I attended this event with my family since we were able to bring a few guests along. We arrived around 6:40 pm, just a little after the suggested arrival time due to work and traffic. By then, guest check in had already closed. We waited in line for about 30 minutes, only to find out that the theater had reached full capacity, so unfortunately we weren't able to watch the movie. The team did provide access to the arcade for a couple of hours, which we appreciated, and we made the most of it before heading home. I really appreciate the opportunity to attend. One small suggestion for future events would be to consider the venue capacity when planning invitations, if possible. I know it's difficult to predict attendance, but it might help more guests enjoy the full experience. I hope to make it to another pre screening in the future!

While we arrived too late to get a seat in the movie The establishment gave us all 2 hour free play cards which was great. They gave a lot of games and those 2 free hours came in handy to beat a few shooting games and set new records on the boxing game.

Another wonderful experience at Hooky! Thanks for inviting us to the movie screening. Bottomless popcorn with unlimited amounts of butter is my heaven. Seats always very comfy and staff attentive. We enjoyed the live action movie over the cartoon and The Rock was awesome. Can't wait to come back and enjoy the 50 percent off half price drinks during Happy Hour. I'd love to see some seasonal food option or themed food to match movies. This could've been a good opportunity for some island themed treats or umbrella drinks. A chicken shaped popcorn bucket? Anyway still had a lot of fun. Thank you Yelp!

A cool spot with multiple forms of entertainment for all ages: great for families and kids to go during the summer. My husband and I attended the Moana advanced screening with the Yelp Squad and we enjoyed our time plus checked out the properties afterwards. The food was like typical movie theater food; just okay. The fries were not fresh, hubby didn't like the caramelized cheesecake, and I thought the pecan bourbon pie was decent, but he preferred it. My favorite was the popcorn and the glass of Pinot Grigio. The theater was a nice size with a lot of space. Unfortunately, the table attached to my husband's seat was broken, so he had to sit all of his food items on mine. Overall a great space and I would definitely recommend to give them a try.

Solid 4-star experience from the start to the end. My wife and I plus my sister decided to give the…read moreMoviehouse & Eatery by Cinepolis a try. We all loved the dine-in concept. There was no hassle of ordering at the concession stand and taking your selections into the theater. Also, another plus of the dine-in concept is the expanded menu. As soon as we were seated, Maddox, our server, greeted us and asked if we had any questions about the menu. We also asked him what he really liked on the menu. He told us about some of his favorite selections. We weren't in the mood for anything from the bar. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and my wife and sister ordered diet cokes. We told Maddox we needed a bit more time to look at the menu, so many incredible entrees to choose from. My wife and sister both decided on the Avocado Chicken BLT. It consisted of a marinated grilled chicken breast on toasted sourdough bread. the sandwich was topped with a basil pesto aioli, lettuce, bacon and tomato. I decided to order a new menu item, Hatch Green Chili Chicken Taquitos. The three taquitos were served with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, roasted poblano salsa, sour cream and topped with queso fresco. The theater was completed renovated recently and the recliners were so comfortable. We were also impressed how clean the theater was. We also noticed that all the chair trays were wiped down since they were a bit damp. Right before the movie started our entrees arrived and they lived up to expectations. My wife's sandwich was too much for her, so she shared part of it with me. Undouble, it was probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever tasted. In my opinion, the toasted crispy sourdough bread made the sandwich stellar plus the crisp bacon. There was an incredible crunch when biting into the sandwich. There was the perfect amount of marinade on the grilled chicken. The fries were prepared perfectly and had the proper amount of seasoning on them. An incredible entree I wished I'd ordered! On to my Hatch Green Chili Chicken Taquito entree. As an entree, it was a little bit sparse comprising of only 3 taquitos. The platter should have been included in the appetizer/starter area of the menu instead of the entree selections. If they had included some sides, such as beans or rice, the platter would have been elevated. The taquitos were good, but not great. I expected to taste some chunks of chicken in the taquitos instead of a just a melted cheese filling. They did have a great flavor and had that Hatch Green Chili bite, but they just weren't satisfying as an entree. I am glad my wife shared almost half of her chicken sandwich with me. Maybe if I'd ordered popcorn also, my tummy would have been happier. Maddox, our attentive server, took excellent care of us throughout our movie dining experience. To order, there is a button on the front of each recliner. The servers were very prompted fulfilling our every request. We'll be back again REAL soon to watch another flix and explore additional menu options. Lastly, Moviehouse & Eatery by Cinépolis is a GREAT place to see a movie. They have a wonderful projection and sound system and very large screens.

The movie theater itself was decent but the spacing between the recliners was supertight and one of our group found popcorn stuck between the seat. My seat looked a bit worn and dirty. The other thing that was annoying was that the servers would come during the movie which blocked your view and would ask in a slightly loud voice if everything was okay. For what we paid, I wouldn't come back to this theater unless it was maybe matinee or one of their $6 movie nights on Tuesday.

Wish they were bigger and reclined more. It was a busy night, so there were some lines and waiting for the concessions and ticket line. Even though this place was in much better health years ago, I was dissatisfied enough back then to swear I'd never return. Then Yelp hosted a fun event here recently that made me reconsider my decision. Unfortunately, that redemption would be short lived. I returned with my family on Easter Sunday and the first order of business was getting popcorn and drinks. After finding our seats we immediately dug in. I had only taken a couple bites when I found hair in my popcorn. And it definitely wasn't mine! The way it was wrapped around the piece told me that it was there when the kernel was popped. I was totally grossed out! Not only did I refuse to eat any more during the movie (even from a fresh batch), I'm not sure I will ever feel comfortable eating popcorn in a dark theater again. It's obvious that higher prices don't equal better hygiene practices here because the popcorn (along with everything else) is outrageously expensive. The fact that the condiment stations were dirty and the floors were sticky, before the first showing of the day, was a big clue that I mistakenly overlooked. Not surprisingly, I'm finally done with this theater and probably all AMCs for that matter.
