Took my son to the Frisco, TX location just for indoor mommy and son fun time and we loved it! He enjoyed the costumes and coordinated backdrops (fireman, veterinarian and chef), legos and the wooden building blocks. We took our granddaughter there yesterday. Fairly clean but sparse. Staff interaction was non-existent. (I never even heard her voice in the hour and a quarter we were there.) I went in and played for a while, then sat down in an area which was (I guess) for parents. Chips and soda on display. A reading rack with magazines. Probably ten family/women's magazines. Three men's magazines, all of which were 5 years old. The place could easily be made more vibrant and inviting with little investment and some training of staff. My wife works as an evaluator of pre-K programs and facilities. She wasn't impressed. All in all, we probably won't be back. read more

It really is such a great concept but I would add a safety gate at the bottom of the stairs that leads to the top play area. All my child wanted to do was play on the stairs which took his attention from the actual play areas. The gate at the top of the stairs was not secure- I would update that. I also would gate off the bathroom area/private party room just so the focus could mainly be the big play areas and not what's in the back. The music needs to be louder and not on a beats pill. I would invest in a music system of some sort. For special occasions y'all could bring in a live guitarist or a booker reader and create a book reading corner. I feel like if yall took these suggestions it would totally upgrade your facility. We had booked our daughters birthday party at the Frisco location back in September 2023 for a November party. We had visited the location since it was new and were told it was set to open Oct 2023. Leading up to November the Frisco location was posting pictures of other parties so we assumed the location was fully functional and hosting. 10 days prior to our daughter's party WE CALLED THEM to clarify a few last-minute details, and this was when we were told the location had not passed inspection and we would need to move our party to another date or to their other location in Grapevine. Had we not called, they were planning on waiting until the week of the party to let us know there was no party as they were waiting for 1 final inspection! With zero other options in Frisco and family coming into town (so we could not change dates) we were forced to drive to the Grapevine location and change from a Saturday to a Sunday party. While the location in Grapevine itself was fine and we made the party for our daughter very enjoyable and memorable, I wanted to note the lack of communication and customer service. Leaving it until the very last minute and even in Grapevine the two young girls working that day had zero clue that there was no balance on our account and tried to charge us full price the day of the party. Again, no communication between the customer or the workers there the day of the event. Unfortunately, we will not be recommending this place to others or spending any more time or money in their establishments. read more

Saw a Groupon and since I was in the area decided to check it out with my toddler At first glance it was very organized and seemed like a lot of options for kids to enjoy for at least an hour or two. Once we got inside after check in process (pay and sign waiver - which you can sign ahead of time online which I decided to do there while waiting for someone else to pay) I saw that there were a lot more options than I initially assumed. I noticed an upstairs area as well, which we decided to check out after an hour and there are plenty of options there too! I felt the activities here are similar to a lot of other places and a few that were definitely unique. Staff is also very friendly so we definitely had a nice time here. read more

Great spot for kids! They have variety of things for kids: slide, ball pool, pretend play area, area for babies, lego table, swings and blocks. My five year old boy loves to play here although I think this place is best for kids five and under. Also Peek n play is a great spot for birthday party! Because their venue is all white, when you decorate the room, it looks really professional and awesome. The play area is only reserved for you and your guest, which is a plus in my opinion. Filthy floors, rude rude staff (good luck trying to talk to them... barely speak English and the few words they do know are unintelligible), and the very few things that they have there for kids to "play" with are broken, dirty and gross. Had my daughters birthday party at the Frisco location and I would not recommend. The electricity kept going out for the first half of the party so everyone was hot. The lights in the main room where the cake and food was served didn't work at all so no good photos were able to be taken. The number 2 sign I requested for my daughter didn't even light up. The restrooms were also out of order. I was told my guest could do next door bunt when they did they were asked not go send any more guest u less they were paying customers of their business. I was given no heads up about the electricity and would have moved locations had I known. I would not recommend for a party. read more

Terrible!! Not only is this place filthy, the staff is unwelcoming and unhelpful. Imagine going to a place for a party and having the staff make you feel like you are bothering them for being there. The staff rushed us in and out, was irritated we didn't want to use their decor, Gave her unwarranted opinion on the decor we brought in. Did not help with cake cutting, pizza passing, party time management and quite literally sat up front on her butt and picked her nose! No really she was digging in her nose for 30 min at a Childrens party venue. Then she proceeded to gift herself an $80 tip at the end! LAUGHABLE to think that was deserved. I would steer clear of this place until they get new management! So so sad this beautiful venue has gone down the toilet. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and it wasn't even for me. I took my son (he's 2) here and he absolutely loved it. It's like a little town in there so imaginative play is the name of the game. They do have a room upstairs with a variety of different blocks which I thought was cool. You can bring food and drink in there as long as it stays in a designated area. Also, there is someone constantly making sweeps around the place picking up toys and putting them back in their correct areas. I like that because things can get pretty messy pretty quick. I'd say this place is good for any child 8 and under. Great way to spend a rainy day or even just a regular day. Wish places like this existed more when I was a kid. read more

Last minute change of plans with two toddlers and a baby so we stopped here. It is an absolutely beautiful play center for kids and toddlers. They even have a small corner with things younger babies can do. When you walk in there's a small area to take off your shoes and store them before entering- not sure why this is a big deal to some people, keeps things clean. To the left is a pretend little market with an old time truck and two large farm animals. There are 3 pretend buildings, a house, a vet clinic and a ice cream parlor. The house was filled with a kitchen, play food, dress up corner and baby dolls. This was one of my daughters favorites. They have a school bus which I found really cool in the middle of the room. There was a huge tree house with an attached slide that went into a large ball pit. This was my friends favorite part. Her son went up and down. The downfall though is the slide, he isn't old enough to go down by himself so I would take him. The turns and drop offs were too steep and a bit rough. (I get it, I'm not a child- probably shouldn't be on the slide) but I don't think a 2 year old should navigate that slide either. They have an area upstairs filled with legos and some wooden cars and trucks and a few books. It honestly wasn't as impressive as downstairs. They have a large room meant for parties but after reading the reviews I'll just stick to individual play. There's a corner for adults with a few tables and a bench, you can purchase waters, juices, coffee and some snacks. The negatives, this is a play place for children- meaning both dads and moms will be caring for them while here. Yet there was only a changing station in the women's room. It rubbed me the wrong way. Secondly, there was 1 lady working and she sat on her phone the entire time. I'm not sure if this is normal for their employees to do but I thought it was very unprofessional. You're working. We really like this place. Kids stay well entertained for hours. Different play stations (farm, vet, house, etc). A climbing structure with a slide that lands in a ball pit. Clean and comfortable for the most part. The one thing that completely makes me uncomfortable is in the women's bathroom behind the toilet there is always a bottle of cleaner (with bleach) leaking on a stack of paper towels. Without this I rate 5 but it's a huge safety risk in my opinion for a children's facility read more

What a great find. It was a child's dream playground. There are several different stores, houses, a tree house, slide, ball pit and a loft with even more toys. The staff was friendly and she walked through the space several times tidying up. The bathrooms were clean. There was also a space to eat if you want to bring your own food and a few drinks and snacks for sale. My three year old and her friend played two solid hours and were able to be relatively independent. The space was bright and quiet. The type of play here doesn't encourage climbing and running, but more engaged imaginary play. read more

If I could leave a 0 star I would, this place I got invited to for my cousins birthday and I am still in awe of how poor of customer service I got provided with. I was rushed the whole entire time I was there, the lady who is on the bigger size with short hair was horrible, yelled at the kids was really rude on asking for things, she would demand was just horrible, and at the end my time was up at 8:30 it was 10 min to and they were just rushing me to get out and as I wasn't even half way through they were turning the lights off. Never have I ever experienced such a thing especially over something I payed a good amount of money for. I just had a birthday party there, yesterday. and chose the basic party package-an hour and a half with a 30 setup. LACK OF PREPARATION: When I arrived, I was asked, "Is it 1:30 yet?" It was, and she was mopping the party room. I was not able to come into the party room to setup until 1:45-my party started at 2. RIDICULOUS RULES: I had 4 family members who cannot walk without shoes on-due to age and one disability. I personally bought non-slip shoe covers to adhere to their rules. Other adults wanted to wear them also, and they were not allowed to. Only the 4 with age/disability issues. I don't understand this as these shoe covers are sterile "socks" for your shoes. Surgeons use them during surgical procedures. NO CONSIDERATION: I had two older family members who needed a sturdier chair to sit in, and they wouldn't allow them to use them. NO AMENITIES: Don't bring ice cream. They only have an aluminum bucket that you'll have to send someone in a panic to get ice to put it in. Only for the kids to have to drink the ice cream on the end. RUDENESS: As you are gathering people up, putting shoes on, and saying good byes, THEY TURN OUT THE LIGHTS to hurry you out!!!! NO COMPASSION: My child broke her arm and we were worried that she wouldn't have her cast off or be healed enough to be able to play. I called 2 months before the party and tried to cancel offering the medical reason-even with a dr.'s note. They WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CANCEL-with a Dr.'s note. By the grace of God, she was healed enough and range of motion was back to where she could play. But, the lack of consideration and compassion for an unforeseen medical circumstance, is very off-putting. They even told me that they didn't allow a many cancellations and help the parents out with a refund for children who contracted the flu and had to cancel their party. PRICE: $250 an hour?? It says that included the employee that sets up and cleans up. WHICH THEY DID. BUT,... then I have to pay 15% gratuity for that employee. REALLY?? I thought it was included! $56.25 for a tip?? The facility itself is very nice. My daughter and all the other children loved playing. HOWEVER, it is not worth the price, customer service, or lack of consideration for the customer when there are SO MANY OTHER SIMILAR PLACES to bring your party. Do your research and check out your options before booking Peek n Play Grapevine. read more

This place is enjoyable for young children and toddlers. I had to take 2 stars away for a few reasons though. 1. The stairs going to the second floor are cement and very steep. Kids are zooming up and down them too. There is a gate at the top of the stairs that I had to get up and close about 20 times after each kid because it doesn't swing closed. It made me so nervous the entire time. These stairs are a liability. 2. The front gate was left opened multiple times during our visit. 3. The employee spent most of the time playing on her phone in the front. 4. Another annoyance is that everyone has to leave their shoes outside the gate so when we had to go to the restrooms it was barefooted. I agree with the no shoe policy in the play area but the restrooms are by the play area. If you are okay with putting up with these annoyances your kids will have a good time. read more

Luckily we were the first people in the door at first open, so everything was still in place and pristine. My daughter was in heaven. If I could give a negative 10 stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! To start off, the owner was super rude and rush us the whole time. Not only that but she was counting the kids like if we were going to cheat her out of paying. All of my guests said the same thing that she was SUPER rude. If you pride yourself on customer service then you are in the wrong line of business. She complain to us on where we were putting our decoration mind you we been to different indoor play places and never once have we ever had an issue like this. Once we cut the cake, she was yelling at the kids to not get their goodie bags, hate to break it to you lady but kids loves goodie bags and they are at a play of course they are going to want that. They had two bathrooms there but she locked one of them because she didn't want us to use it. You should differently find another job if you are going to be unhappy and rude the whole time at a kids' birthday party. My little niece even care to me and told me that she was rude to her. Lastly, when all the kids (1 to 5 years of age) were putting on their shoes to leave she decided to turned off all the lights and it was so dark. I do not know how to stay in business with an attitude and be super rude to kids and customers. All of guests said they would never come back to this place and I agree...Don't take your kid here it's a waste of money for the way they treat you! Scam! Rude! Ball pit smells urine. Just bring your money somewhere else. When you want your kids to have the best time for birthday party, stay away from this place. I was told on the phone by managing partner Sujana Venna $375 +tax she took my card over the phone to charge non refundable deposit $200. Later I received confirmation email where in the part Deposit and Balance was said $200 paid and there was no amount mentioned for outstanding balance. At the party in a good faith handled over to a hostess my card - she charged more than I was told!!! She didn't sayu amount before running the card, she didn't show itemized bill either on paper or screen, no option to agree button on the terminal. They charged $60 gratuity! So I never had an option to see amount due. scam is they don't mention anywhere gratuity amount because customers will not pay it for bad services. The hostess obviously doesn't like her job. She was showing us attitude, never smiled. During the party several guests were commenting on her angry face. So I decided not to tip her for doing no job, because the only help she did was just cutting the cake and handling out pizza slices. I set up table and decor all by myself, took all the gifts out to my car by myself. She even didn't bother to hold front door for me while I was making trips to the car with my hands full of heavy items. Parents helped to clean up the table. The hostess' attitude that she doesn't have to give a good friendly service for tips, she gets paid automatic gratuity. I called Sujana Venna the manager right away. She shrugged me off. I simply asked her why you never mentioned that you will charge me gratuity without even giving me a chance to say if I am satisfied with the service , to which she replied she can't remember everybody, there are too many people like me. And she told me the outstanding balance with 15% gratuity was mentioned on the receipt emailed to me after charging non-refundable deposit $200, so it was my fault for not being aware. I believed her. Maybe I didn't read it carefully. After coming home I checked once again the email from them. It was a lie!! the outstanding balance amount with gratuity is NOT mentioned. So they say one amount on the phone, no written invoices and charge you more money than they say. And remember ! dirty balls and strong urine smell in the ball pit. read more

It was very clean, organized and full of different scenarios that she just loved running around from the house to the vets clinic. We were so happy we chose Peek n Play for our son's birthday! We looked at many play places, but opted for this one because of it's size, separate party room & cleanliness. The owner was so helpful and efficient in helping us decorate, serve food & packing up! When it was time to go she had everything ready for us which meant we got to enjoy the party and not worry about anything. We booked a balloon twister & the kids had a lot of fun with that as well.
