Locals peddling thier products they have spent hours crafting with love to others in the community. And the city was so supportive of the vendors- the city employees working the event were constantly making rounds insuring everything was going well and the visitors were having a good time. The Mayor even came around and was shaking everyone's hand and taking selfies with the booth vendors. I see you, Mr. Mayor Jim. They had a ton of food and local bands/ performers as well. My favorite was Poly Hwy- go check them out on FB. They were Polynesian and had a very island-y vibe. It was the perfect chill music to have playing while you stroll around. John Tipton was second- dude if you are reading this- that was the best cover of Bad Leroy Brown ever! And all of this was FREE! Silver Dollar Winery was serving up vino- although I wish they would have had the frozen peachy wine slushie- hint hint for next year guys ;). Crazy Cowboy was smoking up a storm and slinging brisket sandwiches and Rahr beer. La Rosita truck was also there in case you had a hankering for a taco. Bedford is a hidden gem guys, real talk. The music was great and everywhere you looked people seemed to be enjoying themselves. It was hot out but no one seemed to let the heat dampen their fun. The non food vendors were probably the most interesting to see. There wasn't exactly a pattern in vendor types. They had everything from people selling spice rubs, scentsy, thrift store type clothing, childrens toys, insurance sales, and face painting. It was entertaining to walk by and glance at everything. This is definitely a fun event for groups or couples. If you aren't sitting in the VIP shaded areas, make sure to bring chairs or a blanket to sit on so you aren't stuck standing the entire time.

Lots of sweet trucks (whatsdascoop, cup cakin', short and sweet) and even more savory ones. There we plenty of tables and chairs, as well as the area inside the Ballpark for seating. All in all I look forward to this annual event to help cancer and get my truck grub on.

The location is easy to find on the side of the huge Super H Mart mall. The food vendors really show out, by serving their best dishes. You use credit or cash to by tickets for food purchases. 2 hungry adults can fill up on about 15 tickets total. The tickets are $2 each. A glutton, like me, can expect to spend 15 tickets, alone - to get that warm, comfortable feeling. The atmosphere is happy and vibrant. There is also a stage, with constant music and entertainment. This is definitely an annual DFW, must-do event. Don't miss out next year!

We walked around and looked at the rides. We didn't ride anything, strictly went to eat lol. We got lemonade from the pizza stand, do not get their lemonade, go to another stand. Lol after the lemonade we got funnel cakes. They were pretty good, your average funnel cake but delicious and fresh! We then walked around a bit and stumbled on the Frisco market! There were lots of cool things in the market and lots of vendors to shop with! We ended by getting some Turkey legs and corn dogs! It was a cute lil fair, something to do! I love fair food so I couldn't miss out. There's plenty of walking, lights, pumpkins, themed areas, and LOTS of photo opportunities. And honestly, that is really what Pumpkin Nights was for me pumpkin photo opps, lights, and whatever fun you decide to make out of the experience. If you go with the right people, take cute pictures, enjoy the scenery, and just lean into it, you can have a good time. I was happy to see Deep Ellum brewery, Community Brewery, Whiterock Brewery, Tupps, and a few others. It was nice to meet the brew masters and learn a little history about each. This is a great events that reminds me of the GABF in Denver. If you haven't been then, I highly suggest you check it out. I never got the chance to try any of the food at the food truck because it was so cold outside and I didn't want to freeze while waiting for my food. I love that they offered free arcade games, however; I had a hard time beating them. They also offered different Uber codes for discounted rides for safe travels to and from the festival.
