So thankful we were able to enjoy these for a few days as the balloons lasted in the Texas heat! I'm thankful and grateful to Balloons Now for making joyful memories.

Matt's not just an incredible balloon artist. He's a giver of great gifts…read more When I hired Matt, it wasn't for the usual birthday party or corporate event. A family that's very dear to me lost their daughter to leukemia last year, and her fourteenth birthday loomed large and heavy on the horizon. They had talked about doing a balloon release to honor her memory, but they were looking for a way to make the day special. Meanwhile, I was looking for a way to not only memorialize Olivia's passing, but celebrate her wonderful life. When I found Matt online, I was elated. You can tell just by looking at his balloons that he has a gift. I knew that, by using his tremendous talent, Matt would help make a bittersweet day a little bit sweeter for this family. And he did. He worked closely with me to select fourteen designs that were special, just like Olivia. Each one was a reflection of something she held dear---her puppy dog, her favorite movie, her nickname ("princess"). Matt stayed in frequent communication with me over a period of a few days, making sure he had everything exactly right. And he did. He made fourteen beautiful balloons, each one thoughtful and perfect (not to mention fabulous!). Then he drove them to the family's house for a personal delivery. As you can imagine, their faces lit up. Every step of the way, Matt was kind, warm, and respectful. He's a talented artist and a consummate professional. And even better: he's a dear soul. He was honored to be a part of this special birthday/memorial, and the Joneses were touched by his gentleness. By sharing generously of himself, he gave them a slice of sunshine on what might have been a very dark day. I highly recommend Matt, no matter the event. Hire him for his balloons, and hire him for his person. He's the type of young man who gives me hope that tomorrow will be a brighter world, full of roses and hearts and rainbows . . . and not just made of balloons.

I found one glowing review for Ballons by Matt so I tried calling him. The operative word was…read more"tried" over 2 days. I thought this young man was trying to raise money for college so I like his story on that. Three phone calls over two days. I left messages and clearly stated my call back information. I sent texts to him but no reply. I moved on and called Awesome Party and Events. They were true professionals. This young businessman has a lot to learn about doing business with the public. Answer your messages in a timely manner if you are going to run a business youngster. He did reach out a month later to me in February and offered to do the party event BUT I still question how he runs a business on reasons of ill health. It is good business if you are going to be out to have someone monitor and cover your calls to at least let people know what is going on. Perhaps leaving a voicemail that you are ill and not taking business call at this time to let people who are calling know. I waited two days thinking he may be busy with school so gave him the benefit of the doubt. I had to move on and he cost me two days of looking. How would he like it if customers did him that way. You cannot wait. A month to return a call is not a saving grace in my book of business practices.

Having attended 4 parties I think I have a good opinion of this place…read more It's a nice facility with good quality props and birthday decor. The staff depends on the party chosen. The themes range from Frozen to Mickey Mouse to Pirates & Princesses. Certain parties are an up charge of $150. Speaking of prices, it should be mentioned that this place isn't cheap. This is a 'get what you pay for' situation. Spending $800+ on a party here wouldn't be surprising. However, they are a full-service party place and handle pretty much anything you can think of.

Enough times now, when I call or text they do not ask for my name or address. We usually rent one for our BBQ's, New Years, birthday party's, and family get togethers. I can't say enough positive things about Top Shelf. Their mix drink quality is awesome. We have tried numerous of their mixes in the past. And haven't found one that was bad yet. Their machines have alway been very clean from top to bottom. Not once have they ever dropped off machine that was sticky any where or had left over residue in the tanks. Most of all for me it's an old school company. They are very professional and have amazing customer service. No up sales or hidden after cost. What your told is the price. We have used numerous other places in the past. So from experience a lot of places advertise a lower price. But after you buy the mixes and rent the 5 gallon jug blah blah. You end paying the same price or more. And no where near the quality of drinks or level of customer service. Plus worse of all other vendors have shown up with a dirty, sticky machine or with residue in the tanks from the last party. We end up having to clean their machine for them. Before we can even use the machine. Top Shelf as a courtesy will mix the Margarita mixes up for you. And get the machine started for you. I like to mix my own. So you don't have to worry if you mixed it right or worry about the drinks being served. Other places won't even do that. They drop the machine off and tell you to read the bottle and adios. We won't use anyone but Top Shelf from here out! I know it was long but I believe helping out the companies that go the full mile and you got what your paid for. And your not just sorta happy or content. FYI I add a bottle of Grand Marnier to their recipe. That's just me
