I had never been to this theatre before, but I'm pleased to say that it's definitely a spot I would return to! Parking was easy and free in a nearby garage. EVO is actually part of the expansive Southlake Town Square (read: outdoor shopping center). Along with movie theatres, EVO boasts and arcade, bowling alleys, and so much more. This seems like it would be a popular spot for a family-friendly birthday party. We purchased our tickets online in advance, although there wasn't much of a crowd when we arrived around 9 PM. I absolutely love that the popcorn is "self-serve" - we were able to layer the butter exactly how we like it! The team members we interacted with were extremely friendly as well. The theatres themselves are big and comfortable - complete with large reclining chairs and seat heaters. There's even a dedicated dining area for folks who'd prefer to order a meal to their seat. We didn't opt for this service this time around, but it's good to know!

Happy hour is offered Monday-Friday 3:00pm -6:00 pm. On Sunday-Thursday they also offer Happy hour 9:00 pm-11:00 pm. On Monday nights they offer all you can play games after 4:00 p.m. for 12.99. Also everyday except Saturday you can play activities for 19.99 plus a 10.00 fun card. The staff was very friendly. My daughter's friend lost her phone and one of the staff was able to find that it was left in the bar. We were very grateful that he took the time to help us check. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to.
