I threw a VERY LAST minute Quinseanera Style sweet Sixteen birthday for my daughter last weekend and Alexa Party Rental Delivered EARLY and picked up Late (A VERY GOOD THING), as if they knew how tired I'd be from the party! What I mean be picking up "Late" is that they gave me a few extra hours to pull myself together and have their items READY for pick up. However I was so tired and behind schedule the next day, when they arrived, Absolutely Nothing was ready for pick up! Instead of charging me extra or leaving and then charging me extra to return, they assisted me in taking down the tables and chairs, while repeatedly Thanking me for my business! I've never met such a humble Business in my life! I will be using them in the Near future and lifetime for upcoming Special events that I want to turn out Flawless! Initially I criticized them, thinking their chairs looked like they wouldn't hold a lady bug But I was so wrong about that, because they told me their chairs accommodate 200 lbs, but when a teenager weighing nearly 300 sat down in one of the chairs COMFORTABLY for nearly 45 min., Alexa proved me wrong They treated me like family from beginning to end and like I said this is just the beginning of a life long business relationship, moving forward. Because w me being a grandma, a mother of five and loving to host events, I promise to do more business w Alexa moving forward!
