I relived my childhood and was able to share that experience with my daughter. Playing Frogger flashed me back to when I was a kid at the laundromat with my family. Playing Mario on a console reminded me when I fell in love with video games. The hours are perfect. The drinks are amazing. People are fantastic. I have recommended this place so many times to so many people with everyone saying the same thing, they enjoyed being a kid for an hour. Best way to describe this place is an adult Chuckle Cheese. Only better.

Simpsons fun!

Arcade 92 is the best local arcade in the area around lake Grapevine. Tons of fun pinball machines, shooters, racing, group and game systems, as well as newer stuff like Roblox and Minecraft. I especially love the variety of pinball, lots of modern games. Like Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles (pinball and classic arcade), Jurassic Park, Venom, and Foo Fighters. The food and bar here are also amazing, great beer on draft and the cocktails are done right, with a smile. The food is bar food, but is a bit better than your typical in the hole. Also this place is great for kids tall enough to play the games. Love coming here and always look forward to coming here. Highly recommend!

I love the premise. It's nice to have a place for kids to hang out and play both old and new video games and they don't have to pay $1.50 a game for some overpriced 30 second experience. They have a massive selection. A lot of arcades. They do have pinball. They have consoles along the wall with two chairs in front of them so you can play solo or against your friend. Then they have a back section with some of the retro games like the original Nintendo, etc.. They do not allow drop offs for unsupervised kids. I completely understand the liability, etc. However, should you have kids who want to play and an adult who does not, be prepared that the adult will also need to pay to be present. Again, this makes sense because they are not policing who plays and who does not, and someone could easily manipulate them. Perhaps they could consider waiving the fee for a chaperone if they spend a certain amount of money on food or drinks. I think the pricing is very fair and it's worth supporting a new local business. The place is spacious. I had hoped for a more cozy lounge area for the adults or non-players. It's really more a line of tables off to the side. Be prepared for a very loud environment as you might expect. And when I visited early December, it was freezing inside for no good reason. I don't think the temperature was necessary and I hope that it was a one off. I would have loved to have a separate room where it was closed off and might feel a little bit more comfortable for those who are taking a break or perhaps not playing the games at all. It would also allow for better conversation because the other environment is so loud it's hard to hear each other, unless you're basically yelling. They do have food and beverage offerings. My friend had a cocktail which she really enjoyed. Someone else in our party got a pizza and they said it was decent. We got chips and queso. There was a bit of a delay because they needed to make more queso, but it was worth the wait. It was not your average ballpark queso, and while it was delivered in a small cup, it was very tasty and we appreciated it being in a cup instead of spilled haphazardly over the chips, whereas it covers a few but yet doesn't cover others. We also ordered the cheese sticks which while not healthy- were very good. All in all I think this is a great location to have in Flower Mound and I'm glad we have an option for, an affordable experience.

Old School, Cabinet vid games, home consoles, Arcade 92 in Flower Mound, TX!

One of the better big arcade gamerooms in the DFW metroplex, with laidback and upscale Flower Mound being a nice area. This is for all ages, pay for day-use wristband upon entrance. Full Bar, beers on tap & in containers. Pizza kitchen, very decent for arcade level. Old school cabinet video games, usually in perfect working order. Many, multiplayer shooter games. A few car racing games, and a dual MX bike game which is awesome. Killer Queen group game! A long row of big flatscreens with gaming consoles & internet! Chairs for 1 on 1 games, (or Duo team) Another, smaller, separate Kiddie Screens section, with parents table in the middle. Very nice facility, parking in front is decent. You can book for Big or Small parties ahead of time. Private party room with door to the gameroom. Nobody can beat my scores on Asteroids, so just suffer in shame! Har Har Har!

Me, my sister and her kids came here while I was visiting. It was $12 per person and with a wristband, one could even leave and return later the same day. I haven't played some of these old school video games in decades and it was soooo fun! They had a big selection of pinball machines also. It was nice to wander from one machine to another without having to worry about putting in quarters or tokens. I did not play any of the ride type games or any of the newer computer ones. I think they had food but I can't comment on that either.

We visited for the first time today and had so much fun! The pricing is fair, the hours are great, and the facility is clean and well-staffed. We will definitely return--my 11 year old son said this place is LIT!

Fantastic Nepalese/Indian cuisine on Main Street!…read more We stopped by Karma and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is large with a nice bar area and the service was very friendly and efficient! Apps: Chili Momos (Veg) and Gobi Manchurian - the momos were super crispy and the sauce was very spicy in a good way! The Manchurian was so saucy and packed with flavor. Recommend both! Mains: Himalayan Thukpa, Palak Paneer, Malai Kofta - the Thukpa was the highlight! The broth was perfectly salty with a great umami taste. The Malai Kofta was rich and I enjoyed the cheesy koftas. The Palak Paneer was tasty, but I enjoyed the malai and thukpa more! Dessert: Pistachio Cheesecake - delicious! More like a pistachio ice cream cake, but it was so good and not too sweet! Overall, we really enjoyed our meal! Will absolutely be back!

The Himalayan thali was the highlight naan so soft it felt like clouds, and lentil curry that carried deep, cozy flavors. The chowmein with lamb and chicken had that smoky stir-fry kick, and the momos were a joy to try. The butter tikka momos were creamy and rich, while the choila momos with the chef's sauce brought a spicy spark that stayed with me. The drinks matched the season perfectly. The Gurkhas Old Fashioned was smooth with a twist, and the hot rum punch felt like warmth in a glass just right for winter. The place itself was cozy, with a vibe that made me want to linger. Even during busy hours the staff stayed friendly, though the food took a little longer to arrive. Still, the service felt welcoming. Altogether, the mix of food, drinks, and atmosphere made the evening memorable in its own way.

This was my first time at Tycoon. I have been to Volstead and really liked it. They are similar,…read morebut Tycoon feels a little "fancier". The decor is very plush. I love the bar. I can't wait to go back and sit at the bar. Our waiter Shawn was great. Very calm, helpful and available when we needed him. The Lavender Lemonade is a delicious cocktail and a great way to start the meal. The Fat Cat Fries has so many flavors going on. They were good. I LOVED the Blistered Shishitos and Crabmeat Dip. The naan it was served with was warm and abundant. I do not like when you order a dip and hardly get any chips or bread for dipping. Tycoon covered it! Our friend had the French Onion Soup and liked it. The Steak Frites (substituted with broccolini) that our friend got looked amazing. My husband had the Wagyu Sliders and really enjoyed them. I had the Mediterranean Primavera with blacked chicken that our waiter recommended adding. It was very good. They have a nice wine selection. Not a huge list, but good.

So I have been wanting to try Tycoon for quite some time now. I decided to make reservations there…read morefor Valentine's Day, which was probably my first mistake. I made my reservation on Resy. A couple of days later I get a call from the restaurant saying they needed a $25 deposit over the phone, in case we cancel. I have dined at a lot of restaurants but never have I made a deposit upfront, they would just have a card on file and charge it if there is a no show. The lady on the phone (Chelsea) said we would only have 90 minutes at our table, which is standard for most restaurants. Nevertheless we paid $25 and kept our reservation, since Valentine's Day is busy time I figured this was the reason for all of this. Upon our arrival we were seated right away, and as soon as we sat down the hostess let us know that they would need our table by 5:45pm, because that is when the next reservation would be there. Right off the bat I felt rushed. I hated the table we were sat in, because we were so close in proximity to other people. Tycoon is very pretty inside, but if you are not seated in one of their spacious booths, the other tables are so close together, you will definitely hear other people's conversations. Let's talk about the food, I ordered the Lavender Lemonade as my cocktail and that was really good. For our appetizer we had the Deviled eggs, and I was excited because I love Deviled Eggs, but these were just okay. I didn't love how over stuffed they were, I just felt like it was too much. For my entree I had the Chicken Parmesan which I thoroughly enjoyed. I thought my meal was flavorful and the pasta was perfectly cooked. My husband had the sea bass and he loved his food. To end the night we shared their Dessert Trio and that was delicious, aside from the Creme Brûlée because that had no taste. Their service was good. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I definitely didn't feel rushed by him, but the same hostess stood near waiting for me to take my last bite of pasta so she could take the plate from the table. We were watching the time the whole time to make sure we got out of there on time. Overall I was disappointed. I get that Valentine's Day is busy day for restaurants but I don't want to be rushed through a dinner that should be enjoyable.
