We had such a great time at Push Start Play! My friend Rach and I went for a girls' day, and we had an absolute blast. The unlimited arcade games are awesome because you don't have to worry about constantly buying tokens or game cards, you can just play and have fun. They also have food and drinks, including alcohol, so it's easy to spend a few hours there without needing to leave. The atmosphere was fun and the games had a great variety. We were pretty disappointed. You have to pay additional for a very paltry number of credits for the premium games, which cost 4 credits per try. On several you get one shot at the game before it just ends. There are several retro games but most of the games that appeal to kids require credits. We will likely never return. It's so much better to go to a place like cidercade where you pay a entry fee but then have full access to all the games. read more

Games for all generations. We visited with the family and had 3 generations with us and everybody had the same amount of Fun and can't wait to go back! Very affordable for those on a budget and a great way to spend time with family. They have a drink you can purchase at the door for $5 that comes with unlimited refills and there's food that seemed reasonably priced looking at the menu. This place is seriously impressive! It has the biggest selection of arcade games under one roof in the whole state. We're talking 430 machines! And the best part? Around 75% of them are set to free play. Entry is $12 per person, which gets you all-day access to the arcade, including come-and-go privileges. That $12 covers unlimited play on over 300 machines, plus you get a $5 game card to use on the other machines. Pinball machines and redemption games cost $1 per play, which might seem steep if you're used to free-play arcades, but considering how rare and well-maintained these machines are, it feels fair. A lot of the pinball machines have low replay scores and high percentage of matches, so you're likely to win some extra plays. The game selection is wild. They've got something for everyone: pinball, retro and modern arcade games, dance and rhythm games, Japanese imports, skill games like skeeball and basketball, and even ticket redemption games. I saw this place on social media and I'm so glad we came to play! My bf and I weren't really sure at first so we loaded our play cards for an hr then ended up re-loading for another! Tons of arcade games, pinball machines, and games to compete with each other (basketball, air hockey, etc). Staff was really nice. They have draft beer and canned drinks as well as soda machine. We didn't try the food but it smelled good. The machines/place was also very clean and had plenty of hand sanitizer available all around. Will def be back! read more

After visiting Push Start Play three times, I can confidently say this place is a hidden gem for families, arcade lovers, and anyone who wants to step back in time and actually have fun for hours. My entire family had a blast with the 300+ original arcade games. My 5-year-old especially loved Moon Patrol, Mach 3, and Monkey Ball, and all the kids had a great time with the "Squares" game. I also really appreciated that they have stools available for the younger kids so they can reach and enjoy the consoles too. One of the best parts for me was getting to give our 9+ year-olds tips on classics like Track & Field, Stargate, and so many others I grew up playing. Even after three visits, I still have not come close to trying all the games, which means we definitely have many more visits ahead. The value is outstanding. For under $13, we can play 4+ hours (or all day) nonstop. A small number of games use prepaid cards, but even with the entry price, you also get 30 minutes of play on pinball machines and other games like Squares and video bowling. Compared to other family entertainment places, especially once food is included, this can easily save hundreds while offering way more games and a much better experience. The icing on the cake is the food. The artisan pizzas and wings are absolute showstoppers. They are reasonably priced, high quality, and honestly better than many standalone pizza places we have tried. Push Start Play is refreshing, fun, family-friendly, and packed with both classic and more modern games. It is rare to find a place where kids and adults can all have this much fun together. This place has an amazing collection, but when it comes to pinball (which costs extra), the auto plunge ruins it. If you are charging per credit, there shouldn't be auto-plunge turned on. It makes it nearly impossible to reliably do multiplayer games because when you are playing multiplayer games, it immediately plunges balls and doesn't allow players to hit their skill shots. Also, at 11pm they had already put the chairs up and made it a very unwelcoming experience. read more

Fantastic place for the whole family! Machines are well maintained and the entire place is near spotless. The volume level isn't overwhelming. Employees were helpful and friendly. $12/person is more than fair as you could easily spend all day playing PLUS that gets you $5 game play for paid games (but really the games included in entry would take you over a week to play every one). This is the arcade of your dreams! The entire place is pristine, super clean throughout. The arcade and pinball collection have to be seen to be believed. It is clear that the ownership and staff treat these machines as treasures. I personally observed the arcade maintenance staff repairing machines and even touching up the black cabinet paint along the bottom. I only saw one machine in the entire place (out of about 400) that was out of order and it was actively being worked on. For the $12 admission, you get unlimited play on both classic arcades and many newer machines like Star Wars Battle Pod and a Jurassic Park shooter, to name a few. You also get a $5 card loaded for the pay per play games, which is mainly the pinball and ticket awarding games like skeeball, ring toss, and basketball. This is one of the best entertainment values around. We spent over 5 hours and still only felt like we played a very small fraction of what was there. If you're a fan of either classic arcade games. you don't want to miss this one. This is so much better than a place like Dave and Buster's. You need plenty of time to go through this place. Yes, they charge $1 to play pinball and the redemption games aren't free but the games were in good working order. It's worth paying to play pinball that works vs a free but disappointing game.
