every pick up and he doesnt want to ask them to come back. I told him, "if the weather isn't an issue, both the bounce house and the tables should stay here until 5pm." They can take the bounce house but at least leave the tables and chairs and make them cone back later when the party is done. He said i can take it to the warehouse for free if i have an suv or i can pay the guys at least $30 to come back to pick it up. I was almost willing to bring it at a later time by myself not until he started shouting at me and telling me that i'm making it difficult to work with him. Sir, we are explaining our side and you are not listening. You're shouting at you're customers without letting them talk. I ended our conversation with, " there's no point talking to you and we shouldn't be having this conversation. " he's kot listening anyway. We ended up letting them take the tables and chairs also. I know you have lots of customers bit this'll be the last for me. Good luck and hopefully you can improve your management skills in the future.

I then went on to ask how much balloon columns would be since donating isn't an option just to hear a dial tone. I called back to inquire about pricing (twice) just to be sent to voicemail each time. Their product line is unreal and the customer service I have received has been first class. I reached out by email to add engraving to my 2 liter Oak Barrel along with a photo 2 days after my original order. They responded promptly that it was no problem, the free engraving was added and it was shipped the next day! The barrel is terrific at aging our own whiskey. When I contacted them by phone for other supplies, Amy was so helpful, friendly and kind. She added a small extra for maintenance of my barrel without asking and mailed it to HawaiI without charge.
