Carolina and her team showed up early ready to work. I did pay her setup fee and it was honestly the best money spent. Enough times now, when I call or text they do not ask for my name or address. We usually rent one for our BBQ's, New Years, birthday party's, and family get togethers. I can't say enough positive things about Top Shelf. Their mix drink quality is awesome. We have tried numerous of their mixes in the past. And haven't found one that was bad yet. Their machines have alway been very clean from top to bottom. Not once have they ever dropped off machine that was sticky any where or had left over residue in the tanks. Most of all for me it's an old school company. They are very professional and have amazing customer service. No up sales or hidden after cost. What your told is the price. We have used numerous other places in the past. So from experience a lot of places advertise a lower price. But after you buy the mixes and rent the 5 gallon jug blah blah. You end paying the same price or more. And no where near the quality of drinks or level of customer service. Plus worse of all other vendors have shown up with a dirty, sticky machine or with residue in the tanks from the last party. We end up having to clean their machine for them. Before we can even use the machine. Top Shelf as a courtesy will mix the Margarita mixes up for you. And get the machine started for you. I like to mix my own. So you don't have to worry if you mixed it right or worry about the drinks being served. Other places won't even do that. They drop the machine off and tell you to read the bottle and adios. We won't use anyone but Top Shelf from here out! I know it was long but I believe helping out the companies that go the full mile and you got what your paid for.
